"Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had — and I’ve stayed in cheap one-star motels that were cleaner, bigger, and better managed than this place. Calling this a 3-star hotel is honestly laughable. We traveled with my husband and baby and paid for a “standard” room that was basically the size of a closet. We then paid extra to upgrade, thinking it would improve things, and somehow ended up in an even worse room: dirty, moldy, run-down, and full of ants. But the most ridiculous part? The owner personally decides whether guests are “allowed” to have air conditioning. Nearly 30°C outside, windows that barely open, a baby in the room — and apparently that still wasn’t “hot enough” for him to turn on the AC. €630 for 3 nights in those conditions is insulting. It got so bad that for the first time in our lives we checked out early from a hotel. Now they’re refusing to refund the nights we didn’t even stay. The only reason this review gets one star instead of zero is because the staff were kind and clearly trying their best despite the disaster they’re working in."

Cualquier problema con las instalaciones de la habitación se resolvió de inmediato después de que contactáramos con el propietario. ¡Muchísimas gracias! La habitación olía de maravilla, las zonas comunes estaban muy limpias y la nevera estaba bien surtida con zumo y leche. ¡Quedamos muy satisfechos!"

"Es un hotel muy elegante. Sin embargo, me sorprendió que un hotel de 4 estrellas no tuviera bañera... La pequeña cabina de ducha no tenía puerta ni escalón, y el agua estaba fría, así que no la usé por miedo a resfriarme. La habitación era muy espaciosa, pero no tenía ventanas. Lo bueno fue su conveniente ubicación, el personal y el desayuno."
