Costa Adeje Garden Aparthotel

Check in smooth and room although floor 3 wasn’t as bad as I was expecting as heard 3 floors below ground .room was fine and food adequate but remember it is a 3 star so you get what you pay for .the animation girl was fantastic Laura I think her name was . All staff were friendly and cheerful. Pool very good , biggest gripe was the race for a sunbed which starts about 5am I think as I heard some people scurrying along the corridor with towels in hand . Location is 10/10 superb. Would I go again YES .

Arrived on 26th December and no lights no bedding a sofa bed you wound not put a dog on. Rusty bath. Dirty floors. Filthy bacteria ridden fridge. Up very steep steps then up 2 flights more of spiral steps which were unlit at night. To get to the complex you will need a cable car it’s so high up a EXTREMELY steep hill half way up a mountain. Even the taxi Co did not like going there. As for the POOL The life guard told me it’s very dangerous as decking is collapsing and numerous decking boards were broken and sharp edges. Even at edge of pool. Phots on bookings.com are for a different hotel so false advertising.

Absolute disgusting attitudes, death trap around the pool area all the decking is lose and broken, no food or drinks offered anywhere around premises no vending machines closest place is 15 minute walk down a massive hill, no music around pool no lilos unless your a worker then they allow there kids but paying customers were told to not use!! Worst hotel, love Tenerife weather is beautiful been here over 20 times and this place has to be the worst!!! Added the state of the decking where we a family of four hurt ourselves numerous times throughout the week on the broken wood

On arrival at the property the booking was made for 2 people which I had confirmation of on my phone but they said it was for 1 person only…on entering the apartment it was a double bed which was fine for 1 person…a sofa bed which was fine for myself but no bedding or towels for me to use..I went to reception to inform them to be told that’s coz it was booked for one person..the receptionist then went to a store cupboard and came back with sheets towels and a duvet for me to take to the apartment myself instead of asking house keeping to bring them…they say there is a tv in the apartment this is correct but unless you speak Spanish it’s no good to you..on day 3 of not seeing a cleaner or towels changed I went again to reception to be told cleaning is once a week and towels changed every 3 days…REALLY…I explained that the bin needed emptying and we needed clean towels and was told tomorrow…the hotel is situated on the top of a very very steep hill and you have to get taxis to the town unless your a fit fanatic you don’t stand a chance…very very poor hotel

Website when booked had different pictures than what there are actually like. Been here a week and not one cleaner Has come in to change towels or take rubbish all week.Beware the hill to this hotel is really steep if you have walking problems. Don't bother.we had to hire a car as the hills did become a problem. Apartment big and plenty of cooking facilities. I had to do the cleaning all week as there was 3 children with us. So cleaners are needed All in all a good holiday in adeje. But would give the hotel a miss..

Costa adeje gardens is on a very steep hill which was fine for us. Three teenagers and us. The apartment while efforts have been made to repair and repaint it's still bit outdated. The beds were very uncomfortable and the sofabed was broken and barely usable.not enough cutlery and no toaster.. Apartment cleaned once in 12 days and had to go ask for towels after 5 days. The pool area was lovely and quiet and the pool itself was clean and efforts are being made to improve the wood around the pool is broken is dangerous with screws and nails sticking out It looked as if the apartments are in transition.check out time is far too early. Our flight was at 7 and check out at 10 am. I asked for even an hour extension and they wouldn't budge. We enjoy our time but improvements need to be made.

Dirty stained towels The 2 bed apartments don’t accommodate 6 people as advertised as you can only get 2 people around the table if sofa bed made up and 4 when a sofa due to the room being to small. Sofa bed very uncomfortable Cold shower water On a hill which could be an issue for some people
