Hoteles en Hanói con desayuno

Tuve una experiencia increíble en Solaria Hanoi. Me lo recomendó un amigo que ya se había alojado aquí y, como era mi primera vez, revisé las reseñas y vi muchísimas positivas, ¡y todas eran ciertas! La ubicación era muy céntrica, en el Casco Antiguo, a un paseo del lago y de buenos restaurantes cerca. El servicio y la hospitalidad fueron excelentes; me sirvieron una bebida de bienvenida, un trozo de pastel y una toalla fría mientras esperaba a que la recepción se encargara de mi reserva. Todo, desde el registro de entrada hasta la salida, fue muy sencillo. También utilicé su servicio de traslado al aeropuerto, cuyo precio me pareció muy razonable considerando la distancia al aeropuerto. También ofrecen una tarjeta SIM en el hotel a un precio razonable y un paquete. No usé este servicio, pero me parece una oferta fantástica. La habitación estaba limpia y tenía todo lo que necesitaba como viajero de negocios solo. Las comodidades son completas, con secador de pelo disponible en la habitación, ¡y el desayuno estuvo genial! Además del buffet, ofrecen un menú a la carta que está incluido en el precio del desayuno. No soy de los que escriben reseñas largas, pero cuando lo hago, o me dieron un servicio pésimo o uno excelente. ¡Solaria Hanoi fue definitivamente positivo! Recomiendo este lugar a todos los que se alojen en Hanoi. ¡Un agradecimiento especial a Tamila y Kho, quienes me brindaron una cálida bienvenida durante toda mi estancia!

El hotel era hermoso y nuevo, en una ubicación fantástica. El personal era muy amable y atento. Como el hotel es nuevo, había algunos pisos e instalaciones que aún no estaban en funcionamiento. Al ser uno de los bares, no cambió la experiencia, en general fue un hotel hermoso. Habíamos reservado la suite ejecutiva, pero desafortunadamente el aire acondicionado en el piso en el que estaba no funcionaba, por lo que nos cambiaron a una habitación de categoría inferior. Sin embargo, hicieron todo lo posible para compensarnos, con un masaje gratuito de una hora para cada uno de nosotros y nos acomodaron para un check out muy tardío, por lo que no nos quedamos varados para nuestro vuelo nocturno.

A unos 10 minutos en moto del lago Hoang Kiem, cerca del hotel hay muchos cafés y restaurantes domingos. Amigo y entusiasmo. La habitación es limpia y agradable. La habitación está muy cerca de la habitación, la carga es muy lenta, con 4g también es débil. El baño tiene agua fuerte, caliente y rápida.Es bastante bueno, pero debido a 1 punto, el suelo está lejos del lugar de baño, así que cada vez que duchas, es fácil sobrefluir el agua en el exterior. En cambio, es conveniente viajar y ser bienvenido y el desayuno es delicioso, así que está bien.

El gerente del vestíbulo se mostró muy entusiasmado cuando nos vio regresar, nos ayudó a cargar nuestro equipaje y respondió nuestras preguntas. El desayuno es relativamente pequeño. Vivo en el penúltimo piso y me despiertan todos los días mientras se prepara el desayuno en el piso de arriba. Pero es muy tranquilo, muy cerca del lago Hoan Kiem y hay mucha comida abajo.

Este hotel ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio. Reservamos una suite de dos habitaciones con cocina totalmente equipada y lavadora. Hay muchos buenos restaurantes y supermercados cerca, lo que resulta muy práctico. Alquilamos las bicicletas del hotel para dar un paseo tranquilo alrededor del lago. En recepción cambian divisas, pero solo dólares estadounidenses, y el tipo de cambio era favorable. También pudimos participar en las actividades del hotel, que a los niños les encantaron.

Stayed at Hoa Hoang Hotel for 3 weeks. Service: 1. The front desk receptionist, Nga, is helpful, patient, and polite. She is always cheerful and attentive, even while handling calls and assisting other guests. She addressed my concerns clearly, answered all my questions, and is very pleasant to communicate with. 2. Breakfast buffet: staff is always on their feet. I see there’s two main servers, sometimes a third one. They’re very focused but it’s also because they have a lot of tasks - prep, cook, clean, replenish and clear all the dining tables. The tables are not always wiped down, but if you ask, they will address it immediately. Two weeks in, they hired a fourth server which was nice because tables were cleared and cleaned faster. There were a variety of food options with a few soup dishes that rotated each day. They serve mainly carbs and didn’t have many vegetarian options and not a lot of protein in general. They had breakfast chits that we would have to collect from the front desk each day and hand-in to the breakfast staff, they’re very on top of collecting the chits. 3. Room service: We never ordered food to the room. For a few nights, we did order dinner (rice, meat and a veggie dish). They can make anything you ask for either for lunch or dinner. If you don’t feel like going out, their cooking is quite tasty. We’d asked for new towels daily, our 2 water bottles, toilet paper and to empty our garage. We would ask to change or bedding every few days. 4. Rooms 614/615: 614 is the superior twin room and 615 is the superior queen room. My mom stayed in room 614 and my husband stayed in room 615 while I went back and forth. Furniture and flooring was exactly like in the photo online. Both rooms had working air conditioner and a ceiling fan and working mini fridge. TV in the rooms were not a SMART TV but we didn’t mind. The room cost the same although I don’t think room 615 is as nice as 614 since the washroom in 615 felt a bit older (the trimming had more mold and ceiling height was low). My husband who is 5 feet 8 inches (172 cm) would need to bow down to wash his head. Toilets flushed well in both rooms and water pressure was strong. There were tiny ants in both washroom floors and counters but it is Vietnam, we accepted it. Since it was not filled with them, it was not a concern. Beddings and towels are OKAY (meaning it was a pass for us) Some had light stains and tiny rips but it didn’t feel disgusting. 5. Cost: It was about $36 CAD after fees and taxes for each room, I booked a few nights online and a few nights in person which worked out to be around the same price after the conversion. Depending on the website promo, you may be able to get a better price per night online. 6. Location: calling for a taxi, grab, xanh sm takes a tiny bit of time because they’re on a one way street. But it’s walking distance to a park which is great! Overall rating 3.7, I would say it is like a Best Western hotels/suites in Canada. Service and staff 4 star, building and rooms 3.5 star. According to google, they are a 3 star hotel and I would agree. I would recommend a couple and family to stay. And I would return.

El dueño fue amable y servicial, y nos ayudó a alquilar una bicicleta. El hotel está ubicado en una zona densamente poblada, por lo que el acceso está restringido a peatones o motocicletas. Cuenta con todas las comodidades y el servicio de lavandería costó 30.000 dongs por lavado. El desayuno incluía sopa de fideos con repollo y café. La habitación estaba limpia para los estándares asiáticos, y el colchón y la almohada eran cómodos.

I’ve chosen this place because it was close to the airport. The first thing is I assumed that because it’s close it’ll be really easy to get there after arrival, but actually taxi drivers don’t want to go there because for them is better to get more money from the trip to the city center then driving you for five min to this hotel. Then after finally arriving the staff that will meet you won’t have any hint of a smile on their face and will treat you like you’ve pissed them off only with your disturbance of their peace, the morning shift by the way was exactly the same. The room itself was ok, just as I assumed by the pictures but with the closer look you can see that lots of breakage and damaged stuff in the room

A very cost boutique hotel located right in the heart of the old quarter. For the price of less than 70bucks a night and the distance from all the shops, restaurants and local life, what more can we ask for.

What a perfect little place to stay if you have a late arriving flight or a very early morning one. I found the staff here extremely friendly and they used Google translate to communicate. The room was immaculate and offered fantastic value. They offer breakfast at an additional charge , very reasonable and their iced coffee is superb, highly recommend. An ideal place to stay for a night.
