Rosenborg Hotel Apartments

Nicely sized 2 bedroom apar**ent with an open layout kitchen/dining/living area. Decorated in a really nice modern Ikea-type vibe. The apar**ent was impeccably clean. Super convenient to the metro station and to all of Copenhagen’s sites. Communication with the (not on site) staff was super easy, helpful, and quick. We would definitely stay here again. This was my favorite place we stayed in during our 12 days in Denmark, Germany, and Austria.

Great property, excellent communication from the host. Property spacious, clean and tidy. High chair and travel cot provided was excellent. Would have been handy to have some child crockery/cutlery. Good location for shops, cafes and restaurants and Metro only a 5 min walk away. Noisy rubbish collection each morning and the church across the road rings it's bells a lot!

Beautiful apar**ent, central location few mins walk from Norreport metro station, lots of good food options nearby, handy Netto supermarket on corner and useful free laundry & luggage storage facilities (after 11am check out). As the apar**ent is a city centre location you will get the inevitable street noise in the evenings, courtyard noise (bins/luggage over cobbles/guests) and the bells across the street are rung at 8am everyday.

Great property in the heart of Copenhagen. Communication with host was easy and helpful. Really liked the luggage storage area available after check out.

Great location, best for families, free laundry use. Very accessible. I wish they have better pillows and blankets though. No airconditioning.

We liked the apar**ent a lot and it was comfortable and provided all we needed. It was a relief to be out of a hotel room and have a bit more space, though it wasn’t large and the bathroom was very small. The location is excellent. Easy walking to shopping, main sites etc. While the staff were friendly it’s all via text messages and we asked several questions about the local services and they had no answers and my sense was they had little or no knowledge of local stores (good coffee, best nearby bakery etc). They were great at booking taxis. Don’t expect a concierge style service as this isn’t what they provide.

We had a wonderful stay at our Rosenborg apar**ent. Our family of 4 were very comfortable and felt very safe. The location was perfect - walking to many major sites, transportation, bike rentals, shopping and dining. The hosts were very communicative and reached out during our stay to check in on us. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone visiting Copenhagen.

We are staying 4 nights with family with 2 teenagers on 2 bedroom with elevator access. Somehow we thought it was 2 bathroom but 1 bathroom with shower only. Room: When we were out from elevator it is the door for front entrance. Lots of windows and bright but units with elevator facing the rear of the building, so no views. There was security code for every units, you'll punch in security code and elevator stops at your unit. Very spacious, full kitchen with pots, dishes, cups, microwave, stovetop and mini fridge. Pretty clean, new and modern. Dining area has bench seats which has storage for extra linens, with 3 dining chairs. Living area has TV, couch (turn into sofabed) and 2 chairs. Each room has queen beds but can be separated into 2 twins. This helps with my teenagers sharing the same room. Noise: Some review said noise was issue but we didn't have any noise issue because we are facing rear of the building. There was trash pick up around 7-8am, we did hear the noise (we were on 2nd floor-which means 4th in US) but we were awake already so we didn't have issue. Location: Great location, 5-10min to most locations, less than 5min walk to King's park. There were other hotels etc but I can't think of any better/clean/safer location than this hotel. We loved the walk to bakery/restaurants and easy for in/out the hotel. There's no front desk: hotel will send you code to entry 2 days before the check in. There's small tablet in room to let you know about local information etc. IF you have questions they'll answer the call and they are on top. So we didn't have any issue during the stay. I wasn't sure much about this hotel when I booked but I am glad I did book here. Location can't be better, also fully refurbished new hotel and love it here. Highly recommend.

Loved the central location of this apar**ent! Step outside and find everything on your doorstep! The cafe next door was brilliant for an early morning coffee fix and a Netto on the corner for some breakfast provisions. We found the apar**ent to be clean, spacious and quiet. The only real noise was the bin lorries just before 8am and the bells chiming at 8am but we liked that. The shower in the apar**ent was amazing and always hot. I would have preferred a 2nd wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom rather than some hooks with hangers but that was my only gripe. Excellent communication from the hotel. Loved the ease of check-in and the left luggage where we could leave our things on the day we arrived until we could check-in and then again on departure day. Anytime I needed to contact the apar**ent they responded within literally minutes which was excellent so a very slick experience which worked very well indeed. Would recommend this place for convenience to central Copenhagen it made an excellent base and for the excellent customer service they offer.
