I had a wonderful stay here as a solo traveler. The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever I had questions. The facilities were also well maintained and made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if I visit the area in the future. Highly recommended!

外観はかなりくたびれている。が、到着するとまずチェックインが早い。無駄がない。ラウンジではどら焼きやコーヒーゼリー、アイスなどがあり、子供も喜ぶ。部屋はいたって普通。水は沸かして飲んでくれと。言えば持ってきてくれたが、常備してもらいたい。それと敷布団の薄いところ。この2点がマイナス。食事は贅沢なものではないが品数も充分で満足。食事処としては味気ない広間だが。こちらの特筆すべきは、スタッフ。皆さん全力でもてなそうという心意気を感じる。とても頑張っている。

Nice hotel withe rooms of various sizes. For me it was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable, would have liked one more cushion. Room was clean an I liked that i could open the window. It was quite hot in the room because the heater was turned on. Even if i turned it off hot air came out. Room was clean and had everything i needed. You can also get things at the front desk. Breakfast was buffetstyle and really very good with a lot of choises, both Japanese, local and western. Location was very convenient near the train station. About max a 5 minutes walk. Near the hotel there are a lot of places to eat or have a drink. At the station is a shopping mall.

Best location, which is near to Niigata JR Train station (with lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets & convi stores). Room is clean & spacious with affortable price, will conside to stay at the same hotel if return to Niigata again.

The location of the hotel was very convenient it was near to everything. Train station, restaurants and shopping centers. The staff were friendly and the room is clean and decent.

The hotel is near the station and major stores. Very convenient. I have stayed here twice already. Staff though knows a little english but it is ok because they will try hard to communicate.

La comodidad limpia es muy adecuada para viajar a la familia y el estacionamiento también es conveniente. En resumen, se recomienda enormemente a los padres. Si el viaje de Xinjiang es automotor, el servicio es bueno!

호텔 위치가 진짜 최고인곳ㅋㅋ아무생각 없이 트립닷컴으로 예약했는데 도착해서 너무 위치가좋아서 기분좋았고, 호텔 시설자체는 조금 오래된곳인 티가 났지만 이용하는동안 큰 불편함은 없었음. 재방문 의사 있음! 1층에 맥도날드, KFC, 도넛가게 바로 맞은편에 스타벅스 그옆엔 이온몰, 이세탄백화점까지 ㅋㅋ위치만으로 이곳에 머물 이유가충분함

i so happy to have discovered this hotel compared to apa. i like smaller hotels as there are fewer people. lacks vital amenities though

本身是旅遊的衹是貪那個地理位置方便加便宜，酒店本身就和國內快捷酒店一個類型，但是有帶簡易式早餐。日本的禮貌和服務態度當然都很好但是前提是也要尊重他們的禮貌和文化才能建立良好溝通。不會英文或日文基本上帶個翻譯機，沒事把，謝謝，對不起常掛嘴邊基本啥都好説話。😃 哦對，衞生這塊是真的不錯。廁所就真的好小好小😂洗個澡基本在廁所裏撞來撞去不知道可能會覺得在廁所裏打架了😂
