UUsuario invitadoEl hotel ofrece habitaciones de calidad y servicios excepcionales. El desayuno tenía una variedad de opciones, como catering para sabores occidentales e indonésicos. El hotel dispone de un supermercado en la calle y de un supermercado muy grande a unos 5 minutos a pie del hotel. El hotel está muy cerca de las grandes tiendas, pero puede llegar fácilmente a través de un taxi de caja por unos 2 dólares en 10 minutos. La altura de la mesa no era realmente adecuada y no es suficiente para el trabajo de negocios. Sin embargo, terminé la mayoría de trabajo en la silla de repuesto con pijamas para el laptop. Excelente gama de canales de televisión incluyendo BBC y CNN. ($4 Aus Dollar) Usé la piscina que era grande en el segundo piso con vistas a la ciudad. Aún así, recomendaría muy bien este hotel por el precio pagado y excelente servicio y calidad de la habitación para 4 estrellas establecimiento.

TTrip.com local guidesThe service from the staff was very decent. But the room was severely lacking. The bed was sunken in …. There was an odor in the hallway. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Non smoking rooms are indeed available but many guests flout the rules and if you’re unlucky like I was assigned a room next to a very heavy smoker the smoke from his room was entering mine through the gaps in the partition door.

Además, el hotel es sólo a 5-minute a pie de DeliPark Mall Medan, que es un enorme centro comercial. En conjunto, me quedaría aquí de nuevo si visitara a Medan de nuevo en el futuro.

西西蒙子No hot water in the shower, a little bit seems dirty/ broken in the bathroom and it doesn’t give the feeling of real luxury, but for this price I think it’s very good still. You have a restaurant which is open 24/7 with friendly servers.
The pool is shared by hotel guests with people who pay for usage of the pool, looks clean enough.
Staff helped to bring luggage to the room.
The location of the hotel is good, it feels a little bit less developed around the hotel tho, but there is a nice mall nearby, maybe 5 minutes with the car.

Kkaswar yusnidaUn hotel muy recomendable para familias, estratégicamente ubicado, cerca de Deli Park Mall, Medan Fair Mall, personal del hotel muy amable, al lado del hotel hay KFC, Garuda Restaurant, para encontrar comida solo camine, el acceso a la piscina es muy fácil, la habitación fue mejorada a deluxe sin costos adicionales, es super en resumen

UUsuario invitadoThe service was good, one highlight to afternoon staff, when I approach the counter for check in, there is one one man came to reception in the middle of my registration and asking about the room availability, I expect the staff will say, can I get back to you? let me handle her first, but instead he check the room availability on the different system beside mine. At last he handled me. He might be only make sure that there is room vacant, but you can only focus on who come first and then you can move on to another, after all its accor brand. Overall experience the room is clean, the bathroom very god and clean. Will be back for sure

- The check-in process is smooth, good and requests are fulfilled.
- clean and tidy rooms, amenities available.
- TV channels are very bad, TV broadcasts are difficult to watch.
- the swimming pool was very busy and full, there were no officers on duty, the pool floor was very dirty with food and water waste, there were no officers to clean the area. There are not enough changing rooms for crowded conditions.
- The corridor floor is muddy and watery due to visitors.
- In the breakfast restaurant, many of the menus are out of stock, there are no seats because it is full of visitors, many people fight over food like village people who never eat well.
- the checkout process was good and there were no problems.
Hopefully in the future it will be more organized and improved for the better.
