very luxurious stay in budget. staff are good n professional staff helps in parking and handling overall great place to live here nice room excellent service rooms are small as compare to others hotel but rooms are clean n hygiene ….

Property location is good, silent area rooms are good, neet and clean. Worth for family stay 4-5 people

First of all, make my trip duped me by charging this stay for 5600 while the price of the room is 2500. The owner of the resort upgraded our standard room to suite room as we have paid more amount to the mmt. Coming to the property, except the pool, everything is below par. Suite room is also like the standard room except it is spacious. No proper linen. No coffee station. No door bell. Cockroaches in the washroom. Complimentary breakfast has only poha and pori baji which is of no taste. The only plus point is the property is near to the calangute and baga beaches.

Staff was not good and rooms conditions were so bad. There is no elevator in the hotel. Looks vise not so bad.

Not good as shown in the picture. Maintenance is bad. Entry road also is narrow. There is not enough space to park the vehicle.

Very poor service, no lift facility, breakfast is also not good. I don't suggest. This hotel is not worth.

Hotel location in 10 ft road car not come at hotel gate. Staff not cooperating. Tuth brush and colgate they don't give to guest. Washroom to dirty even washroom sheet not fixed. Bed experience.

This resort is too near by beach. Only 10 minutes by walk. In this resort you will find familiar behaviour staff. Too much good. And most i like food here. Amazing tasty food whatever you will order you will get tasty food and food rates are reasonable. Nelson the one staff members is so nice. Thanks for making our goa stay memorable. Taking lot of memories from here.

Breakfast was worst. One day chhole bhature one day puri sabzi one day iddli sambar culet and than repeat repeat. Fruits only watermelon every day and they have excuses every day regarding watermelon one was good second was bad, staff went for buy from market you have to wait. No boiled egg or omlet. And everyday they gave you in the name of fresh juice rasna pani
