We required some room facilities through hotel application form but it seems nobody reads this. Also the receptionist didn't inform us about additional facilities we can use so we had to remind him. Restaurant food is ok but there is a feeling that there is not enough stuff and that they cannot prepare tables on time. The room was ok but needs renovation. Cooling unit was leaking and during the first night ceiling fell on the floor and we had water all over. Hotel reacted fast and during our breakfast they repaired the ceiling. After repairing water was steel pouring from the climate but ceiling didn't fall again during our stay. Room was cleaned every day and that was ok. Last day we spotted cockroaches on the floor.

Just returned from a beautiful holiday visited this hotel several years ago now !loved it then and still do! About an hour distance from airport which to be honest went quickly due to the beautiful scenery! Hospitality is wonderful by all in Novigrad !even at one of the local banks where we managed to exchange the kunas we’d accumulated over the years ! there was no problem at all at the bank to exchange to euros! With no charge! Hotel was in a beautiful location a great walk into the town managed to do at least 10000 steps a day we so earnt a few beers and beautiful lunch in novigrad!Watch out for mosquitoes they really are out and about at the moment! As for the hotel the service was excellent! The restaurant never disappointed and the rooms were kept spotless ! Thankyou hotel maestral we will be back! A truly class holiday!!

El servicio fue excelente, probablemente la estancia más relajante y cómoda que he tenido en Europa. Han hecho un gran trabajo al crear este entorno único. ¿Quién ha oído hablar de un spa de cerveza? Desafortunadamente, no hice el spa de cerveza, pero tuve la oportunidad de recibir un masaje. Dormí como un bebé. No tenía ninguna razón inmediata para estar de regreso en esa área, pero me aseguraré de regresar tan pronto como sea práctico y probablemente me quedaré unos días.
