There is free basement carpark at the hotel. Hotel location on a busy street. Room big and clean with mountain view, gotten a wheelchair friendly room.

Nice lake view and comfortable bed

Quite close to the town centre, within walking distance with free parking. Back in dec 23 there was a lot of road construction so the experience could be better. But the hotel staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Bed was comfortable and had a balcony (ground level) to dine out with beautiful skyline.

Room is clean. Location is good. Staff is friendly n helpful. Had a good stay...☺️☺️

Would give this hotel no stars if possible. The hotel is old, and filthy. The pillow covers are stained. There is no AC in the room, only have balcony window and door for ventilation. House keeping did not do a proper job. The team kept the balcony window door wide open after making the room. The hotel is facing the Main Street, anyone could’ve jumped over the half wall to get in. The House Keeping team also tied up the trash in the room and place it behind the TV. A side note, there are not enough parking spaces for the hotel customers. Overall, I would not return myself or recommend anyone staying at this hotel.

The lower floor and firstly , arrange 2 different rooms for our 2 consecutive nights stay，not nice front office service, finally, I told the staff to keep the same room

A big and comfortable room. If you would like to have lake views,you may book the third or up floor.All services here are outstanding.
