Hoteles en Otaru con desayuno

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Villa was very well kept, with excellent views of the ocean. Pleasantly surprised by complimentary puddings and drinks. Manual grinder and coffee beans were a nice touch. Cons: Unable to drive directly to the villa due to safety policy. This made loading/unloading luggage very inconvenient. The walk to the carpark required negotiating a slippery gravel slope, which was even more dangerous in low-light conditions. Recommend to improve this with proper stairs or paved pathway.

Excellent onsen with very nice private onsen in the room surrounded by Sakura trees. Very nice omakase dinner served in room, excellent service from the team. Lounge area serving beer, sparkling wines and other non alcoholic beverage all inclusive in the package price is a nice touch. Highly recommended

We booked the best room on the top floor and spent 7 nights at this high end and extremely expensive ryokan/hotel. Here are the pros and cons: PROS: The food is amazing in terms of presentation, gastronomy and service. The place is immaculately clean. The views a fantastic! We got comfortable Yukatas and overall the place has a very nice traditional vibe.  CONS: They seem to be completely inapt in hosting people who don’t speak Japanese. No one speaks English at this place. None at all! They write that we can “press 9 and call the reception”, but once you do it – you can’t have any conversation with anyone at all. Even when you get down in person to the reception, no one can really communicate with you, even with Google Translate.  They exhibit zero flexibility. The approach is – it’s our way or the highway. All is extremely polite, but no left, no right! Can we have a laundry service arranged? The answer is “no!”. Can we communicate with you via WhatsApp or email? – No! Can we come later to breakfast? No. Can we have dinner at a later time, since we can’t come earlier just this one day? No! Basically, if you want to sleep a bit later during your vacation – forget it! Either show up at 8 or 8:30 am for breakfast, or go hungry! Can we buy your Yukata? – No! Also, we were asked to indicate every day what time we intend to go out – something that adds pressure, as  on vacation one may want to improvise, rather than plan ahead their outings.  Given that this place charges exuberant prices, the lack of the most basic hospitality features (communication, laundry, customer-focused flexibility) is astounding! We now staying at another Ryokan, 90 minutes away and see that everyone can speak some English and the place is much more focused on the needs of a foreign traveler, as opposed on preserving the holy rigidity of an existent system. 

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family had a wonderful stay at UNWIND Hotel Sapporo. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We loved the cozy atmosphere and the friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each day. We also enjoyed the free wine service in the evening, which was a lovely touch and made our stay feel even more special. Parking was convenient and reasonably priced at JPY 1,500 per night, making it easy for us to explore Hokkaido by car. Overall, our family loved this hotel and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families and travelers with a rental car!

I had an amazing time at this hotel. You will need to take 15 minutes taxi ride to reach here from Otaru station. It's right by the beach. Room is super spacious and comforting. There's kitchen and dining area. It was snowing so the balcony is filled with snow but the view is just so amazing. The staffs are very helpful. You can check in early with a small fee. Breakfast was simple. Complete amenities.

Me encanta llegar al hotel a la noche, el conductor se encanta a la puerta, me ayude a encantar, me ayude a encantar, me encanta saber por un tiempo, el personal se escapa y me pregunta por mi habitación de reserva, realmente corre!! Luego, el conductor se escapa, me ayude a encantar el equipaje, y correr!!!! El servicio es bueno para mi familia!! Entra en el hotel, el aire está muy bien ajustado, porque el exterior está en 10 grados, pero el interior está caliente y suave, por lo que es muy cómodo, la habitación es grande, pero hay una habitación japonesa tradicional y está bien colocada, pero si el equipaje es mayor y más, se vuelve muy urgente, pero en realidad tiene un sentimiento de casa. Como una cola de comida secundaria, hay desayuno de la cena, todos están llenos de comida de piedra. Cada comida tiene personal que me lleva a un restaurante antes de llegar a la habitación, una habitación para mí, nadie se molesta. Hay una zona de calentamientos interiores y exteriores, no es grande, pero es suficiente, me encontré con personas dos veces, el campo de paquetes, ¡sí!! Después de comprobar, el personal se encontró en mi coche de rapto!! ¡Tenía un etiqueta japonés tradicional!!!! ¿Y entonces, creo que volveré a experimentarlo!

Todo perfecto. El onsen, el ramen por la noche, el helado y el yokult gratis fueron un detalle muy agradable. El ambiente es muy agradable y el personal profesional siempre está disponible para ayudar. El aparcamiento automático de varias plantas en el establecimiento, para mayor tranquilidad, cuesta 1400 yenes. A menos que quieras dar una vuelta para encontrar algo 200 yenes más barato. La habitación era perfecta y las almohadas con memoria de forma permitieron dormir bien. Eso sí, a algunos les resultó un poco difícil. Por lo demás, no tengo quejas.

Fui desde Otaru y tomé el autobús desde la estación de Otaru hasta Onsen Minami por 410 yenes. Tengan en cuenta que el autobús solo pasa aproximadamente una vez por hora, lo que hace que sea un inconveniente alojarse aquí sin transporte. La pequeña tienda del hotel solo vende bocadillos y otros artículos, y nadie toma taxis. La tienda más cercana está a 30 minutos a pie. 😂 Mi habitación, probablemente por ser la más barata, no tenía ducha; tuve que usar la bañera grande. El aire acondicionado y la calefacción de este lado del pasillo no funcionaban, así que la diferencia de temperatura era notable. 🙃 Para los esquiadores más empedernidos, es muy conveniente. La estación de esquí está a solo 10 minutos a pie cruzando la calle. Después de esquiar, un baño en las aguas termales fue un día perfecto. 😆

La ubicación es muy conveniente si estás en ski/snowboard. Es bastante centralizado a la mayoría de las pistas y sólo 30 minutos en coche a la ciudad de Otaru. Sólo a la baja no hay comida cerca del hotel tiene 2 restaurantes. El japonés era excelente, bueno con un precio razonable, desgraciadamente sólo abierto unos días por semana.

Reservé para RM150, y este es mi mejor hotel que he permanecido en Sapporo. La ubicación está cerca de la zona turística, pero dentro de la zona de vecindad, y su montaña. Así que para cualquiera con equipaje puede estar peleando un poco si no tiene coche. La habitación es insensible, cómoda y con calefacción personal. El baño público también es grande y usted puede tenerlo todo para usted honestamente (no tantos huéspedes durante mi estancia).
