This is an awesome hotel. The most incredible thing is SERVICE! That humanity is what I called service. Our shower seem to have problem and cold water inlet isn’t working. We informed the front desk via WeChat App and they instantly replied. Although the maintenance team can’t come to service (is almost 10 p.m.) but Manager Zhao Zhi Lu’s response is so professional, she immediately gave us another room to shower. Next morning, I informed her again that we are leaving to breakfast and she could ask the maintenance to inspect our shower. Boom! After breakfast, the shower is fixed and housekeeping had cleaned our room as well! I can say that with many hotel experiences from 3 stars to 6 stars across the world, I had never seen such an incredible services before (bear in mind that this is only a “4-star hotel”). The moment you step in the hotel, the friendly front desk team, to breakfast buffet team, and laundry (the cleaner aunt even helped to fold and bring our cleaned clothes delivered at our doorstep while we were out to the beach!) all did well at their respective areas. The reception staffs are so accommodating and friendly. They genuinely care about their customers wellbeing, I was travelling with 2 young children and they always greeted to me to see if I needed help. Location is very convenient, you can access the shopping centre through the car park literally 2 minutes walk. The hotel was opened in 2025 so everything looks really new and renovation is very cute my kids loved everything about Orange hotel.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and was very impressed by the overall experience. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable — I had a very comfortable night’s sleep. It really made a difference after a long day of traveling. What stood out the most was the staff. Every single member of the team was kind, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. Their service mind was outstanding, and they made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The lobby is beautifully designed — elegant and luxurious. I especially loved the amethyst decoration, which added a unique and charming touch to the space. Overall, I had such a great experience, and if I have the chance, I would definitely come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!

I recently visited this hot spring, and every part of the experience was absolutely fantastic. After soaking in the hot spring, I had a meal at the on-site restaurant, and the food was outstanding—the dumplings, in particular, were perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. I would honestly come back just for those dumplings alone. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, delicious food, and a truly welcoming environment, this hot spring is the perfect choice. I asked for a non-smoking room, and I think that the hotel did give me one. But there is something everyone should know about who goes to China. Many still smoke indoors, even near kids. No room is truly free from smoke, I imagine. My room had a weak smell of smoke, and that scent was in all the places, from the lobby and lifts to the corridor. Still, the hotel staff were friendly and kind throughout my stay. Talking to them may be difficult if you do not speak Mandarin, as most staff know a little English, but a translation app helps a lot. They were all kind and happy to help. This was my first trip to Weihai, and the trip was for a friend’s wedding in one of the hotel’s halls. So, the spot was quite good for the event. If you go to Weihai just to see sites or other fun spots, you might want to look at other places to stay. That said, the hotel has a sweet sea view and parks by the sea, which is nice for a slow walk and some clean air.

La ubicación está justo delante del Museo de Guerra de la Isla de Yugong.. Es bueno descargar y tomar un paseo de la isla. Es cómodo en Yugongdo.. El aire es claro y el cuerpo se siente curado. Especialmente en la noche, es tranquilo, así que puedo descansar y curar. Después de caminar por la isla en la mañana temprana, el desayuno en el hotel es muy bueno. La dieta sana hace que mi cuerpo se siente más ligero.

This stay was amazing. The room was very spacious and extremely clean, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The shower was large with strong water pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. The room was also nicely warm, which was especially important for us as we stayed during winter. The absolute highlight was the huge panoramic window with a stunning view of the wrecked ship. The hotel is located right on the beach, making it easy to be among the first to take photos of the ship in the morning. Having a bathtub placed in front of the panoramic window created a truly unique and atmospheric experience. The hotel also has a lovely café in the lobby with delicious food and drinks. While the breakfast was a bit simpler than a typical European buffet and required some waiting, it was still a nice addition to the stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, this hotel offers fantastic views, comfort, and a memorable atmosphere—I would definitely recommend it.
