We came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

Este es un hotel nuevo muy recomendable 🏨 con instalaciones completamente nuevas, tecnología domótica en todas partes, buena limpieza y ropa de cama suave. Ubicado en el corazón del casco antiguo, está rodeado de centros comerciales y restaurantes. Y lo más importante, hay una parada de autobús justo enfrente con varias líneas que conectan con diversas atracciones. El servicio también es digno de mención. Al registrarme, la recepcionista no solo se desvivió por atender mi solicitud de piso, sino que también me cambió a una habitación más espaciosa y cómoda sin coste alguno. ¡Le estoy muy agradecida! Las demás recepcionistas también fueron cálidas, educadas y proactivas, siempre dispuestas a ayudar. Aunque hubo algunos pequeños descuidos durante la limpieza de la habitación, no perjudicaron la experiencia en general; sigue siendo un muy buen hotel. Rara vez escribo reseñas tan largas porque realmente creo que es un gran hotel, que superó mis expectativas en muchos aspectos 💯. Por último, casi se me olvida mencionar un punto muy importante: ¡tiene una relación calidad-precio increíble!

Very clean hotel located in strategic area in the middle of the city. The view is breathtaking. I can see the whole city from my room. Spacious room and very comfortable. Breakfast is ok. But still i prefer the meal outside the hotel. The hospitality service could have been better. Yinchuan has great potential to be a tourism destination. And hospitality service is a game changer.

酒店年頭稍微久一些裝修和傢俱看得出有時代感設施不算新潮，但打掃的乾乾淨淨床品柔軟睡起來很舒服，前台工作人員態度温和有耐心位置不錯，很方便，出門吃飯逛街都方便，性價比在線不追求網紅酒店的話很推薦
