If you book a accommodation with dinner, please arrive early as their kitchen is closed at 7pm and nothing else they can offer instead of 2 rice balls🙄 I phoned in advance to negotiate our accidental late arrival, but still, nothing they can do. Very disappointed with the service for this price. The road to hotel is full of black ice. The surrounding area is very pretty and the hotel is clean.

Great experience Food was great. And service staff amazing I had to leave early due to an emergency at home and the staff were helpful in making accommodation

Este lugar favorito es hermoso. Los habitantes de la temporada de otoño son muy tranquilos, el pueblo es pequeño y bonito, el desayuno hecho por Yukijiang es muy delicioso. La bicicleta me ayuda a lograr que la perfección vea el atardecer y el sol salir. No hay tiendas de conveniencia cercanas, por lo que se recomienda añadir comida cerca de la estación antes de venir. La próxima vez que te quedes, te quedaré encima.

Although the building of the hotel was constructed in 1997, the room was modernly decorated and very comfortable. There were 3 onsens available for guests to use and they could not be missed. The dinner and breakfast were remarkable. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was located near mount Asahi-dake. It was good to have onsen after hiking in the mountain. What’s more, the area which the hotel was located was free from light pollution. I saw a sky full of stars and it was superb.

Un hotel muy bonito, a unos 15 minutos a pie de la estación del teleférico. El hotel cuenta con su propia sala de aguas termales, muy cómoda. Después de sumergirse en las aguas termales, hay bebidas y helados pequeños para comer. La cena incluida en el paquete estaba deliciosa, y el desayuno buffet tenía una gran variedad de opciones. Preparé mi propio arroz con mariscos, que fue muy satisfactorio.

This was a wonderful hostel stay. The room was great, the shared spaces were inviting, friendly and social, and the hostel had a well communicated and communal feel. We met wonderful people and enjoyed it the most in our stay in Hokkaido. Close to hiking and ropeway, good food, and best service. Highly recommend for foreign families traveling to this amazing area.

Esta es una joya en Biei. Me dio una pequeña cabaña de madera guapa en la nieve tipo de vibe. Mirando de la zona de comedor y nuestra habitación, la vista era fantástica y atractiva. Pocas cosas para destacar 1. Coste asequible. 2. Un espacio tranquilo y tranquilo donde se puede bajar y disfrutar a su propio ritmo 3. Bella vista de la granja neve 4. Sala limpia y espaciosa 5. El personal policial y pensado que puede comunicar en Mandarín es un punto más 6. El desayuno de la cocina fue muy atractivo.Gracias a la cocina que también preparaba un plato vegan para mi madre 7. Las manzanas de café, la tostadora de café y las herramientas para la preparación de café por goteo están preparadas en la habitación de los huéspedes 8. Highly recommend Hotel Kumoi. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived later due to heavy snow. Staff kindly offered to extend bath hours to accomodate which we greatly appreciated. Room was clean and spacious. Free parking available. Walking distance to daisetsuzan ropeway.

Convenient location close to the ropeway and public transportation. The hotel is a little dated though. There are indoor and outdoor onsens but the outdoor onsen is opened to male and female on different dates. The hotel provides shuttle bus service to take you to their nearby sister hotel which has outdoor onsen throughout the week. The buffet breakfast and dinner are very average so don't expect much. The reception hardly speaks any English or Chinese so be prepared to use a translating App.

The hotel description did not capture the situation enough. I was confused due to lack of room pictures. They also posted several listing for different rooms under different hotel name section. But this room is perfect for us. The location is a bit far (if you are not used to walking) from the station but it is only around 7-9 minutes walking. The surrounding area is a quiet neighborhood. The building is new and very clean. It was also warm inside even when the weather forecast said -14 celcius outside. The japanese food they served was also very good. They provided free coffee/tea and water in common area. They also let us lent their microwave. The bathroom is only one but very clean and comfy. The room has its own mini fridge, ac, and tv. If you are wondering where to stay in Biei, I definitely recommend this place.
