My stay at Bon Hotels far surpassed my expectations! My initial reservation was last minute yet I was greeted with a friendly smile despite a very late check in. Michael took the time to show me around, made sure I was comfortable and at ease and was just a lovely, friendly, professional person. The unit was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean and one could not ask for a better location - Down in the lift and you end up a few steps away from Canal Walk Shopping Centre!!! My one night stay ended up in a one month stay. Deon, Michael and Pamela were readily available and truly made me feel special and I can honestly say I have never felt safer. I can truly say that each and every member of staff from the security guards at the gates to management, provided an exceptional service and I can recommend this establishment with confidence *****

We had an amazing stay at Majorca Apartments by Bon Hotels. The apartment was clean and the service was excellent. The staff were very helpful. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and the views are breath-taking! The rooms are neat and the beds are comfortable. The location is perfect 👌 literally a stone throw from canal walk mall. The entire place is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. If peace and tranquility is what you're looking for, Majorca is the place to be 👌

10 out of 10 for staff service. Thank you Pamela en Innocent for top service. Unit are perfectly located at Canal Walk Century City. Gated security. Close to the exit to N1.

It has been a wonderful stay for me and my husband at Majorca. The room very spacious and clean. Nice surrondings with direct access to Canal Walk Mall. The staffs very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Michael who helped us a lot.

They are congenial, friendly and super responsive and efficient.You could ask for better hosts and just super custodians of a gorgeous (15/10🥰🇿🇦) Property. We will be back for sure. I dont even know where to start regarding how awesome our stay and interaction with the staff was. Friendly and helpfull staff, have to mention Babsie and Pamela who went out of their way to assist us even with last minute changes to our accommodation. The place itself was clean and tidy and had everything we needed to enjoy our holliday. The mall is very close and kids can enjoy not only Majorca as a facility but facilities at the mall as well. What more can i say, we just love the place and will definitely be regulars

The place was near airport so transfer to airport was not challenging. Response time for any issues was good. Staff waited for us to arrive till late when we delayed coz of change of flight.

Great location. Access very easy via a bridge to canal walk, very secure and beautiful place with outside pool, heated covered pool, wild ducks, secure parking. The apartment is fully equipped with dishwashing , washing machine, dryer, etc.. However the cleaning and maintenance could be improved
