Precioso histórico hotel. Pequeño pero muy tranquilo. Personal amable. La ubicación excelente, justo enfrente de la playa. Nuestra habitación tenía vistas al mar y fue precioso levant**** y ver el mar desde la cama. También, nos ofrecieron la opción de utilizar las bicicletas del hotel para bajar un poco el magnifico desayuno. No tienen desayuno buffet, puedes escoger todo lo que quieras de su carta de desayuno y te lo hacen en el momento. Me encantó. La decoración del hotel me gustó mucho y la comodidad de la cama estupenda. Lo único que nuestro lavabo le costaba tragar el agua mucho, debe estar un poco atascado y la ducha se salía el agua por la puerta. Nosotros fuimos en temporada baja y pudimos dejar el coche en su parking privado. Repetiría al 100%

Booked a standard graden room, turned out to be a catastrophe: fridge in the mini bar humming so loud one could barely sleep, road directly in front of the room with loud vehicles passing and uncomfortable bed) - slept less than 4hours first night. Then were given the option to move to another standard room which did not have a loud road but for whatever reason had same issue with the fridge. After complaining again were upgraded to better room which was nice (bed nevertheless not comfortable). Lost 2 out of 4 nights to terrible rooms. Overall cannot recommend hotel. If you want to stay make sure only to book higher categories - standard room is absolutely not acceptable - a shame for a supposedly 5* hotel. Other negative aspects: breakfast only okish, food and the restaurant very very mediocre at truly elevated prices & outrageous wine pricing (60€ retail wine sold for 370€..) with no decent drinkable cheaper wines On the positive sides: very nice beach, good service at the beach, nice/cool interior design.

The hotel’s beach was very beautiful, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a woman and a man working at the bar in the morning were unfriendly. The service was excellent. The food was fresh and tasty, and having fish every day was perfect for me. The daily cleaning and towel changes were great, because in other places I visited in Greece, they only did it once a week. Having it done daily made me happy. The only thing I didn’t like was that the rooms weren’t soundproof, so children in the upstairs and next-door rooms were playing with balls and dragging furniture, which was quite disturbing. Overall, I left satisfied. Thank you, Mistis Family Village.

This accommodation is an excellent choice, located right in the city center with easy access to everything. The bed is comfortable, and if you book a room with a balcony, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of both the city and the sea. The staff are kind and very accommodating, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast is satisfying, offering a good English breakfast. Rooms are clean with a strong shower, even on the fourth floor, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The place also embraces sustainability, providing basic but pleasant-smelling toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Overall, it’s a fantastic stay — I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

Great place for families with children. The hotel, amenities, food and rooms were amazing. We would have given 5 stars for service as all staff were really lovely, but getting the al la carte restaurant booked for our 8 family members took some time and there was a couple push backs from staff. Although, they did eventually fit us in, which was well worth going. Food excellent in the Italian restaurant.

This hotel could be top notch with a few quick wins. Its location is fantastic and the cleanliness of the whole premises is second to none. However, it lets itself down unnecessarily. There have been reviews about the showers causing wet floors in the bathroom. Upgrading the shower heads and reducing the water pressure woukd eliminate the problem and save the hotel on water costs. Replacing shower gels daily should be non negotiable. Finally, breakfast is a let down. No front of house, no-one clearing tables and poor quality coffee machines and second rate food.

I was given a lovely room on the first floor overlooking the main street and the marina. There is a lift. The pool is lovely but not much shade. The breakfast is great. It's a very convenient location within walking distance to the port and the main part of town. Heaps of restaurants around and a Spar across the street. The cafe area is lovely and there's lots of room at Reception to wait after checkout. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.
