裝修挺好 服務不錯

酒店地理位置好，附近有購物中心和餐飲服務，步行即可到達；房間寬敞整潔，乾淨衞生；設施完善舒適；前台服務人員態度親切友好！

I was informed that construction make noises, however, it was a bit too loud. But staff was friendly.

We stay here often as it is close to our son and daughter-in-law. Generally, we love it. This last trip, however, we were met with early morning (8am)pounding that sounded like it was right next door, though it was 2 floors above. Construction. No warning other than a lobby sign that we missed when we checked in. We learned that the workers weren't supposed to start until 10am. Everyday of our stay, we told the front desk and each morning, the workers would start early until someone complained. The staff said they were as frustrated with the crew as we were and that they've been dealing with it for months! The hotel is still a great place, but ask about construction issues first.

Quick check in/out. Hotel is under renovation, but there wasn't too many issues. Comfortable room!

My stay was great, the hotel is remodeling so it was noisy during the day

El personal no nos atendía durante el desayuno, llegaban otros huéspedes y les deban prioridad. En pocas palabras fuimos discriminados.

I over all liked everything however I was charged $25 for parking when I never parked in the lot

There was no mention of construction activity at the hotel when I booked the room. To make matters worse, there was no running water when we checked in because a construction worker cut the wrong pipe. Then, we were rudely awakened at 8am with loud construction noises in the floor above us. They put us in a room directly below the construction. Staff was less than helpful and pretty much played dumb. We checked out early, as did most of the hotel as there was an exodus to leave when we left. Normally a nice hotel, but I doubt I'll be back because of the lack of notice and poor communication from staff.

Las instalaciones del hotel requieren mantenimiento y cabio total de las alfombras (están muy sucias), el colchón de la cama muy cómodo, pero las almohadas NO.

Amazing stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Had a minor incident and management was quick to respond and provide the best customer service. Would definitely be staying again.

Great location close to beach. Was not told about construction going on in rooms next to ours until after check in. Went on from 10am til 4pm both days we were there. Then get a notice put underneath our door at 10 o'clock at night bout water shut off following day.
