Room was dated and could have been cleaner. Staff were helpful. All in all a good experience.

TV and phone didn't work.
Room was filthy.
No staff at front desk.
Breakfast was the worst I've ever seen at a hotel.

Worst americas best we’ve ever stayed in. Room was old and dated. Bathroom was falling apart. aC stopped working after 30 min.

Really appreciate how the family who purchased it a few years ago have updated and cleaned up the hotel. Every year we come there is something newly fixed or updated. Wish there was a way to help them with check in so it would be less manual labor for the lady at the front.

Property was fairly clean and easy access. But it’s dated and the breakfast was very limited
For what you pay. Staff was friendly though. Altogether it was fine, not good or great.

Outdated. Area around not kept up and seems neglected. Rooms aren’t real clean. Bed was nice and clean. Bathroom dusty.

There was no housekeeping. More important. This hotel charged a pet fee for service dogs. This is against federal law. And thebfee xharged was doubke the pet fee posted on the web site. When i inquired about this illegal practice i was cursed at. Never again. This was a pleasant no frills option before. This staff is horrible
