The service from the staff was very decent. But the room was severely lacking. The bed was sunken in …. There was an odor in the hallway. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Non smoking rooms are indeed available but many guests flout the rules and if you’re unlucky like I was assigned a room next to a very heavy smoker the smoke from his room was entering mine through the gaps in the partition door.

El hotel está muy cerca de las grandes tiendas, pero puede llegar fácilmente a través de un taxi de caja por unos 2 dólares en 10 minutos. La altura de la mesa no era realmente adecuada y no es suficiente para el trabajo de negocios. Sin embargo, terminé la mayoría de trabajo en la silla de repuesto con pijamas para el laptop. The jacuzzi, steam room and pool are a little worn down but the gym is huge and the spa is nice. The room itself was really comfortable and well-kept. Also, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from DeliPark Mall Medan, which is a huge mall. All in all, I would stay here again if I visit Medan again in the future.

The stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, which made it very pleasant. Although there is a club on the top floor, the noise didn’t really disturb me. The breakfast was also good and enjoyable.

There are not enough changing rooms for crowded conditions. - The corridor floor is muddy and watery due to visitors. - In the breakfast restaurant, many of the menus are out of stock, there are no seats because it is full of visitors, many people fight over food like village people who never eat well. - the checkout process was good and there were no problems. No hot water in the shower, a little bit seems dirty/ broken in the bathroom and it doesn’t give the feeling of real luxury, but for this price I think it’s very good still. You have a restaurant which is open 24/7 with friendly servers. The pool is shared by hotel guests with people who pay for usage of the pool, looks clean enough. Staff helped to bring luggage to the room. The location of the hotel is good, it feels a little bit less developed around the hotel tho, but there is a nice mall nearby, maybe 5 minutes with the car.

Un hotel muy recomendable para familias, estratégicamente ubicado, cerca de Deli Park Mall, Medan Fair Mall, personal del hotel muy amable, al lado del hotel hay KFC, Garuda Restaurant, para encontrar comida solo camine, el acceso a la piscina es muy fácil, la habitación fue mejorada a deluxe sin costos adicionales, es super en resumen

El servicio genial y las instalaciones comodas . Lo unico que una de las luces de la habitacion parpadeaba incluso en apagado y no hubo forma de arreglarlo. Un poco incomodo eso para dormir pero de todos modos recomendable.

Apartamento en el corazón de la ciudad de Medan, con fácil acceso a todos los lugares de la ciudad, cerca del centro comercial Sun Plaza, el templo budista de Borobudur y la comida del hospital alrededor del centro comercial. Accederá al centro comercial con un conductor en línea por una tarifa no demasiado alta. El apartamento tiene dos dormitorios con gran espacio para sala de estar. Agradable estancia en este apartamento.
