Very good location to the main spots of historic and sightseeing views. The staff is very nice. Strong recommend.

The overall service at the hotel is good. But the space at the toilet-bowl area is very tiny (you may easily hit your head). The worth situation is the air-conditioner that was very noisy it definitely affected your sleeping enjoyment. (even can't sleep due to the noise)

Fantastic room , central Location, can walk to all the spots in Christchurch. Checkin was fast and easy. Easy to take a cab to airport also. Will definitely stay again. Nice to have the tram stop nearby too. Amenities good w coffee tea provided.

酒店地理位置很棒，吃飯購物遛娃都挺方便的！出門左拐就是市內小火車始發站，而且旁邊的日本小餐廳味道很好，套餐很不錯呢，出門一直走就能購物，各種禮品店葯店衣服店都能逛，market也在那裡吃飯很方便！出門右轉能走着到雅芳河，附近小鳥海鷗很多，酒店大門旁邊是個市立圖書館有四層高，圖書館一層的咖啡廳有各種三明治，趕不上酒店早飯的可以來這個吃！不足：酒店沒有加熱晾衣桿，浴盆旁邊的玻璃有點危險，隔音也不太好，窗户不能打開

酒店比較新，房屋設施不錯。早餐很豐富。缺點：停車位收費，而且位子不多。

原先還給了沒有沙發的房間 經反應後才改到和預訂的房型 房間老舊 完全沒有Novotel的規格 不建議
