Ya sabía que un hotel tan excelente estaba organizado aquí durante dos días 😁 tiene un sentido de diseño, limpio y un buen servicio! La clave no esperaba que en esta zona central existiera un hotel tan sexy como el más alto. Lo más sorprendente es que el entusiasta hermano pequeño que recibe la recepción nos ha actualizado directamente la suite familiar, y los niños no están contentos cuando entran en la habitación! A media noche los niños necesitan etiquetas de alcohol y la recepción de la caja de alcohol también se pueden sacar directamente de la mesa de servicio. La habitación está llena de detalles, limpia y cómoda, los artículos de lavandería incluyendo los remolques son muy útiles. Además, la ubicación es muy buena, el lado cercano es el establecimiento de selección de Starbucks de Changzhou, y el lado es el escudo de la manzana de frutas, no sea demasiado bueno! Realmente elogiar 😘 Después de tener la oportunidad de volver a Changzhou, debe elegir esta tienda 😁

Hace poco me hospedé en el Luxotel International Hotel y tuve una experiencia fantástica. El desayuno bufé era delicioso y ofrecía una amplia variedad de deliciosas opciones para empezar el día. Uno espera más calidad para un hotel ”boutique”, las fotos que ves en la página web y el precio que ha pagado. El lugar era bonito y la zona de recepción muy agradable, pero la habitación dejaba que desear, así que la experiencia fue bastante decepcionante.
Habíamos reservado ”Deluxe Queen Room” con vistas al río. Pequeña y sin más excusas para el calificativo ”deluxe” que una bañera junto a la cama. Las vistas al río eran a través de una ventana con celosías que no podías abrir, bastante decepcionante.
Enfrente del hotel hay un club que molestaba mucho con la música tan alta y la mala insonorización de la habitación. Hasta que no pararon la música no pudimos dormir.
El desayuno te lo envían al cuarto, pero no hay un lugar en la habitación donde comerlo cómodamente, ni siquiera sillas. Era, además, bastante insulso.
Los puntos buenos son su ubicación, la limpieza y la comodidad de la cama.

WWeiWith our own private pool and in-house hot spring tub, we were enjoying a wonderful off-season quiet stay at this beautiful resort. The location is superb. Our villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, trees and bamboo forest. The villa has a large sitting room with tea table, oversized sofas and a crystal sharp TV. The bedroom is also very large with soft duvet cover. A huge bathroom with shower and toilet separated. Amenities are luxuries and in good sizes. The best of all was the service. We were pampered by ever detailed attention from the resort staff. The breakfast was also rich in local highlight's and delicious. We heard the resort will be snow capped during the winter time. We cannot wait coming back to see the different sight.

MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

NNicoleneOverall the stay wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. I just wanted to say that the staff are amazing, super helpful and assisted when they could but I did have to ask for help often. The pool is basically still water as it doesn’t have a filter , so there was algae in it, which isn’t great.. the bath was broken but they said people don’t use them, my friend and I wanted to use it as that’s why we booked this hotel so we ended up fixing it ourselves. Lunch and dinner options were limited and they don’t really have a cook most the time. You call get a didi to the hotel but you they won’t pick you up there unless you prebook, the hotel can give you a contact for a driver and he’s amazing and willing to work for a full day with out worry, his prices are low and he even spoke to people when we needed tickets to attractions so we didn’t have to use a translator app. Overall the stay was lovely, but it’s not ideal if you want to travel around.

TTravelBoy89Todo en este hotel estuvo bien hecho. Desde el saludo en la recepción hasta las habitaciones limpias y el increíble desayuno. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. La ubicación era ideal para mi viaje, ya que no estaba muy lejos de la estación de tren e incluso para dar agradables paseos y otras actividades.

CCody SoodeenEl hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad de China, donde el personal del frente es muy amable.
Durante mi estancia, ordené servicio de habitaciones casi todas las noches y aunque no hablo chino, el personal era muy paciente y útil para asegurarse de que recibían mi pedido correctamente.
La vista desde las habitaciones es increíble y el servicio del hotel ha sido excelente. También está muy centralmente situado con fácil acceso a entretenimiento, tiendas, restaurantes y estaciones de ferrocarril ligeras para viajar a otras ciudades de China. Además, los restaurantes, piscina, cortina de basqueteo, cafetería y otros servicios del hotel hacen que sea un lugar conveniente para permanecer si es su primera vez en China o Changzhou como es mío.
Por razones relacionadas con el trabajo mi viaje en Changzhou fue ampliado y he disfrutado mi estancia en el hotel Marriot tanto que decidí extender mi estancia aquí y actualizar mi habitación para incluir el salón ejecutivo (totalmente vale la pena si usted se queda aquí, Es como tener acceso a un salón de nivel emiratos con vistas todos los días).
¡En resumen, el personal es muy amable y útil, las habitaciones son hermosas, y los servicios que ofrecen hacen su estancia muy conveniente!

CConwayEstaba tan caliente en la noche que no podía dormir. Este es un gran problema con todos estos hoteles en China con aire acondicionado central. Hay un hombre que decide qué temperatura debe ser para todo el hotel......como en TODOS los cuartos. No puedo ajustar la temperatura. Mi habitación estaba probablemente a 27° todo el tiempo. No puedo dormir a menos que sea al menos 21°. HUGE problema, y nunca puedo permanecer allí otra vez..... porque incluso en invierno, el “hombre” decide cuán caliente debe ser cada habitación. La única manera de intentar y golpear el sistema es abrir la ventana, y esperar que sea lo suficientemente fría. La habitación es muy confortable, y el hotel es muy confortable y está muy bien situado. Todo sobre el hotel fue genial, además del hecho de que no podía dormir..... lo que es realmente la única razón por la que nadie se queda en un hotel.

UUsuario anónimoUsually I stay in this hotel when I travel to Jintan on business and I liked it before. But this time it was really bad. I ordered twin beds, they gave us one bad. The slippers that are supposed to be new, one slipper was completely wet unfree I unpacked them. The room was cold. We lived 2 people in the room, but they have only 1 card per room. We are 2 adult people staying in one room and having things to do. How are we supposed to have 1 card per room? What kind of policy is that? What kind of joke? My friend was coming from business trip at 10 pm, I was coming back at 6, am I supposed to sit and wait for her for 4 hours? This is ridiculous. Also, I’m coming back late the next day, very tired, with heavy bags, and when I arrive in my room I find that my card doesn’t work so I have to go back to the reception and ask to renew the card which she refused. It is a disaster
