Hotel is a budget hotel, comfortable to stay. 10 minutes walk to Ganga hospital. Close to Annapoorna restaurant. About 15 kms/30 minutes from airport. Friendly people at reception and housekeeping. Breakfast is basic, wada, idli, uttapam, bread and butter, papaya fruit, watermelon juice, tea, coffee and 1 dish which changes daily. Like upma of different types, or vermicelli. Room service food was good. WiFi was very bad

1 booked this hotel from Yatra for 2 days for 7k. Visited the hotel around 9-9.30 and requested for a room but the Hotel reception is denied early check-in. Must say Hotel is big but their standard is small. I have told them that I am a revisiting customer accompanying my wife today who is a doctor on a posting in Ganga Hospital. Further told them that my friend is staying with you for 2 weeks. Reception staff simply ignored they seem to oblige only if I do direct reservation or pay extra 2k for 2 hrs. I asked them to connect me with ***ager, they instead connected me to their immediate supervisor. The staff here is willing to give the room for direct reservation but not to the guest coming with a booking from yatra/ MMT etc. I have seen few customer checking out in front of me and when I pointed them they said house keeping hasn't come yet and it will take time for them to clean. I have even requested to give them temporary room for 10 mins so I could take shower and go to the hospital. They did not oblige. Been to ***y hotels of same and higher star. They always oblige for early checkin and upgrade if it's available. Also, in my experience room cleaning takes 15 mins. I waited at the reception for an hour in anticipation of getting the room. Room needs little overhauls. Bathroom flush do not work properly. Hair dryer, room slipper missing

El hotel era un hotel de residencia (un alojamiento abierto), era limpio, asequible y el personal era amable. El Palacio estaba justo al lado del Hospital de Ganga y cerca de unos pocos restaurantes.

This hotel has class and character,.thanks to the GM of this property Mr.Milton.He has a great bunch of well trained staff with great customer service skills.starting from the concierge,front office ,dining room and the housekeeping. My family and I stayed for 3 nights here and we cannot praise enough the level of service we enjoyed.the dining room staff ***aged by Karthik were spot on, esp the young lady Govardhini who was so attentive. We found the rooms very airy and clean with great room service.something you should not miss here in the Sunday buffet lunch.it’s Huge .it must very popular with the locals. It’s a pity they don’t have much room to grow into a 5 star property.,but satisfaction Guaranteed at this boutique hotel. Thank you Milton and Co for making our stay very pleasant and memorable.hope to visit again for sure

The stay was very nice and rooms are beautifully done up with top of the line amenities in the room provided for the value of money charged. Indian meal, specially South India Cuisine are excellent. Total Veg Hotel, which is the best part. Coming to the service, House keeping staff very polite and kept our room very neat and clean. But the disappointment comes when we had invited a friend for Breakfast and the treatment given by the team was extremely rude, specially from JEEVAN, who felt we were outsiders and there is no entry beyond 1000hrs. We did enter the restaurant at about 0950 and we had guest who is extremely close to your Chairman and he spoken to the Chairman's office also on the same. It was a insult that we faced from the Restaurant manager, we are now closed and no orders will be taken beyond 1000hrs. It was rude and he mentioned the kitchen is closed. We did mention to him due to rain and traffic there was a delay for our guest reaching the hotel and also the parking problem faced. Second is the extreme rude behavior of your front office staff named DURGA and we been in hospitality industry, cannot except such behavior. Rest the hotel staff are good and to mention the lady inlobby area who maintains the cleanness of both the lobby and Toilet areas, always busy with her work and ever so smiling and obliging. Superb stay in coimbatore town. Good service. Room was very neat and well maintained. Bathrooms were clean and good. Tea kettles and items are provided. Food served also is tasty. Staff service is superb. Parking area is there for car.
