Como final de nuestro viaje por Capri y Costa Amalfitana, fuimos a Caserta para ver la Reggia de Caserta. Pasamos una noche e este hotel. Esta ubicado en una villa privada, todo el hotel es nuevo, muy bien decorado y con una habitación y baño muy grande. Cuenta con restaurante donde cenamos muy bien por un precio razonable, así como piscina y jardines. Su personal aunque muy amable no hablaba español.

Menna who served us breakfast each morning was the star as far as the staff are concerned. She remembered our coffee order each morning. Breakfast room overlooked the pool which was a very relaxing place. The October warmth allowed us to sit by the pool each late afternoon. Air conditioning required asking the front desk to turn it in. Not acceptable. The curtains were coming off the rails. Not acceptable. The wifi was very slow. Not acceptable. Hot water was not very hot. Not acceptable. Noisy neighbours with screaming kids in neighbouring rooms. Not acceptable. Location of Caserta allows easy day trips to Naples, Pompeii and Salerno. Would we stay there again? Probably not.

Hotel was an oasis within a quirky pert of the city. Directions to it were hard to find, but hotel stay was very good for the price.

The rooms are outdated and air conditioning seems to not exist. Hotel pool and grounds are pretty. Hotel is hard to find. Breakfast is fine . Beds are terrible as well as the front end service. Look for other places in Caserta or just pass on Caserta as a whole.

The hotel appears to have a master control of the air condition system. They lock out the in room controls at night. Writing this at 3 am, from my 80 degree room. Complete disaster. If the hotel responds saying it was an overload or some other excuse don’t believe it.

Room was clean , comfortable, and had all amenities we needed . Air conditioner was initially working but turned off at some point in the middle of the night due to “system overload”. Still the room remained comfortable into the morning . Breakfast was great. Pool wasn’t working during our stay which was extremely disappointing as I had purposely chosen this hotel for the pool given the extreme heat. But it’s t looked nice outside ! Parking underground is a bonus!

Very hot. They turn the air off when out of the room. Beds are horrible. Traffic horrible . Paid for the night but left without sleeping there. It was so bad
