Hoteles en Oslo con desayuno

Great hotel with good transport links (I think you have the metro, tram and bus all within 10 min walk) but it is worth mentioning that this is slightly out of the centre so it takes about 30 minutes to get in. For business travellers with offices around I guess that dosent matter but for tourists it might be slightly time consuming although the Ruter zone 1 transport pass does cover this so more on time rather than cost for transport here. Breakfast was splendid and I really enjoyed the spread and quality which I think is even better than other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in Oslo and other parts of EU. Staff in breakfast was great, although reception staff was not the friendliest per se - professional though just not as friendly. I put a DND on my room door twice but both times housekeeping still came to clean my room so I’m not really sure if the signs mean anything. Amenities though was horrendous - nothing except poor quality towels and soap which were a let down. Overall good hotel but definitely more things could be done to achieve the maximum potential.

Fabulous location about 5 mins walk from Oslo central station depending if you have long or short legs. Walking distance to many attraction and whilst we got the Oslo Pass we only used it for transport a few times for the attractions further out I e The Norwegian Cultural Museum. Upon arrival we were greeted by Thea and Maura who were very professional and helpful on recommending things to do and traditional restaurants- of which we tried to eat at them all! We received a room upgrade which was lovely and they must have remembered when I mentioned we were here for my partner's birthday as there was a lovely birthday card and chocolates on the evening we came back from a long day out. The room whilst an upgrade was lovely but Still smaller than expected so not sure how small the standard room would have been. Room was well equipped with hair dryer, bathrobes, toiletires, coffee and tea making facilities. Also an ironing bard and iron. Only two slightly negative things were that the previous guest socks were in the back of the cupboard, and there is only hanging space to put your clothes. Breakfast was lovely, great selection and caters well for vegetarians. You get option of ordering from a menu as well as buffet. Restaurant staff are attentive. 5/5 for staff 5/5 for location

Hermoso hotel estupendamente ubicado en el centro de Oslo. El desayuno muy bueno! El gimnasio y las instalaciones excelentes también.

El hotel està genial ubicado, muy cerca del centro pero un poco apartado del bullicio. Se encuentra cerca de la ópera y de la estación central. Los trabajadores son muy muy amables, la comida que sirven está muy buena y me encantó que pudiéramos coger tés y café siempre que quisiéramos, incluso para llevar. La habitación sí que es cierto que es pequeña, y el baño es minúsculo, pero para dormir y darnos una ducha era suficiente. Estaría bien actualizar los televisores, ya que no puedes conectar ninguna aplicación, pero vaya eso no es primordial. Las camas muy cómodas, las almohadas se podrían mejorar, pero en general nuestra estancia ha sido genial.

The hotel is very close to the central train station. In fact, you can cross the bridge (covered) to the nearby mall, exit on the 1st floor, cross the road and enter the hotel. The hotel's surroundings are dirty and less pleasant, both because of renovations and construction in the area and from a human perspective. A short walk (5 minutes) brings us to the main street, or to the central square, or to the opera house) The hotel itself, like the other chain hotels, is commendable. Free coffee/tea, water/soda in the lobby and sometimes also fruit and small pastries. We were given a spacious room on the fourth floor with large windows that can be opened. This is important when it's hot, but the windows face an internal courtyard so there is no view and no good air exchange. The room was ventilated, but there was no air conditioning. The bed was comfortable. A large and pleasant shower room with a wide shower that you don't have to crowd into. Two sinks and a large window. A seating area with two armchairs and a standing lamp (without the bulb itself...) The room was maintained to a reasonable but not excellent standard. (Lack of bulb, stains on the chair upholstery, clogged shower head that we asked to replace and it was replaced quickly). A very good, varied and wonderful breakfast like in the entire chain. We would return to this hotel if we had heavy luggage and came to stay overnight but not for a vacation.

En general es buena la valoración, pero nos molestó que avisamos cada día de nuestra estancia que se limpie la habitación en recepción como nos dijeron en recepción. Así lo hicimos, pero el domingo (aún avisando) no LIMPIARON, nos dijeron por la mañana que había muchas salidas de huéspedes y que lo intentarían, no fie así, no hicieron la habitación, es decir, no entraron. Nos dimos cuenta en cuanto llegamos por la noche y fuimos a reclamarlo a recepción. Les dije que habíamos avisado y que la respuesta del compañero de la mañana no los incumbe,vellos tienen que organizarse para poder limpiar la habitación. Les dije que me dieran la hoja de reclamaciones y dijo que no tenían... Entonces les avisé que iba a poner un mal comentario sobre el hotel y entonces el empleado de la recepción subió y nos hizo la cama, que por cierto, en Noruega la cama se limita a una sabana bajera y un edredón, nada más. Tuve esa mala experiencia que estropea el resto de la estancia que fie muy buena. Se agradecería tuviera una pequeña devolución por esa mal experiencia.

Tuvimos una pésima experiencia en Numa Hallen. NO LO RECOMENDAMOS. Las habitaciones son grandes, limpias y tranquilas. Sin embargo, el hotel no cuenta con personal. El registro digital falló inicialmente. No recibimos el correo electrónico de confirmación, como se nos había indicado. Quizás si se reserva directamente con Numa, y ​​no a través de una agencia como Trip, funcione. No lo sabemos. Llamamos al número de teléfono que aparece en la página web y en el que Trip anunciaba para recibir el correo electrónico de confirmación. Estaba desconectado. Este problema ya se menciona en reseñas anteriores. ¿Acaso alguien lee estas quejas? Leímos las reseñas anteriores y vimos el número de WhatsApp en la puerta. Pensamos que estábamos preparados. El número de WhatsApp solo tiene un asistente virtual. Así que no hay comunicación verbal disponible, solo mensajes de texto cortos legibles. Tuvimos que hacer muchos trámites y finalmente recibimos los detalles del registro en la acera, frente al hotel. Pensamos que tendríamos que dormir en la calle un tiempo. Una vez dentro, vimos un gran cartel en la cocina que advertía sobre dejar la ventana abierta al cocinar. A la mañana siguiente, se dispararon todas las alarmas de incendio en la zona del hotel. Quizás había una ventana cerrada en algún lugar. La alarma no se podía apagar, así que evacuamos con nuestras maletas, como muchos otros. Supongo que debe ocurrir con frecuencia, dada la visibilidad del letrero. La experiencia no fue buena y es un claro ejemplo de cómo la tecnología complica la vida. El afán por eliminar a las personas de los empleos en el sector de la hostelería menoscaba el concepto de hospitalidad. Además, no ofrece ninguna alternativa, salvo disculpas vacías, sin valor y sin fundamento. Los fallos en las comunicaciones y la intrusión de la alarma contra incendios son deficiencias importantes en la infraestructura. No volvería a alojarme allí.

La habitación estaba limpia. La habitación individual tenía espacio suficiente para abrir una maleta y varias perchas. El baño y el aseo eran un poco pequeños, pero aún así se podían usar. Las toallas y los toallones se cambiaban a diario. El desayuno era decente, con una selección básica. Había ascensor, pero se necesitaba una tarjeta para subir y bajar las escaleras, y también para cerrar la puerta al salir. La puerta no tenía cerradura de clic. Había una cafetera y aperitivos gratuitos en la primera planta. Estaba a unos 5-7 minutos a pie de la estación central, y la calle Karl Johans estaba justo al lado, lo cual era muy práctico.

La ubicación era perfecta y todo estaba limpio y disponible en el hotel. El desayuno era autoservicio y estaba muy bien organizado. La ubicación del hotel también era ideal para hacer senderismo.
