A very comfortable family run hotel Staff helpful and very friendly. Excellent breakfasts. Evening meals in restaurant very good. Perfect location by the promenade with a big selection of restaurants and cafes and within easy reach of tree shaded walks

My friend and I have a beautiful twin room that had a balcony. The location was fabulous, so close to the sea and right in the hub of things, yet so peaceful at night for sleeping. All staff were very friendly, thoughtful and helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as blissful as possible. Breakfast was lovely too. Many thanks to all

Very quaint 12 bedroom hotel. We didnt book until last minute so didn't have a choice of room and had a double right at the top of the building. There's is no lift so stairs not good if you are infirm although we are both in our seventies but just took our time and staff helped with luggage. Beautiful little resort perfect to just wander around and enjoy little bars and fabulous restaurants. What a lovely country.

Very well located close to harbour, bus station, boats to Dubrovnik and headland walks. The room was spacious with a shared balcony. Bathroom was well appointed. All the inside furnishings were fairly new but all the outside chairs, tables and loungers were old, rusty and definitely needed replacing. The food was very good, hot breakfast cooked to order and lots of choice for dinner with delicious desserts. The breakfast waitress Michaela is friendly, helpful and a real asset to the business, able to converse in many languages too.

Stayed here for 4 nights in April 2024 in a room with a shared terrace - in fact, we arrived on the day they opened for the summer season. What can we say, this hotel has just 12 rooms and the personal service they provide is amazing. The owners and staff couldn't do enough for us and made us feel like we were guests in their home. The room was large with a lovely view from the terrace. Everything was spotless and the bed was really comfy. The breakfast was absolutely lovely but the crowning glory is their Restaurant Dalmacija - I can honestly say that we rarely eat at the same place twice when on holiday as we like to try different places, but not this time.....we ate in the restaurant on our 2nd night and then never went anywhere else. The food is beautiful - definitely not cheap but absolutely top quality. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Wonderful small and friendly hotel with excellent staff. In the centre of Cavtat and only a very short walk to everything you may need including cafes, restaurants and boats to Dubrovnik, Mlini and other Islands. The rooms had everything we needed and were spotlessly clean every day. Lovely terrace at the back with a few table, chairs and sunloungers. Breakfast was wonderful and varied with a fantastically friendly waitress serving us each day, who remembered our drinks order every morning, a true asset . We would come back again tomorrow. Cavtat is beautiful especially when such historic and tasteful buildings like this are still here, and cared for so well. We loved it!

Lovely personal, boutique hotel with well appointed rooms. Staff are so welcoming and helpful. Their restaurant is amazing. We ate here on our first and last night's (so many good eateries in Cavtat) and both times the meals were delicious, beautifully presented. Would love to return here.

Lovely comfortable hotel in the heart of Cavtat. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Excellent breakfast with hot food freshly cooked. They were happy to provide gluten free bread. Ate in the hotel restaurant during our stay which was also very good. Great location for the boats to Dubrovnik and the bus station.

Delightful small hotel. Great location, central but quiet. Really lovely friendly helpful staff. Felt well looked after. good breakfast included and also ate at their restaurant "Dalmatia" . Has terraces at the back where can sit out.

We were a group of 8 who originally booked a hotel for one night when staying in Cavtat before a flight. We got stuck with UK air traffic control systems and ended up staying two extra nights. The staff were so friendly to us and made the whole experience really easy. They went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible in a stressful situation. The owner is amazing and clearly has installed a fantastic culture. The food was also really nice and the rooms too. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful and spacious rooms, gorgeous terraces, in the center of cozy Cavtat, with excellent service. We had dinner at the restaurant twice....it was that good. The breakfast buffet had the traditional spread with eggs and other hot food made to order by an incredibly attentive wait staff. The hotel coordinated rooms for our very large group, and everyone was pleased with their stay. They treated us like family. Villa Pattiera was exactly what we needed to end our long trip with a few days of relaxation in peaceful and beautiful Cavtat. It made the perfect launching point for our last round of day trips to Montenegro, Dubrovnik and Croatia's wine country, after which we could enjoy a slower pace strolling the streets of Cavtat and swimming in one of its many beautiful beach coves. It's location just one block from the bus and uber station made for an easy arrival into town (no hills or steps required), and made it easy to come and go as we visited the surrounding cities. The hotel does not have an elevator, so ask for the first floor if you have trouble going up and down steps.

We booked this Hotel on the basis of the exceptional reviews and we were not disappointed It is a family run run Hotel which make you feel a part of the family Nothing is too much trouble. The room we had shared a private terrace which overlooked the centre of Cavtat and the harbour. The bed was really comfy and the bathroom was really nice. We stayed halfboatd and really recommend the restaurant The breakfast could be buffet or have a meal cooked from the kitchen. The Evening meals were really top quality. We had a mix from the included menu and the a la carte which were a 40% discount really recommend the sizzling steak bought out on a hot skillet All in all didn't want to come home definitely ne back at some point once worked off all the calories!

What can I say that hasn't aready been said? This was, by miles, the best hotel we have ever stayed in - and we have stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide! Every single thing about Villa Pattiera is just perfect - the friendliest, kindest staff (Martina is an absolute sweetheart!), the cosy rooms, the delicious, plentiful breakfast (the biggest thank you to lovely Michaela, you are AMAZING!!), the delicious Croatian cuisine in the restaurant, and the perfect location in the heart of beautiful Cavtat, with everything a few minutes walk away. As I say above we have stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide, and Villa Pattiera is hard to beat - it really does feel like our second home now; the staff went above and above to make us feel so, so welcome, like friends and family and not just guests. Unbelievable. Upon returning from the islands, we stopped for a quick lunch at the Villa Pattiera's restaurant, only to then find out that our return flight that evening was cancelled - so we needed to find rooms in Cavtat at the very last minute, and Martina and Michaela immediately dropped what they were doing to book us into the hotel - it ended up being a blessing that our flight was cancelled as we got to spend another night in the beautiful Villa Pattiera ;) Overall, the Villa Pattiera is hard to beat.
