It's very beautiful resort... Specially staff behaviour was very good & food was delicious The view from rooms are quite well ☺️ And it's on top peak point..... And nearby to rose garden, tea garden, tea factory , chocolate factory, adventure park & many more places to visit... Must visit here...

Write your review Location of the property undoubtedly fetch 10/10 score with an amazing morning and night view of entire Ooty & a surreal sunset view. Rooms are well designed & spacious 10/10 (Nilgiri and Deluxe Suites interiors were redone recently) Food 7/10 less F&B staffs to offer room service. Mr Raju(front office) is an asset of this property. Overall Sinclaire was worth our spending..

We stayed for 4 nights and we were quite unhappy with stay. The rooms were not cleaned and were not upto the mark. Floor were very dusty and unclean. And worst was the restaurant menu. One page menu and very sad food. Though the breakfast served was good, but other than that the restaurant food was quite sad. It is located on the hill so going down each time for dinner is also difficult so most of days you end up sleeping hungry. House keeping certainly needs training and more efficiency. And the front desk was extremely arrogant and rude. Staff needs to learn some sophistication in talking.

We booked for a room with good view , but , The front desk gave us a forest view room' after taking an advance of 10000 rupees, and they are very adamant for changing the rooms.kept on ppsponding the change of roo. And finally I checked out at the end of 1 day .They are Only money lover's , trying to show that rooms are full..Many rooms were empty but they are preserving that for other newcomers in weekend.Dont go to this hotel for this budget

Specially like the restaurent part , I had my daughter birthday celebration reserved in a private space. Chef Sovan , took utmost care and special inputs to make the evening nice and successful with great cooked bengali delicacies. Only there us one problem the food from the kitchen takes a lot if time to come on the table so better food is pre booked

Located atop the hill overlooking the town of Ooty this place takes the cake for its splendid location. Winters are spent amidst clouds so you can’t see a thing. It’s not just foggy weather but pretty much no visibility since you are in the clouds. This makes this winter getaway / hill station a remarkable hotel to stay in. Food is good, staff is courteous and overall cleanliness is good. The hotel is in dire need for keep up and maintenance. Picture this: walls need painting, to be cleaned from moss, the garden needs upkeep, when we went there I felt they were lacking staff, the rooms with the valley view are good while the back forest view are dull and dark thereby cheaper. Overall a very good stay. The location and the serenity takes away the other bits. The drive into the hotel itself makes you feel the wilderness.

The hotel location is at the top of a hill amongst the trees. View from the hotel is mesmerizing. The rooms are cozy but a bit small for a 3 member family. Sincere thanks to the hotel management for upgrading us to a suite. The hotel has a nice play area for kids and teenagers. The restaurant is very nice with some amazing customisable options. Chef Sovon treated us very well with some nice delicacies. Thanks Chef Shovon. The housekeeping guys are nice and polite and they take extra care to make ur stay bful. The hotel also has a nice bar with decent options. Rooms need renovation as they are pretty old. Linens needs to be changed.

All the staff was so good and so kindly. It is a very beautiful place to stay . The view is amazing ! The quality of the cooking is incredible From the beginning to the end minutes, this place was like a dream . Thank you for your welcoming and your professionalism. Discret and very efficient ! We would like to express our sincere thanks for the quality of service that your hotel provides. We are pleased with the hotel accommodations, as they are generally clean, well furnished and very well maintained. We enjoyed the Lunch Dinner and the breakfast very much. The dining area is spacious and clean, well lit and hygienic. Most importantly, we are delighted by the readiness and the responsiveness of each staffs. They are always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable. At Sinclairs I had a very good time with my family. I stayed 4 days. Food was amazing. Surroundings with greenery is awesome. The Sunset view is very pleasant. Here The most lovely moments which I had was my daughter's birthday. It will be unforgettable for us. Thanks Sinclairs Team. You are the best.
