«My stay at the Trident Bandra Kurla was truly pleasant, and I cannot speak highly enough of the impeccable service provided by the team. As a solo traveller visiting Mumbai for work, safety and comfort were very important to me—and the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, making me feel both safe and welcomed throughout my stay. I chose this hotel primarily because of its close proximity to my conference venue, which made my schedule much more manageable. Although I didn’t have much time to explore the city, I was grateful to have a short window before my conference began. The hotel arranged a driver for me—Senthil—who was incredibly kind and efficient. In that limited time, he managed to take me to several key spots, allowing me to experience Mumbai, even if only briefly. I truly appreciated his effort and thoughtfulness. Excelente ubicación, un ambiente encantador, un personal excelente. La recepción y el personal fueron de lo más amables y serviciales. Una primera impresión del hotel encantadora y fantástica. Todo en el hotel fue excepcional. Estaba limpio, elegante, espacioso y el servicio en el lugar donde cenamos fue excelente. La comida era buena y tenía una excelente relación calidad-precio, y el servicio fue atento y eficiente. La habitación estaba bien equipada y era cómoda. Estuve muy satisfecho con mi estancia. Espero volver para una estancia más larga en el futuro.

The Taj is always going to be superb, of course, and this one is no exception. Two small points - 1. For some reason I had to keep re - signing in to the same WiFi network when I went from the room to various public areas of the hotel 2. There was a peculiar smell of drains in the corridors outside my room which never entirely went away Barring that of course, marvelous hotel, lovely staff, amazing breakfast buffet, super rooms, very nice pool and gym.

I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

What to write ? Everything is perfect about this property. Location perfect, Hotel perfect, Service perfect, Staff perfect, Hospitality perfect and moreover accepting and accommodating all your requests…perfect too. During this stay I did not booked breakfast but went through the offerings and I can say that is great and perfect too. Will definitely book breakfast during my next visit. Recientemente nos quedamos en The Westin para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposa Ritika, y debo decir – la experiencia fue maravillosa. El hotel de la ciudad de Jasmina, que se ocupaba de todo el diseño perfecto, nos ha hecho una ocasión memorable. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el personal está muy bien situado, muy bien mantenido y muy profesional. Recomendamos a The Westin a cualquiera que quiera celebrar una ocasión especial. Gracias de nuevo por hacer tan especial el cumpleaños de Ritika!

Disappointing service and required to make multiple calls to get room service. At the checkout, the staff was not capable of offering timely service and while serving to me, other client was also entertained which I found strange customer service. The staff was unable to release blocked money and as of today it has not been released. Finally, the staff did take a long time in producing invoice and still haven’t received an email for the invoice. The management needs to pay attention to training being provided to the staff.

My stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience. That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience. While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

Останавливались на одну ночь перед круизом. Отель уставший, но уютный. Окна выходили на соседнее здание, поэтому было тихо. Смогли выспаться после бессонной ночи накануне из-за перелёта. В ванной есть зубной набор, в комнате - чайный набор и вода. Завтрак непривычный, но можно выбрать что-то подходящее. Всё, что было дешевле на момент бронирования по фото выглядело значительно печальнее. Очень удобное расположение. Обошли всё достопримечательности пешком, рядом станция Черчгейт, откуда можно доехать до прачечной Дхоби-Гат и трущоб Дхарави. Не понравилось только, что при входе у нас чуть ли не вырвали чемоданы и рук, чтобы отнести до номера, хотя мы сопротивлялись, а когда нас проводили в комнату, мы дали 100 рупий, носильщик посмотрел так, как-будто мы ему 1 рупию дали. Мы не нуждались в его услуге и не снимали деньги в принципе.

金曜日、土曜日と2泊した。1階がクラブで、20時くらいから26時くらいまでかなり爆音で音楽が響いていた。クラブ好きにはおすすめ。 インド門や各観光名所には近いため良いが、寝不足では辛い。 部屋の窓は鍵がない。容易に侵入可能。 バスルームはシャワーの水圧はほどほど、窓は完全に閉まらないタイプ、網戸がなく虫が入りやすい。 トイレットペーパーはない。歯ブラシはない。ボディーソープ、シャンプーはある。コンディショナーはない。 朝食は種類が豊富ではないが、まずくはない。 朝食会場はかなりわかりにくいところにある。 朝食会場スタッフはぶっきらぼうだが、気が効いて親切。 朝、部屋の入り口には新聞が置かれていた。 ホテル廊下や階段は比較的清掃されている。 PC作業デスクはあるが、椅子が高い。
