✨ Hotel Review – Lake Como (Hilton Lake Como) Hilton Lake Como The hotel is absolutely beautiful 🤍 — modern with a stylish Italian design throughout, from the lobby to the rooms. Everything feels new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The room was a highlight — spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. All the basic amenities were well provided, making the stay easy and relaxing. One of the best parts is the rooftop swimming pool — stunning views, great atmosphere, and perfect for photos, especially around sunset 🌅 👉 One downside to note: The location is a bit far from Como city center. * There is a bus stop near the hotel, but buses can be unreliable and not always on time * Walking to the center is about 1–2 km, doable but not ideal (especially with kids or elderly travelers) 💡 Overall: Perfect for a relaxing stay in a beautiful, design-focused hotel. Best if you’re planning to use taxis or have a car, rather than relying on public transportation.

Personal amable y atento, felicitaciones a la recepcionista, Nives. El servicio siempre está disponible y la ubicación es conveniente. Aunque tenía algunas dudas sobre el olor de la habitación (está bien, pero huele un poco fuerte a productos de limpieza; un olor agradable, claro, con el que puedo vivir, pero preferiría no olerlo), la vista es increíble. Lo recomendaría de nuevo a quien quiera alojarse en el lago de Como; una opción con buena relación calidad-precio.

I had a wonderful stay at Como Hills Hotel! The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature and offering breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains. The rooms are spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — always smiling and ready to assist with anything. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh local products. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and welcoming — perfect for a quiet getaway or a romantic trip. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend Como Hills Hotel to anyone visiting Lake Como! 🌿✨

Comfortable bed, clean room, good breakfast, excellent location. It’s just right next to the duomo and 5 minutes walk to the lakefront. There are 3 of us. So I booked a duplex room which has two floors. There’s a king bed on the upper floor and a sofa bed on the lower floor. But there’s only one toilet on the upper floor. So it’s quite inconvenient. It would be wonderful if there’s one more toilet and wash basin.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at Hotel Metropol Suisse-Como.The central location with stunning lake views made the visit even more special. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every single day, and the standard of cleanliness was outstanding. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly caring and polite. The bar staff were always friendly and attentive, and the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I was genuinely impressed that the team even remembered exactly how I like my coffee — such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. I was travelling with my mum, who has mobility difficulties, and the staff went above and beyond for her. They were always ready to help, often running to open the doors for her without us even asking. Their kindness really meant a lot to us. A special mention goes to Elvira, who was wonderfully attentive and polite during breakfast every morning. She always asked about our experience and made sure we had everything we needed. The reception staff were also outstanding, regularly checking if there was anything more they could do to make our stay even better. The food in the restaurant was superb, and it was lovely to see the owner present and engaging with guests to make sure everyone was happy. Overall, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. I cannot praise the hotel enough and will definitely be returning again and again. Highly recommended!

El personal es increíble y el hotel es precioso. Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo. El funicular está a solo 2 minutos y la estación está justo al lado. Situado con vistas al hermoso lago de Como. Una visita obligada a este lugar y al hotel; intenten reservar una habitación con vistas al lago. Desafortunadamente, cuando lo intentamos, estaba completamente lleno. El desayuno es muy bueno y todo el personal fue extremadamente amable. Nos encantó, nos encantó, nos encantó.

The stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleaning was excellent. Breakfast was good. Additionally, it was possible to have coffee or tea in between. I'm very much satisfied and can recommend this hotel! The only thing to be inproved is internet connection, which worked just occasionally but practically either didn't work or was very very slow - if you have no local sim card, it may be a crucial point for you.

A 3 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. Registro sin problemas. La vista desde mi habitación daba a otro edificio. La habitación en sí estaba limpia y era bastante cómoda. Aunque la cama chirriaba un poco y podía escuchar a los invitados del piso superior. El personal fue genial.

La ubicación es conveniente, pero la experiencia no correspondió al punto de precio. El desayuno fue otro descuento. No sabíamos previamente que no se sirvió en ‑site, sino en un café a unos cuatro ‑ minutos a pie. Si bien esto podría estar bien en una mañana soleada, durante nuestra estadía estaba lluviando en Como, y tener que ir afuera sólo para obtener desayuno era lejos de ideal. En general, Convo Lake Como se siente sobrepreciado por lo que ofrece. Entre las habitaciones con fechas, la falta de desayuno en ‑site y las instalaciones de submarino, creo que hay mejores opciones en la zona que ofrecen más confort y valor para el mismo o incluso menor costo.
