SSandraEn el Horel Miramare sólo he estado una noche durante un viaje con mi marido.
Está en una cómoda ubicación a unos minutos a pie del castillo,
el personal es muy amable y amable,
La vista desde el cuarto del mar es realmente maravillosa,
Pero el hotel es sin duda más 3 estrellas y no 4 un poco por todo desde el desayuno al
baño, ducha con tela de tejido incómodo,
Partes deterioradas como puertas, contornos de tierra
Locuras sobre todo alrededor tienes salud.
Para el complejo bueno pero no muy bueno desde 4 estrellas.

Un pequeño palacio perfectamente construido, dirigido por personal que cuida de sus huéspedes. En la noche, cuando salía a la sala de desayuno, la siguiente me encontré diciendo wow a la vista de la impresionante Piazza. UUsuario invitadoI have only positive things to say about the Victoria Letterario, even after the shock during the check in. Upon arrival for check in, the reception staff told me that my booking was cancelled! I showed them the communication of trip.com 3 days earlier confirming my booking, which their system has not registered. Jorge, the concierge, was very apologetic and offered me the only room available that day which I accepted, while he will get in touch with the intermediary to find out what went wrong. It appears that trip.com and similar platforms purchase the beds in great numbers from a company hotelbeds.com- I went to my room and I came down with my iPad and I and Jorge got in touch with Trip.com via my account. Trip.com replied immediately, confirming my booking and promising that they will get in touch with hotelbeds.com. As it was already 7pm, Trip.com did no manage to get through the staff at hotelbeds. Trip.com advice that if hotelbeds.com did no reply or confirm the booking then I'll have to pay and Trip.com will refund me right away. I was happy with that. I stayed the 2 nights in the hotel, and only the morning of the day I checked out the hotel Victoria Letterario received finally the confirmation of the booking from hotelbeds. Trip.com was every effective in dealing with the issue and I'll use them again and Jorge, at the Victoria Letteriario dealt with the issue very professionally all they way through, so did the manager of the hotel too.
Trieste is a small city, and you can walk from the hotel to the major landmarks in 20 minutes. I loved the decoration of the rooms, the bathroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The TV channels were all in Italian but I don't care much about the telly when I travel. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, it has everything that a good hotel breakfast should have and more, namely its attentive staff. A five stars stay!!!

UUsuario invitadoFrequent weekend awayer's we loved everything at this boutique style hotel. The staff and front desk were aware of our needs before we were. The vehicle valet parking truly convenient as parking in Trieste can be daunting if you don't know your way around. We loved breakfast and it was beautifully presented and cooked to order. We could have sat eating all day! The room was fitted with an amazingly comfy bed and pillows and the decor delights the senses. We will certainly return to this gem.

UUsuario invitado17 min away from the port terminal or 8 min from the train station. The place is neat and clean. Rooms are adequately illuminated and comparatively spacious. Staff are very nice and friendly and super helpful. My friend left something in the ship and the reception staff helped to contact the ship company to report the lost. Highly recommended 👍🏼

SSavickaГлавное - расположение. Прямо у авто и ЖД вокзалов. И от порта дошли пешком за 20 минут. Полагаю, ранее это был фешенебельный особняк. Высоченные потолки, помпезная лестница. Но вот номер переделан под проживание несколько странно. Центральная комната с двуспальной кроватью без изъянов. А вот вторая односпальная кровать стоит прямо в коридоре у двери. Коридор метров 8 в длину и полтора в ширину. Открываешь дверь - и вот она кровать. Да ещё и вместо ламелей - толстая скрипучая фанера. Несолидно. И забавный санузел, как пенал длинный и очень узкий, мимо унитаза и биде проход сантиметров 30. В целом, ничего страшного. Но без восторга.

LLori C.A safe, 3-star hotel in a great location that's excellent for solo travelers. It's located near the cruise ship terminal (18 minute walk) and train station. There are restaurants, shopping, a 24-hour laundromat, post office, and grocery store nearby. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was able to check in early; they also offer a luggage storage room. I received excellent travel advice...I was able to plan and execute a day trip on a water taxi to Muggia, Italy on my arrival day then went to Slovenia the following day. They also booked an early morning (0430 am) airport taxi for me as well. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and was constantly replenished but not a big area, again great for solos. My room on the 5th floor was a little outdated but clean and comfortable. The front desk is not open 24-hours. I would definitely stay here again.
