Dedeman Cizre Hotel

I checked the hotel prices online on May 4 at 11:30 pm it was $90 but I was not able to book due to a credit card issue. They tried to scam us when we arrived there at 12:05 am on May 4, 2024! We asked for the room price the blonde professional lady told me that the room for two people was $130 I asked her if she could give any discounts and then she called someone named Mesud, she told him that a group of tourists from Iraq are here, it was on speaker and it seems Masud was so happy and I could understand he was telling her to give them the highest price. I talked to Masud in Kurdish and he told me that the price is $120 for each person! 4 Person= $480 I asked him what he was talking about she just told me $240 for all! He thought we didn’t have credit cards and didn’t know much about hotels but I did not listen to him and Checked their website and booking app again and the price for one room was only $90! I told them I would book online from your website but if you could change the date after booking because it was after midnight and I could not book for May 4 Time passed to May 5 12:00 am I asked them if I could book for May 5 and then they change it to May 4 the Blonde lady told me that's totally fine we can do that! Mesud told her No we will not do that and we cannot do that because of the system! It would be very shameful if the Dedeman Group could not change the booking date! I asked Mesud can give me Dedeman number or email but he did not agree and I told him that I would contact them for sure and give you a review online. He got scared and finally, after two hours sitting in the lobby we agreed to pay $200 for two rooms but he still scammed us for $20 according to their website booking prices! I have been to this hotel many times when it was Divan and their staff was very welcoming and professional but after I met Masud I decided to not visit Dedeman Cizre and another Dedeman in the country.

The mast wonderful place in the district,”Cizre Dedeman Hotel” The mast beautiful hotel in cizre. I went for a gradvation ceremeny and it has an outdoor Polo and a spacious in door area.we used the in door hall for eating and antertaining .our ceremany was a denner . The food was beyond excellent . The waiters were very attentive and service was fery fast. The living room is divided into two , one Side is designed for eaiting and the other Side is designed for entertaining . And finally, ıt had an excellent sound system .

I stayed for one night at Dedeman Cizre. The hotel is luxurious, modern and comfortable. It stands out in the whole area, as Cizre is less developed compared to other places in Turkey. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. The breakfast is a feast, of fresh and high-quality products. I had no chance to interact much with the staff, but they seemed quite professional. The location though is a bit far from the city centre, not a walking distance. Highly recommended if anyone is in the area.

This hotel is situated just a few hundred meters from the northern Syria border-- which you can actually see from your hotel room. Even the standard rooms are large with a king bed and with a corresponding large bathroom. The front office staff, bell service, wait staff are all very helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel highly for any business travel to Cizre!

As a hotel operator, my observation has become a perfect beauty with the hotel architecture and the harmony of nature with this architecture. In the rooms facing the river, you feel yourself in a tropical area at all hours of the day on the terrace. A special area has been created for the guests staying in the rooms across both the river and the Cizre, and they have special advantages. I would like to thank the reception depar**ent for their interest. The rooms are cleaned every day, the breakfast is strong and delicious. It is an ideal and quality hotel for relaxation.”

Yıllardır her hafta konaklama yaptığım otel personel ardaşların ilgisi çok iyi yanlız odaların temizliği ile ilgili klozet çevreleri iyi temizlenmiyor ve leke izleri mevcut ayrıyeten Restaurant fiyatları çok fazla yükselmiş durumda artık kişi başı 400-500 tl hesaplar öder olduk bence bunun düzeltilmesi gerekmektedir.

Şikayetim su yönde anlaşmalı kurum olduğumuz için sabit menüden faydalanıyoruz görevli bayan arkadaştan şişe su talebinde bulunduk suyumuz geldi yanlız başka bir görevli Ömer ÇAGLAR adında ki vatandaş gelip bayanı azarlayip laflar söylemeye başladı biz olayı kapatıp suyun ücretini verme teklifinde bulunduk ama aynı terslikle bizede yaklaştı bu tür davranislar otelinizin calisanlarına yakışmayan davranışlardır gereğini bilgilerinize sunarım
