TV volume didn't work so i didn't use it Only one outlet worked

This was by far, the worst and most expensive hotel I've stayed at in the past 15 years! The staff was ok and the lobby was clean but that's all. Everything else, from the elevator, room, carpet, wallpaper, bedding, and decor was outdated and in need of replacement. The only things that worked in the room was the microwave and water. Nothing was plugged in including the refrigerator, TV, lamps and phone and didn't work when they were. I do not recommend this hotel.

The area surrounding the property was nice. The room was old, outdated, and not the cleanest. The heater did not work so it was unpleasant with the weather in the 30's and 40's. The complimentary breakfast was not worth them advertising. I would not choose to stay there again unless there were no other options

The service was pretty impressive considering the bad reviews I saw! The room was extremely clean. The bed was pretty comfortable minus the smaller pillows but that’s very minor. We stayed here to be in walking distance to the Jeff Dunham show and it was perfect!

Nothing was clean. Leaves and clothes in the halls and door ways for the 2 days we had reserved. Not once was ir cleaned by housekeeping

The breakfast was poor, limited, and it was too cold to keep food wram or even coiffee. The heater did not work in my room the first night.

This was a clean facility. We had no problems with noise and no concerns about safety. We enjoyed the staff and will likely stay here again.

I wish they would charge just a little more to make some upgrades. Corners were pretty dirty and the carpet was spotted all over. When we walked into the room at first there was a slight sewer smell. Had to go buy some air freshener. The sink was peeling away from the countertop and the toilet handle needed some adjustment. It was pretty easy to hear our neighbors. The front door was about half an inch short all around making light around all edges and you could see shadows of people walking down the hall. The elevator looked and smelled like someone peed on the door. I’m good not going back. The sheets were super thin and you could see the mattress lining. No bed skirts to his the box springs.

The actual hotel building was nothing spectacular but the staff is what made it. Literally everyone from front desk to maintenence to housecleaning was great. Its a decent hotel that was clean and safe but truly, the helpful and considerate staff is the reason we will return.
