Hoteles en Otaru con desayuno

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Villa was very well kept, with excellent views of the ocean. Pleasantly surprised by complimentary puddings and drinks. Manual grinder and coffee beans were a nice touch. Cons: Unable to drive directly to the villa due to safety policy. This made loading/unloading luggage very inconvenient. The walk to the carpark required negotiating a slippery gravel slope, which was even more dangerous in low-light conditions. Recommend to improve this with proper stairs or paved pathway.

2026.3.21 El maravilloso hotel de la costa, la estación de Xiaojiang tiene que sentarse a unos 20 minutos más a la costa de Silicon Valley. No hay restaurantes cerca, por lo que me recomendaría profundamente reservar su comida japonesa especial cuando contacte con el hotel. El precio de base es 8800 yens por persona, pienso que todos vinieron, Así que encomiémosle un paquete de 14300 yenes para la comida más alta de dos comidas anteriores. Además, se añadieron dos tazas de vino, una de uva de la región de Haití, una de uva de los Estados Unidos, y se llevó a cabo una taza de 2000 yenes. El restaurante tiene un excelente panorama marino de valor emocional. Las olas son realmente super grandes y super frías el día y la noche, el tiempo es un poco oscuro, la habitación tiene una pequeña terraza, puede abrir la puerta y ver el mar. La superficie es también grande, hay sofá, la cabeza es la mitad de la boca suave y la mitad de la cebada, así que el último boca se abrió a la mitad de la boca dura, la cama dura y moderada, muy amable para los ratones. Después de haberla contactado antes de la luna de nacimiento, se dio una tarjeta de nacimiento con un corazón muy atractivo.

讚讚讚！！！環境及服務超級好！！ 我哋較夜到達酒店，司機搵唔到門口，幫我哋搵，點知隔咗一陣，就有職員跑落嚟問我哋係咪訂咗房，真係跑！！再司機泊車位置，之後幫我哋攞哂行李，又係跑上去！！！服務好到我哋全家呆咗！！ 入到酒店，空氣調節得非常好，因為外面係-10度，但室內好暖，又唔焗，所以好舒服，房間唔算大，但有齊傳統日式房間嘅嘢，擺設都好靚，不過如果行李較大同較多，就會變得好迫，但其實有家的感覺。 因為一泊二食，所以有齊晚餐早餐，都係精緻懷石料理，每餐也有職員提前到房間帶領我哋到餐廳，自己一個房間，沒有任何人打擾。 溫泉區有室內同室外，不算大，但足夠，我哋浸咗兩次都碰唔到人，包場，正！！ Check out 後，職員鞠躬到見唔到我哋架車！！有哂傳統日本人嘅禮儀！！！ 呢間我哋一定會再嚟體驗！！！

It was a cute boutique hotel with nice bonus facilities! Room is nicely designed and functional, with warm colors feel homey and comfy. Too bad we didn’t get the bath tub room as they were fully booked. Views from the window is mountaneous area, very nice! Bed and pillows are comfortable. Surface area for stuff are generous and practical, even enough space for sofa. Too bad they don’t give free coffee or at least instant coffee, only tea. No onsen. Music box night was awesome! Feels like a romantic dinner setting, but the smell of lamp oil was too much, gave me headache so I couldn’t stay for long, even though I would love to support the hotels and all of the polite and friendly staff by dining there. Staff are wonderful, smiles and polite and professional! During this trip we felt like Japanese staff in general are becoming a bit cold toward tourists but this hotel’s staff are not like that! We appreciate you guys. Thank you!

A new hotel strategically located near the Otaru canal and the shopping belts. Parking spaces are extremely limited. Public onsen on the top floor. Nothing much to rave about except the breakfast offerings. Good variety with sufficient local cuisine for you to sample. Will retur

Honestly the only praise to give to this hotel is the staff attitude and the location which is near the canal. The staffs were-Helpful and dedicated .  I can accept the hotel is old and not so spacious. But one thing I really can’t take it is the level of the bathroom. I can’t understand why the level is so high. We need to step a big leap to climb in order to get into the bathroom. Also to get into the bathtub to stand to shower was dangerous too. It was unbelievable deep. I almost fell.  This hotel is really not suitable for elderly people. And need to pay extra careful attention when you climb to the bathroom and to the bathtub. Sometimes I do not understand why can’t just list out that you would need to collect onsen tax. If I know I need to pay for that I would not want to choose this hotel. Because I do not go for the onsen.

It's an interesting experience as the hotel is situated at the outskirts. The onsen in the room is perfect, with a perfect seat view. Room is pretty old school and big. As the location is pretty remote, there isn't much night activity around. It is pretty kind of the hotel to offer shuttle service to Otaru JR.

The room was small but super clean and cleverly set up with cool high-tech features. The lighting was cozy and made the space feel really comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, but dinner was absolutely exceptional—definitely a highlight of the stay. The location is great too, right next to the river, which is perfect for a peaceful morning walk. The staff at check-in were super friendly and helpful. Overall, a really pleasant experience!

La ubicación es muy conveniente si estás en ski/snowboard. Es bastante centralizado a la mayoría de las pistas y sólo 30 minutos en coche a la ciudad de Otaru. Sólo a la baja no hay comida cerca del hotel tiene 2 restaurantes. El japonés era excelente, bueno con un precio razonable, desgraciadamente sólo abierto unos días por semana.

I booked for RM150, and this is my best hotel I stayed in Sapporo. The location is near the tourist area but its within neighborhood area, and its uphill. So for anyone with luggage might be struggling a bit if u dont have car. But, the view is amazing, and they gave me a room with snow view as i requested. The room are spotless, comfortable and have personal heater inside. The staff also very friendly and accomodating esp when I asked to borrow a charger. The public bath also big and u might have it all to yourself honestly (not that many guest during my stay). I would love to come back!
