Great hotel, very clean, lovely staff and easy access to the center of Brussels, takes around 15/20 min by bus. Amazing people from the front desk to housekeeping a special thank you to Alina and Ali at front desk that always welcome me with the sweetest intentions such as fruit baskets and refreshments after a very long flight and always accomodate my needs! and Hind and Mimi from housekeeping they are sweet and care about the comfort of the guest very much. Extremely disappointed on our 3rd anniversary We decided to spend our Easter Weekend in Belgium an so, to spend our first night to a 4star hotel. We found new hotel charlemagne, unfortunately rated too high for what they offered, or at least to us. When we arrived we were told there was no parking (although we specifically looked for that before booking and hence that’s why we chose that hotel). We have been given the keys for our room afterwards. From the corridor you could see the door was opened before we went in. Crums on the floor, and the cleaner turned up shouting that it “was clean” in french. Went to reception to request to be moved. We went to our second room. The first thing you could notice when entering the room was the smell of cigarette. Whoever stayed there before us, smoked. The aircon did not work so my partner s been freezing the whole time. We went again to the reception and we have been given the third room. Finally the third room was cleaner, but the aircon still didn’t work. They had a small heater from Rowenta to heat the room. In a 4 stars hotel!!!! Also, were we were, the balcony door would no lock so in terms of safety, that was not great. I want to thank to Simona for finding my coat as I have left it in one of rooms while switching rooms. She has been great in managing our situation and other guests at the same time. Just to add: how a 4 star hotel has only 1 receptionist checking in, running up and down, dealing with complaints etc. all at the same time? Or one cleaner whom is expected to clean all the rooms and not miss anything? The only thing that keeps this hotel open are the receptionist and cleaner. There was no management whatsoever. How is it safe to only have one person at the reception? For a 4 star hotel, the experience was awful, we will definitely not return and we won’t recomend this hotel to anyone especially if you have children. Unless you want them to freeze in the rooms. Luckily we chose, for our trip to spend each night in a different city, therefore we havent booked this one for more than one night.

Muy buena ubicación, aunque es una pena que no haya un acceso peatonal más directo al recinto ferial desde el hotel por la parte trasera de la Brussels Expo. Personal del hotel muy amable. Sorprendido que la limpieza de la habitación no se haga todos los días pero solamente cada dos días.

En primer lugar, el hotel es el mismo que el de la imagen. También en el centro de la ciudad. Recibirás el mensaje en la parte inferior. Habrá una contraseña para la primera puerta. Después de ingresar, hay una contraseña para el segundo buzón. Luego obtenga la tarjeta de la habitación. La señora de la recepción fue muy educada y servicial con nosotros. El primer día sentí que el piso era demasiado bajo y peligroso. El servicio de atención al cliente de Ctrip respondió y me cambié a una nueva habitación al día siguiente. Como resultado, una mujer extranjera abrió la puerta al tercer día. Hotel Oolong dio la llave equivocada. Me asustó. Si no estaba en la habitación en ese momento. Qué hacer si se pierde el dinero.

Transporte conveniente, autobús directo al aeropuerto. El personal de la recepción es cálido y amable y tiene preguntas y respuestas. La habitación es espaciosa, hay utensilios de cocina para cocinar, rentable, la próxima vez que venga a Bruselas, se hospedará en este hotel.

Este hotel se encuentra alejado de la Plaza Municipal, a más de 20 minutos en auto, y no hay servicios comerciales cercanos. Muy tranquilo por la noche. Desayuno estilo occidental, ducha en bañera. No se proporcionan kits dentales ni zapatillas. Para fumar es necesario salir de la habitación y salir al exterior. El agua del grifo en Bruselas no es potable y es necesario comprar agua embotellada. Hay un hervidor de agua en la habitación.
