Nada de culpa en absoluto. La habitación era genial, así como el hotel en sí y la ubicación. La comida fue increíble. Un montón de opciones que incluyen panqueques, gofres, huevo Benedict y mucho más, todo recién respaldado, cocinado. Sin duda volveremos allí de nuevo si alguna vez visitamos Goa. El personal del hotel también fue amable, inteligente, apasionado y respetuoso. Gran experiencia sobre todo.

El desayuno estaba muy por debajo de las expectativas... Ni había gusto ni opciones.

Rooms were good break fast was ok and all the staff were friendly however some staff seemed untrained.

I had a disappointing experience at the Fairfield Marriott in Calungate. The location is on a back road and is quite far from the centre of Calungate. You may need a taxi or motorbike to make the journey to the centre. The hotel front desk will not help with either and the taxi's outside the front of the hotel were price gouging for the duration of my stay. You can rent a motorbike in the centre of Calungate. The closest beach is walkable but the good beaches will require a taxi (Calungate, Baga, and Anjuna). There are some good restaurants within a 20 minute walk of the hotel but no shops or restaurants any closer. The hotel shop (which they promote in their room brochure) was empty. The staff on the front desk were helpful, smiled, and did make an effort, however, they could benefit from additional training (forgetfulness was the main issue). The front desk forgot that I'd arranged for a late checkout and deactivated my key card early on the last day (my key card stopped working on 3 occasions). My room was not cleaned when requested. They had trouble recommending local restaurants and bars (something that a 2 star hotel can do very well). The laundry fee was extortionate (it would've been cheaper to buy new clothes) and I was not told the cost in advance. The room struggled with condensation too. I could go on, however, life is short! On a positive note, the staff were friendly, the food in the restaurant was good (as was the beer) and the facilities were as promised in the photos. The gentel*** behind the bar was very helpful as was a member of the front desk staff when I checked out (and my Uber failed to appear - don't use Uber in Goa...useless!). The room was clean too - no mold, dirt, or small animals. This hotel would suit a family with young children that do not plan to leave the hotel. However, this will be the last time I stay at a Fairfield Marriott.

Ubicación muy buena cerca de calangute que es de las zonas más turísticas, está a 10 min caminando de varios restaurantes y la playa, fueron muy amables en darnos recomendación de alimentos y lugares nocturnos, el personal siempre atento de nuestras necesidades, el camino para llegar a la playa está un poco descuidado pero todo lo demás fue perfecto.

Estancia de 6 días en Goa, el hotel estaba limpio y la comida estaba por encima de la media. El único inconveniente era que la electricidad en el área local se cortaba durante un minuto, ocho veces al día. Sin embargo, esto no estropeó nuestra estancia. El personal fue muy atento, especialmente Sat *** pa, que fue muy informativo y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos, y Akash, el bar***, fue muy agradable y conocedor de la preparación de cócteles. Los siguientes jefes, Lekmath y Pramod Kumar, hicieron todo lo posible y prepararon comidas específicas a nuestro gusto.

I’ve stayed at too ***y Marriotts to count as a lifetime platinum member, and this is without question one of the best! From check-in to check-out, the facilities and staff exceeded all expectation — especially due to the grossly exaggerated negative reviews we had seen before arriving. The facilities are much more representative of a full-service Marriott than what one would experience in US-based Fairfield Marriotts. The staff were kind, gracious, and exceedingly helpful with all our needs. Vinaya checked us in and offered recommendations throughout our stay. Rohit kept our room in pristine condition. Jogender and Sree were the faces of the unbelievable chef and kitchen staff. Subhag, Kalpesh, Rasna and the entire serving team were top-notch. The security, pool, and cleaning staff were a joy to interact with throughout the day. I would highly recommend if you are looking to stay at a little piece of paradise within the paradise that is Goa!

I came here for 3 days with my family and its a wonderful place to spend your time and money. This place is newly built, hence very clean. The staff here are very welcoming. Dawson is a really nice person (one of the staff). The food here was fabulous and we got a "SEE YOU SOON" cake which was really appreciable. The pool was clean and good. The only thing which was not very good was food was server really slow in the room.

Recently we visited this property as a couple for the weekend. It was an amazing experience and most of the credit goes to the staff. Right from the reception to hotel staff to the house keeping...everything was so welcoming. Keep up the good work guys 👍

All food and beverage staff was GOAT i had an amazing stay with you guys and the hospitality which is show by f and b staff was perfect mr deepak , sangeeta , sangeeta pal , rohit , vishal , sneha , dipu , akshay , hitesh , srikant , kalpesh , every one doing great job

I am very satisfied with this property and try to stay again and again …….staff very polite and humble ….service very fast ……good breakfast…nice staff specially Snehasis ,Alina ,Deepak Akshay and all …..come goa stay at Fairfield Marriott suggest to everyone
