Debería tener más limpieza en las áreas comunes no hay el te ni café que informa está disponible es más un hotel de larga estancia no realmente para gente que hacemos turismo. Tenía una competencia el día del check out y la responsable de guardia de esa hora nunca apareció e incluso me responsabilizo por no dejar las maletas botadas y n el front desk hasta mi regreso, sin embargo la gerente manejo muy bien la situación con una compensación por la situación es un sitio promedio de estancia. La ventaja es la lavandería pero no acepta tarjetas de crédito todas las máquinas están dañadas para esta opción solo monedas de 25 centavos lo que hace que se sufra stress si no se tienen 5 dólares en monedas de 25 centavos

The girl at the front desk was nice. I booked a room with a queen bed and got a double bed not sure why. When i got yo the room there was hair all on the walls of the shower and sides of tub. One of the drawers in the kitchen was broken.

The girl at the front service desk was amazing and nice give her a raise.. The place was clean and nice..
The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the walls
are thin so we heard screaming children all night that kept us up.. no soap or shampoo .. remote didn’t work had to get new one…. All and all it was in the middle for a rating.

There was no soap in the room.
The bed was almost made. One sheet untucked. No blanket or bedspread.
Sink looked like someone had washed something in it. Water spotted.
Refrigerator had smudges at and around the handles.

Also the carpet in the hallway was smell so bad also the one in the elevator me and my kids get sick because that
Also on the website says that they serve breakfast but when I asked them on the morning they said they don’t serve! Also when I get out this morning there was two guys drunk and having couples beer with them in the elevator!!

Room was absolutely spotless, I still cant get over that there was a full kitchen in the room with a full size fridge and freezer combo, dishwasher, microwave, and small stove top and counter space! Most rooms twice this price don't even have a mini-fridge!
Most importantly, and I know I'm repeating myself, but the room itself was SO clean! It was amazing, even under the sink and behind the toilet were dustless.
Bathroom was a great size with a fan, and shower was the length of a bathtub with great pressure and hot temperature. Overall, I can see why it's an "extended stay" hotel- this room was nicer than my apar**ent haha.

Rude staff, I didn’t check out because no one is barely at the front desk. They rarely have clean linen to exchange. The room wasn’t that clean, they forgot the bathroom mirror and the microwave. The mattress protection looked as if it seen better days. Never going back!

The room was a decent size with a full size refrigerator and dishwasher, but there was no coffee maker in the room or coffee on the premises. Not sure why they provided coffee cups in the room. The bathroom was fine except one of the towels had pretty nasty stains on it.
I’m doubt I would stay there again.
