Séjour excellent un personnel très soigné et aux petits soins. Les appartements sont très propre et l’endroit et calme et reposant. Très bien situé. Séjour très plaisant et petit déjeuner excellent. Les parties commune sont toujours propre et le personnel s’occupe de vos moindre besoin

Muy bueno hotel en Clamart cerca de todo. No hay problemas para comer en el rincón, hotel muy bien situado. Estando en viaje, no hay preocupación para estacionar. Personal del hotel muy acogedor, muy agradable y atento. Recomiendo

The location of the hotel was just fine as it was very close to the tram and a grocery store right next door, which was very convenient. Staff is mostly friendly. And we did have a nice view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. However, beware that the rooms are EXTREMELY SMALL. It's really just a place to sleep at night. My main complaint is that this hotel is under renovation and if you want to sleep past 8am, DO NOT STAY HERE. The first morning we stayed here the workers were already on the scaffolding outside our window at 6:30am then they started hammering at 7:30am. We complained to the manager later that morning and she immediately spoke to the workers to remind them not to start working until after 9am, which we appreciated. However, the next morning, we started hearing drilling literally right above our room at 8am. It was so loud and so close that I thought I was about to see the drill come through our ceiling. It was so ridiculous that we just had to laugh. This went on for an hour or so. Needless to say, we were all up and no way we were able to go back to sleep. The next few days during our stay we consistently heard hammering every morning starting at 8ish. I really wanted to go to another hotel, but we just tolerated it since we were out most of the day until night time anyway. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DON'T STAY HERE WHILE IT'S STILL UNDER RENOVATION. By the way, the hotel's pictures and description reflects a double bed and a bunk bed. Our room in fact had a double bed and a single Murphy bed instead of a bunk bed, which means, there was even less space to move around once that Murphy bed is down. I had hoped it was a bunk bed like the pictures showed as it would've allowed more space in the room, but it wasn't. Was a bit disappointed about that too.

Este es un hotel de la gama económica Ibis, por lo que nuestras expectativas se ajustaron adecuadamente. Dicho esto, estuvo bien para nuestros propósitos y estaríamos felices de quedarnos aquí nuevamente. Necesitábamos hacer una parada en París en el tramo de regreso de un viaje de esquí, pero necesitábamos un hotel con aparcamiento y fácil acceso al centro de la ciudad de París. Un factor clave fue que este hotel se encuentra en un vecindario bueno y seguro. Además, dispone de aparcamiento subterráneo (con coste adicional). El miembro del personal de turno fue muy servicial y se tomó el tiempo para explicar que la mejor manera de llegar a París era en el tranvía cercano que conecta con el metro en Porte de Versailles. Sólo tenga en cuenta que necesitará billetes separados para el tranvía y el metro. La habitación era pequeña y tenía el lavabo en la propia habitación. Una característica ”económica”, creo. Dicho esto, la ducha y el WC estaban separados, lo cual fue útil. La cama principal era doble con una litera encima. Un pequeño inconveniente fue que tuvimos que pedir ropa de cama para la litera, pero se solucionó rápidamente. No hay aire acondicionado, por lo que no me quedaría aquí si hace mucho calor. Sin embargo, había una ventana que podías abrir. De hecho, había un cartel que decía no abrir la ventana más allá del limitador por razones de seguridad, ¡pero el limitador estaba roto! Podría ser un problema grave si te alojas con niños pequeños. Un punto clave para mí es que aquí no parecía haber problemas con la limpieza. No me importa si las cosas están un poco gastadas, pero la limpieza es primordial, así que felicitaciones al personal de aquí. Bonita zona local con restaurantes y tiendas, que es otra ventaja.

I chose it because of the convenient location and familiarity of the brand. It is a 3-star hotel and a basic one, so no in room safe box - which was actually the only disadvantage I found (and believe that nowadays also 3-star hotels should have) or coffee machine. My room was quite spacious and clean with comfortable bed, the bathroom nice and clean as well, with basic toiletries (so no lotion) attached - common but in time of pandemic I would prefer individual ones. Wifi worked nicely, tv with mostly French-speaking channels and few English ones, however without a tone (?). The breakfast was quite nice, various cold dishes including smoked salmon, just eggs as for something warm, fresh orange juice, and Nespresso coffee if you want to pay extra which I gladly did. The staff was professional and helpful. The hotel is near the train station and next to it is a huge building site, however it was not noisy at all.

Personal de la parte superior, disponible y muy agradable. Las habitaciones son limpias todos los días. El desayuno es muy agradable. El hotel también ofrece un servicio de restauración. La ubicación es perfecta en los restaurantes cercanos a pie ( pizzaria, sushi, ...), pequeño ****** justo a la parque para hacer algunas carreras. Pequeño más hay un parking subterráneo en el hotel.

El hotel es muy agradable y me gusta mucho el desayuno. La habitación era limpia y agradable, con un baño agradable y una cama muy cómoda. Aquí hay muchos restaurantes y se ha ido a un corto autobús desde la estación de ER cercana.

Location-wise, te hotel is situated very far out of central Paris - you need to take a tram and then an underground metro to get to the center of Paris and all the attractions. The staff are very helpful, can speak good English and have maps etc on hand to help with directions. Our room was on the third floor and had a strong cigarette smell. The room was spacious though, with good Wi-Fi and a hair dryer in the bathroom. We stayed for three nights, and the room wasn't cleaned throughout, nor were our towels changed. The sockets were in odd locations around the room (not next to the bed like normal) so it was hard to charge all our devices (two phones, a tablet, and a power bank) at the same time. The area is exceptionally quiet and there is a gorgeous patisserie literally a few doors down from the main entrance. The tram stop is also right outside which is great. There is also a small shop in the lobby and the restaurant area works more like a help-yourself-kitchen, like a hostel. The pool area was closed so we did not get to see this
