This is an awesome hotel. The most incredible thing is SERVICE! That humanity is what I called service. Our shower seem to have problem and cold water inlet isn’t working. We informed the front desk via WeChat App and they instantly replied. Although the maintenance team can’t come to service (is almost 10 p.m.) but Manager Zhao Zhi Lu’s response is so professional, she immediately gave us another room to shower. Next morning, I informed her again that we are leaving to breakfast and she could ask the maintenance to inspect our shower. Boom! After breakfast, the shower is fixed and housekeeping had cleaned our room as well! I can say that with many hotel experiences from 3 stars to 6 stars across the world, I had never seen such an incredible services before (bear in mind that this is only a “4-star hotel”). The moment you step in the hotel, the friendly front desk team, to breakfast buffet team, and laundry (the cleaner aunt even helped to fold and bring our cleaned clothes delivered at our doorstep while we were out to the beach!) all did well at their respective areas. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel environment is comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the location is excellence conveniently close to most attractions and just behind the shopping mall. However, one aspect that significantly affected my experience was the AI assistant. In today’s hospitality landscape, an in-room AI assistant is no longer just a novelty but an important part of the guest experience. Unfortunately, Huazhu AI was not responsive or intelligent enough to handle even simple voice commands consistently, which made it more frustrating than helpful. Having experienced Xiao Du in other hotels, the difference is very noticeable. Xiao Du is much smarter, more responsive, and genuinely enhances the stay. I hope the management will seriously consider improving or upgrading the AI assistant, as this is increasingly becoming a factor in my hotel choice and overall guest satisfaction.

Service was great! They provided nearly everything. There's even coffee machine in the room. Room is big enough for 5+1 toddler. They served hot tea and warm towel upon check-in.readu with warm bottle of water when we were back from outside (during winter) Location is great! Just walking distance from train station.

It was a family trip to the spa resort, and we booked one night with a lake view. The landscape was beautiful, but the guest rooms felt a bit old, showing signs of age. The toilet facilities were weak, and the refrigerator did not work properly, but apart from that there were no major issues during our stay. The resort itself is quite large, so it’s easy to get lost while walking around—especially at night when the hallways become dark. It’s a good idea to familiarize yourself with the directions. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, doing their best to communicate using a translation app. Since the resort is located slightly away from the main city, calling a Didi taxi may take some time, which can make going out at night a bit difficult. However, the on-site restaurant offers a wide variety of reasonably priced dishes. The spa facilities were superb and very enjoyable. The outdoor swimming pool tasted salty—perhaps it’s seawater, though I’m not completely sure. Breakfast was also satisfying, with American-style options available. Overall, the stay was pleasant. I’d be curious to try other rooms in the future, as some looked newly renovated with modern fixtures. (+) thanks for the figs for welcoming presents!

帶小朋友一天房車兩天海景房。房車離主客房幾百米，從大堂辦完入住有電瓶車幫忙搬運行李到房車，房車就在海邊，走幾步就是沙灘，提供沙灘椅和小桌子，晚上坐在海邊很有露營的感覺，沙灘上遇到放煙花的小朋友，玩的很開心，也體驗室內空間利用到極致的感覺。第二天搬家遇到下雨，求救管家，管家直接開自己車來接，冒雨幫忙裝行李，特別感謝！海景大床房令人驚喜，房間佈局合理，衞生到位，設施齊全。推開門就能看見遼闊大海，海風宜人。服務貼心細緻，園區環境優美安靜，晨起可觀海上日出，休閑放鬆，旅途體驗感很好，值得推薦。有室內泳池、桑拿等，遇到下雨天也沒耽誤玩。
