Nestled in a quiet embassy district, the restored teak mansion, once the home of a British colonial governor, immediately impresses with its graceful architecture and tranquil gardens. Approaching through leafy pathways and lotus ponds, guests are welcomed into an oasis that feels far removed from the bustle of downtown Yangon.
Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, featuring polished teak floors, four-poster beds, and traditional Burmese textiles that reflect the building’s heritage. Balconies overlook either the lush gardens or the inviting fan-shaped swimming pool, creating a sense of calm retreat. The service is consistently warm, professional, and attentive without being intrusive, with staff eager to share local knowledge and assist with arrangements.
Dining is a highlight. The open-air restaurant offers refined Burmese and international dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients and presented with flair. Breakfast under the wide verandas, with tropical birdsong in the background, is especially memorable. KKitt SGIt's 100% a 5 star hotel. The service is exceptional. The 90 mins body scrub at their spa is one of the most value for money I've experienced and I have paid for a lot of premium spa experiences across Southeast Asia.
There's a shower with a aesthetic stool for those who can't stand for long complete with a door. There's also a spacious bath that is separate from the shower and the toilet.
Seating after seating after seating. A bench at the foot of our twin bed. Perfect for putting on socks while sitting down. There's 2 dining chairs for a table that comfortably fits two and there's still a chaise beside the window and lastly a backless chair for a side table that doubles as your vanity.They included 2 dining plates and even silverware in the drawers under the minibar. 2 teacups along with 2 glasses.
The rooftop pool and the gym has a separate shower stalls and restroom stalls with an electric dryer for your swimsuits. Phenomenal. Staff are always stationed there at all times for any aid you may request of them. There's also a steam room which we used.

UUsuario invitadoI stayed at Melia with my family and from check in to check out we had a fantastic stay. Most of the staff were really obliging and helpful with a special note to Coe and her team in the Market Restaurant who ensured our breakfasts meals were always comfortable and our needs catered for. The hotel is situated near the picturesque Inya Lake and we had a Lake view room which made the morning wake up extra special. Melia is also next door to the Myanmar Plaza mall where there are plenty of shops, including a super market and the top floor has an extensive food court. Though if you wished to stay and eat at the hotel there are a number of restaurants in the hotel serving outstanding dishes. For the amenities there are a number of bars and a lounge on the top floor - though this is only available to those who have a specific room. During our stay we also made use of the swimming pool and the gym. Both very clean and well maintained with the gym having a good variety of equipment and fresh towels and water to hand. Overall it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay and should we return to Yangon, Melia is a place we would certainly consider staying at again.

Desafortunadamente, con el tiempo, el hotel envejeció completamente en los años ochenta. Sin embargo, Adrian Zecca, fundador de Aman Resorts, no ignoró su valor. Invirtieron en proteger este edificio histórico y empezaron a renovar su trabajo. En 1993 se realizó una renovación maravillosa. En otras palabras, este es un hotel lleno de dos grupos de hoteles que entusiasman la leyenda.
Creo que es estándar, y 55㎡! En realidad, todas las 32 habitaciones del hotel son suites.
La playa Yangon
La construcción del hotel de Langong (en la actualidad) no parece necesitar hoteles de primera clase, sino ciudades de turistas extranjeros.Pero los hermanos Sakis creen que la demanda se acercará inmediatamente y desafiaron la gestión del hotel de Langong. Quizás sea demasiado pronto para leerlo, pero el hotel que se abrió en 1892 no logró éxito, pero el “Lianggus Stran” que se abrió en 1901 se convirtió en el hotel más avanzado.

No me gustan las habitaciones, pero no me gustan las habitaciones.
Hay un restaurante de la castaña espicy junto a la puerta que me ha sido conveniente.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es un hotel muy antiguo con un ambiente antiguo y un servicio atractivo, pero me decepcionó que las camas y toallas son demasiado viejas y no limpias, y tiene algunas cavernas más.
El hotel está situado en la esquina de la calle principal y necesita llamar un taxi cada vez que quiere salir, lo que es molesto si quieres ir a la zona cercana. En el edificio del hotel hay una tienda conveniente, pero el escritorio delantero nunca lo mencionó y no pudo encontrarlo el día de la llegada. El mayor problema es que hay tantos perros ruidosos y peligrosos en la calle cerca del hotel y están atravesando cada coche que entra y sale del hotel, y cuando intentas caminar de vuelta al hotel es realmente una gran amenaza como se atormentan y tratan de morder. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel.

UUsuario invitadoI booked a premier double room with city view Queen size bed via Trip.com The room I booked had a balcony, but when I checked in, it turned out that the room I got did not have a balcony, so I complained to the staff. The staff were happy to upgrade me to a room with a balcony. They were very enthusiastic. I really like the room. The room is spacious and comfortable. The price is not as expensive as you think. The hotel is located near Kandawgyi Lake. You can walk to Kandawgyi park for exercise or relax. However, there is no safe in the room. For those visiting Yangon, I recommend staying at this hotel.

I stayed here for only one day as I extended my trip by a day. Don’t expect too much from the amenities, as the hotel is half the price of others with similar facilities—which is why it’s a good option😊
The breakfast buffet had limited options but was still decent —- They have a section where you can ask a staff member to cook an egg/omelet for you, but I didn’t explore the other options (breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, which is great if you have early morning plans, as it gets really hot once the sun rises during this month)….
The hotel has a gym, sauna, and pool. The room includes a TV, kettle, hairdryer, toiletries, and complimentary water and coffee…..
The only downside was that hot water is not available 24 hours during my stay…. According to the receptionist, hot water is available only during specific hours to adhere to electricity conservation, if I’m not mistaken.. (if I’m not mistaken, starting from 9 AM, but I’m not sure until when) as they have I only realized this when I was about to shower around 8:30 PM and found that only cold water was available. I called the receptionist, and they sent housekeeping to assist…. I’m not sure if it’s a temporary thing only so if you’re concern with this, you can message them first…
It’s still a good place to stay, even if it’s a bit far from the tourist spots, as Grab is available at a very reasonable price for getting to the places you want to visit.
