QQiwenhou第一次入住這麼新的酒店。前台小妹服務熱情周到。房間乾淨衞生明亮。衞生間私密性很好，有一扇總門。這樣洗完澡出來也不會被看光。畢竟同住的雙床房可能會是同事朋友或閨蜜。家庭房長輩和小輩之間也需要私隱。周邊就是商業圈，出門購物就餐很方便。如果能增加延遲退房到 14:00 就更加人性化了。總的來説下次來無錫還會選擇這家。

Llvxiaodan0906Salir a visitar estos días, este hotel es el lugar más satisfecho que tengo, ninguno. Después de la dolorosa experiencia del hotel Lijiang de Suzhou, todos los aspectos de la familia inocentes de los beneficios me han satisfecho. No hay necesidad de decir saneamiento, instalaciones, servicios, medio ambiente. También está cerca de la zona del lago Tai. El camino a la red es de unos diez dólares. Se había decidido que viniera a escuchar el concierto y fue inevitablemente apoyado por el hotel. No hay más palabras, hay una foto de la verdad! Aunque el hotel dice que el baño de agua caliente puede tomar 20 minutos y esperar 30 minutos más, ¡pero siento que hay unas pocas personas que necesitan tiempo rápido para lavarse, y el agua de la flor es muy grande y muy potente! ¡Puede que se cierre automáticamente dos veces por la tarde para ahorrar aire acondicionado, pero puede abrirlo manualmente!
En resumen, ¡muy muy muy muy muy recomendable que todos vivan aquí! ¡He oído que el hotel de vacaciones coronas adyacente es la misma empresa!

TTJ Corvus1st time here. All i can say is, getting the food here is so convenient. Many good and tasty food around this place. As for the room, neat and clean. As for the value, the room extension is considered at a highside. Other than this, nice place to stay. Will come again.

PpeyeenI stayed at Atour Hotel during my personal trip. Overall the hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is very convenient, right at Sanyang Plaza. There’s a Lawson convenience store next door and a 99 Mall just across the street, which makes it easy to buy snacks or daily items. Staff were polite and the check-in/check-out process was smooth.

UUsuario invitadoI recently stayed at the Atour Hotel in Jiangyin for the first time, having visited other Atour locations multiple times. This trip was mainly for a client meeting, and I spent 3 days and 2 nights here.
The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I’d like to highlight a few aspects of my stay: first, the warm reception and attentive service from the front desk staff made a great first impression; second, the room was spacious and well-lit, with soft bed linens and a cozy comforter that allowed me to rest well after a busy day; finally, the hotel is well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness was impressive.
One point to mention is that the toilet is prone to clogging, and I hope this can be improved as it was somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, since there is a renovation project nearby, I was initially worried about potential noise disturbances. To my surprise, the hotel remained wonderfully quiet, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and they thoughtfully provided earplugs for guests, which I appreciated.
Breakfast options were diverse, and I was delighted to find century eggs on the menu—such a pleasant surprise!
Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The convenient location is perfect for business travelers. I look forward to returning to Atour Hotel and hope to see improvements regarding the toilet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and hope to visit again soon!

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to major transport hubs. It's just 13.4 miles from Sunan Shuofang International Airport, making it very accessible for travelers. Although the nearest metro stations, Zhaqiao and Yingyuehu Park.
Exceptional Service
The 24-hour front desk service was always available to assist with any requests or inquiries, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly.
Comfortable Accommodations
The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a business traveler. The comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere ensured a restful night's sleep after a long day of meetings.
Surroundings
While the hotel is a bit of a distance from the nearest metro stations, the overall surroundings are pleasant and conducive to both work and relaxation. The serene environment and nearby parks provide a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.

UUsuario invitadoStayed in this hotel for 2 nights at the end of December, I initially booked the cheapest room on the lowest floor but was upgraded to the danggui tatami room on the 2nd floor. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable with the window facing the central courtyard which gets full daytime sun in winter. The initial room I booked would have had the window and outdoor area facing the courtyard as well as the restaurant which should be noted if privacy and quiet is a priority for you. Additionally, the price is much better during off peak periods, around 4 times the price i booked when booked during the new year period onwards
Each room comes with a tea set which is quite fitting for appreciating Yixing culture and the seperate wet area for the shower and toilet was very comfortable. However, the soundproofing for the overall building is a bit bad as you can hear when people are climbing up the stairs or if the restaurant is full and people are celebrating/drinking.
The breakfast on the first day was a platter of side dishes with rice porridge which was quite nice and filling, while the second day was a bowl of noodles. Both were quite delicious but I would've appreciated more local cuisine featured like bamboo shoots and black rice but maybe it was off season.
Overall, I am very happy with my stay, the location is very convenient for a 1 day trip to the 3 main clay museums and old district!

SSpongebobsquarepantsI recently had the pleasure of staying at and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind, reliable, and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations.
One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap.
I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside.
The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies.
Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable.
In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay.

UUsuario invitadoI expected so much more from a place calling itself the GRAND Hotel. This was not even average (at best). Check in was not very friendly. The room had many issues, for example half of the lights did not work, so the room was very dark the entire time I was there. The Wifi was really spotty and was difficult to sign into. The bed was okay, had a so so sleep. To be honest I have stayed in far better places in Wuxi for a way cheaper price, but I was tired and did not want to complain or change rooms/hotels. I will say that I was very disappointed for the price. I only chose this place because of the tub and pool. The tub was ok and to be honest after seeing the state of the room I did not even bother with the pool. I figured if the room was not that great then they probably don't clean the pool well. They had ads for in room massage but it was not available that day (then why advertise all over). The Air Con was a joke, it did not cool well at all. The TV was ancient and I had to mess with the batteries to even turn it on. Check out was not that polite either. A couple positives, the bellboy helped me leave with my bags, and I can say that the girls at the morning breakfast were very polite and kind...but this is not their fault, the food was pretty horrendous. At least the coffee was decent and plentiful. Overall the rest of the staff made me feel like I was a big inconvenience while being there. My advice is to check reviews and get a WAY better hotel for elsewhere for far less money. I will not be back to this old, shoddy, dodgy hotel.
