El hotel muy bien, el día que llegamos excelente el trato, al siguiente estaba otra persona que fue un poco más cortada, la alberca estaba fria, y el jacuzzi no funcionaba, encontramos algunos insectos en la habitación pero nada molesto, en nuestra estancia de dos noches no hicieron limpieza argumentando que eramos los únicos huespedes y que por ello no iba la encargada de limpieza

El personal fue excelente. Cero quejas allí, tuve un problema con la televisión y rápidamente cambiaron la televisión por una diferente. ¡Los carritos estaban disponibles para nuestras pertenencias y pudimos elegir nuestro piso!
Mis únicas quejas fueron después de preguntar sobre las horas de la bañera de hidromasaje y luego fui a entrar a la noche siguiente, no estaba funcionando. Regresé a la habitación para tomar un baño y el tapón estaba roto.

There was roaches running around the breakfast area. Almost every metal surface in the room was rusted. Carpets had holes ripped in them. Pool had green algae floating on top of the water. Staff was nice but the hotel was horrible.

Clean sheets hotel is in poor condition And outdated front desk service was nice breakfast was cold and when getting juice there was a German roach on the juice bar. After that I was over eating anything I left there and felt like I need to shower when I get home. Overall it was a get away from home and had a tub which I had to clean before getting in it

Although my stay at the hotel felt safe, I can't say it left a lasting impression. The rooms were disappointingly small, and considering the hefty price tag, I expected more. Unfortunately, there wasn't anything that made this hotel stand out from the crowd. Even the nearby mall, touted as an attraction, lacked anything particularly desirable. Overall, it was a very average experience.

The first room wasn’t clean. The sheets had obviously been slept on, and there were fecal-like smears on the wall in the entrance. Desk clerk showed us a clean room, but did try to gaslight me about the first room.

The early check in was amazing. The hotel needs lots of repairs and smelled of mold badly. The ice machine on our floor didn't work and the air was turned off in rooms prior to arrive, which is adding to the mold. Front doors didn't work and had to be manually opened by costumers
