Really lovely hotel. Comfortable bed clean. Needed some background music in restaurant. Dinner and breakfast good. Had a wonderful view.

This is a lovely hotel with lots of charm. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are great and comfortable. It’s a little pricey but everything on Skye is. Restaurant food quality was just ok.

We found the hotel and rooms to be in need of a major renovation. The room charge was too high for the quality of the building. Also, we found most of the staff, except for the lady checking us out, to be less than friendly.

Completely overpriced for what you get.
Breakfast at 30fbp per head for something very basic. Just go around the corner for a much nicer and cheaper breakfast. Broken items in the room, only 2 glasses and shower gel bottles for 4 guests....no usb key plugs when every single other hotel or youth hostel had them around the country.

It was a lovely place to stay with amazing view in the front. Perfectly clean and comfortable. I'm really satisfied with Boardford House except the wifi which lost connection every 2 mins. Otherwise a great option to choose.

The property is in a good location if you want to walk around the town of Inverness. It is not a fancy hotel, so if that is what you want then look elsewhere but if you are only staying a night or two, this place is good enough if you are not picky. Staff was friendly.

Great long weekend stay. Ideally located for getting about the island. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and very comfortable. Food in both the bar and restaurant was delicious. Excellent breakfast. Will definitely be back.

For the price we paid the room was inadequate. I could have stayed in a five star hotel instead. This was an ******* nonsense for a B&B for which I paid $300 ???!!! We travelled all across Scotland and even the room at Rusacks in St Andrews overlooking the 18 th hole was cheaper and the food and services was fantastic.
