This hotel has class and character,.thanks to the GM of this property Mr.Milton.He has a great bunch of well trained staff with great customer service skills.starting from the concierge,front office ,dining room and the housekeeping. My family and I stayed for 3 nights here and we cannot praise enough the level of service we enjoyed.the dining room staff ***aged by Karthik were spot on, esp the young lady Govardhini who was so attentive. We found the rooms very airy and clean with great room service.something you should not miss here in the Sunday buffet lunch.it’s Huge .it must very popular with the locals. It’s a pity they don’t have much room to grow into a 5 star property.,but satisfaction Guaranteed at this boutique hotel. Thank you Milton and Co for making our stay very pleasant and memorable.hope to visit again for sure

Buena ubicación en el centro de la ciudad y una bonita zona con muchas universidades alrededor del hotel, significa seguridad. Pequeños supermercados, tiendas de alimentos y un pequeño centro comercial también están cerca del hotel. Solo un atasco de tráfico intenso en las horas pico de la mañana y después de la hora de oficina. La comida de barbacoa es buena y hay un muy buen restaurante de comida china / asiática. Tomamos la vista aquí y es un lugar realmente fantástico aquí.

1 booked this hotel from Yatra for 2 days for 7k. Visited the hotel around 9-9.30 and requested for a room but the Hotel reception is denied early check-in. Must say Hotel is big but their standard is small. I have told them that I am a revisiting customer accompanying my wife today who is a doctor on a posting in Ganga Hospital. Further told them that my friend is staying with you for 2 weeks. Reception staff simply ignored they seem to oblige only if I do direct reservation or pay extra 2k for 2 hrs. I asked them to connect me with ***ager, they instead connected me to their immediate supervisor. The staff here is willing to give the room for direct reservation but not to the guest coming with a booking from yatra/ MMT etc. I have seen few customer checking out in front of me and when I pointed them they said house keeping hasn't come yet and it will take time for them to clean. I have even requested to give them temporary room for 10 mins so I could take shower and go to the hospital. They did not oblige. Been to ***y hotels of same and higher star. They always oblige for early checkin and upgrade if it's available. Also, in my experience room cleaning takes 15 mins. I waited at the reception for an hour in anticipation of getting the room. Room needs little overhauls. Bathroom flush do not work properly. Hair dryer, room slipper missing

Always enjoy my stay at this place whatever the occasion is, whether I am travelling for business or for leisure. Lovely location right on Race Course road, short distance from the center as well as from the airport. The staff make it very special for our stay. Bimal from housekeeping with a smile on his face, always takes special care to keep our room neat, clean and stocked up. Deepak always made us feel special at the dining table and took care of the minutest of details of our culinary cravings. Special mention to Bijit, not only for his impeccable service but also for the sweetest behaviour at the dining area. Sinheri also took good care of us at the dining hall. Shiva is an excellent driver with great local knowledge, and took good care of us on our sightseeing trip to Ooty. Overall a great stay and we are looking forward to coming back soon.

Estado por una noche ...Habitaciones congestionadas sin espacio para moverse. Parece un estudio situado en lugar de una cómoda habitación para estancia. Parece confundido. Me quedé aquí en 23/06 hasta 24/06 noche.. En la mañana de 24/06 i estaba pedindo una taza de café a las 0600 horas . Pat ca,me la respuesta de In Room dining ” Leche no disponible ..Make your Tea at your Room ” Cuando dije que incluso los bolsos de té y el agua no estaba disponible en Room Hotel fue rápido en enviar 2 bolsos de té y el agua ! El hotel se ha ido a la calle hasta el 0830 para café y Milk.We salieron a la habitación @ 1600 horas para encontrar una habitación con niña de polvo no limpiada y toallas no cambiadas. Incluso cuando me inspeccioné en noté polvo en la mesa y el baño . El mantenimiento de la casa es muy pobre . En realidad, cuando me inspeccioné en uso la sala de descanso en el lado del lobby y me sorprendió a encontrar una astuta urinaria y WC . Me di cuenta de esto al Gentil*** en la recepción En general, este lugar no es bueno para la estancia higiénica y para aquellos que prefieren un servicio rápido y cortesía.
