The location of the hotel is great, close to main shopping street. the rooms are well designed and very clean. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is in a nice ambiance and a big variety of food is given. I only regret that the pastries have always been dry during my stay. Otherwise, all in all, it was a great experience.

Best compliments to de guy who did animal design out of towels in our rooms. His name is Ponnusamy. He comes out of his way to check on our needs. He is a great asset n must be greatly appreciated. Breakfast is a disaster. Food is same daily n not freshly made. Very disappointing. In-house room service never returned our change. Service charge us high. Should return our change. Not right!

Rooms were excellent especially the house keeping was good. Towel art by Aakash and Preetu was awesome . Remote access was wonderful. Breakfast spread might have been better. Toilet was very good. Number of characters in review need not be compulsory

After our family trip to India, we wanted to share our positive feedback. Thanks to the assistance of our driver Bennets Selvaraj, we had a pleasant and secure stay. We are grateful to Mr. Alagusundaram for his help in organizing the trip, as well as to Bennet, our driver, for meeting our expectations and allowing us to discover the wonders of Chennai, Madurai, and Rameswaram. His professionalism, kindness, and care truly touched us, making us feel like a real family during the journey. We highly recommend him to anyone traveling in India, regardless of the planned itinerary, as he will meet all expectations. As for the hotel, we have excellent memories: the quality of the accommodation, the decoration, and the sanitary level were impeccable. We especially enjoyed dining at the SKY, particularly the Lobster, which was a delight for the palate. But what impressed us the most was the kindness and smiles of the staff, which contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel as well as the services of our driver to all travelers in South India!

Great located hotel, with lots of character and charm. Very varied breakfast buffet, clean and great staff. Everything is controlled via a tablet which was a bit stressful as we didn’t check in until 4am and our tv was very loud, a few hand towels would be handy for us women.

Really good service and food at Chin Chin was great as well. Enjoyed my stay here. Mr. Ramkumar and Prabath treated us super well as well! Breakfast offered and the room service was great as well. The staff are courteous to help us super quickly.

Location is great. The house keeping staff Periyaasamy and Jagades are excellent. Paid attention to details and are very friendly. Naveen at the Bike bar makes exellent drinks eith great music even in Spanish! The food and view at the Sky are excellent. I would love to come back. Thank you for everything!
