Bonito y pequeño hotel. CR demasiado pequeño. El bueno: Personal agradable. Check-in sin problemas. No se requiere depósito por ”daños”. Limpiar zonas comunes y habitación limpia. Buena cama y ropa de cama. Toallas limpias. Gran flujo de agua caliente para la ducha. Caja de seguridad en hab. TV por cable con buena selección de canales. Aire acondicionado silencioso. Pensando en el Medio Ambiente con procedimiento de reutilización de ”toallas” y embalaje reducido (Se proporciona jarra de agua para llenar con dispensador en el pasillo, dispensadores de jabón de manos, gel de baño y champú). Buen desayuno filipino servido en un pequeño restaurante con condimentos. Ubicación conveniente para visitar el hospital Chong Hua. Zona cercana Parada de taxis. Camine hasta Robinsons Fuente y McDo. El malo: Tazas, pero no tetera. Pequeño CR donde la entrada de 2 personas es imposible, incluso con coreografía. La caja fuerte de la habitación es muy pequeña. Sin frigorífico. Sin tapete CR. El feo: Niños de la calle durmiendo a la intemperie, muy cerca del Hotel. La punta: Pide una habitación donde el WiFi sea bueno. La conclusión: Buen valor para el dinero. Bad service I will definitely NOT recomment at all. We have booked ahead and they told us the rate wil not change at all. We would understand if they have informed us but we kept asking them and they said no the rate will stay as long you will pay the deposit which we paid right away. Now the person we talked to Ms Shayne has resign they wont honor the rate even we have the emailed but the other person Ms Jessica is still working at Bayfront Hotel Capitol, hasn't informed us at all at least we will know. Money is not an issue here, we were so frustrated about their communication and their service all they want is Money not the service. I even called ma y times but still the reception hasn't informed me at all. We have booked a room with kitchenette and there is stove but no pot to use or any basic things. Like what will I use then?! If you asked extra blanket/pillow/towel they want more money, which you have to pay more. This is why PHILIPPINES has a bad review at all I was looking forward as my friend recommended me to stay here but I should have listen to my GUTS then not to stay here but giving the benefits of the doubt. But I was right then. You don't want to stay here, you can stay at Cebu Parklane hotel and Radisson they have a good service and your money you paid for is worth it.

STEVEN ROYO SANTIAGO assured to me that phone is just there in the room. Other staff were looking and asking others to help them to find until MR STEVEN SANTIAGO personally went to the room and searched and he found it. En el hotel, el hotel está en una habitación de 3 minutos a pie de la habitación. Nos hemos asentado en una habitación de 2 camas únicas por una noche (Room 922) y hemos pedido que se traslada en cama de tamaño real el día siguiente (Room 613) que tomó al mismo tiempo el IVA, si tienes errands transferring of rooms is a trouble. The hotel is along the hi-way very accessible to Ayala malls, Pier 1, Airport,Sm seaside, Robinson Galleria, Market, staff very helpful and friendly, service excellent..... restaurant classy.... I'm happy and satisfied.......

This visit to Marco Polo truly saddened me. If you read some of my past reviews of this hotel I noted it was my favorite place to stay anywhere in the world. This was my first post Covid visit and I was shocked and disappointed. - Basic maintenance has not been completed. For example, there is a glass elevator that goes to Blu their rooftop restaurant. This elevator was out of order and when I asked why I was told “Covid.” Covid travel restrictions were lifted a long time ago and that’s no excuse. In a second example, we returned to our room after a long night and the key did not work. It turned out the battery in the electronic device on the door needed to be replaced and the front desk understand the issue immediately, so this must happen often. Good hotels replace these batteries on a schedule so the guests never suffer from dead batteries. - Service, which used to be outstanding?@, is now unacceptable. First, the English language skills of most employees we encountered were sub par. Second, the person who checked me in was being trained, so the check in process was very slow. Third, service at the poolside bar during lunch was slow, the waitstaff inattentive and they failed to include my banana shake on the bill so as we are leaving the grab us and give us a second bill to pay. Fourth, service at breakfast was terrible. I had to ask for black tea three times before I got it, seeking some out 3 times as no one ever came to check on us. When we arrived around 9 AM there was no bacon (later replenished with bacon that looked so bad I did not even try it, fatty and not crisp), there was 1 banana, which was never replenished, there were no juice glasses (later replenished). The food quality was adequate but not nearly up to pre-Covid standards. Overall the service was lacking. - I was also disappointed that the lobby lounge, which used to have live music every night now has piano music only and only 1 night per week I am told. - There was a cart of dirty linens in our hallway both days Some of these things are not expensive or hard to fix. It doesn’t cost a lot to have live music in the lounge nightly as there are lots of singers groups looking for opportunities. It doesn’t cost a lot to make sure you change door card batteries regularly Others are basic requirements if doing business. For example you don’t leave a glass elevator to one of the most expensive restaurants in Cebu out of order for month/years. I am purchasing a condo unit in Marco Polo residences and expected to regularly visit the hotel for meals/drinks, but if this is the quality and service we can expect, then I will not be utilizing their services.

En el hotel, el hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto y de los restaurantes y de las tiendas de comidas durante un viaje reciente a Cebu. A la hora de la visita, la ciudad de la ciudad se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad. La habitación era muy buena, pero no estaba en el baño. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede hacer nada. Bueno, la mayoría del ruido vino de compañeros que caminan por los pasillos después de hacer bars, supongo. Además, el hotel es de gran valor por dinero. Estoy ansioso por quedarme con ellos en viajes futuros.

El lugar es asombroso. Convenientemente ubicado cerca del transporte público. A poca distancia de la comida rápida y el supermercado más cercanos. El desayuno también es bueno, algunos alimentos cambian cada día. Tiene frente a la playa, pero no muy grande. Necesita limpieza. Tiene algunas piscinas y un spa en el resort. No hay mucho que hacer en el resort por la noche.

Aquí me gusta todo, todo el personal que nos conocimos nos saludó como amigos y también son muy útiles. Parece que el hotel está bien manejado. Y el hotel es familiar.
