好嘞！在你這版基礎上，我幫你把語氣調得更輕鬆、更口語化，像和朋友聊天一樣，但內容和順序一點沒動。 --- 預訂了2間房，連住6晚，來嘮嘮我的真實感受～ 先説説位置：酒店就在白石嶺山腳下，開車到市區大概15分鐘，不算太方便，所以更適合自駕。但換個角度看，正因為偏，所以特別安靜，人少不鬧騰。帶娃來的話，不出酒店吃喝玩樂也全搞定，完全夠打發時間。所以這點我覺得是雙刃劍——喜歡清凈、想好好放鬆的人反而會覺得是加分項。 優點部分： 一、環境真的沒話説，一邊是白石嶺，一邊是湖景，背山面水，看着就舒服。中間那個吉他造型的泳池還帶燈帶，晚上拍照特別出片，很有特色。 二、園區裏的綠化做得很好，到處乾乾淨淨，看着就心情好。 三、房間陽台超大，吹吹風、發發呆，度假感直接拉滿。 四、早餐挺豐盛，海鮮河粉很鮮，西點尤其正宗，正餐也做得有水準，吃得很滿意。 五、温泉池很乾凈，可惜有幾池沒開。除了吉他泳池，還有兩個大泡泡池，小朋友能玩得很嗨，旁邊還有桑拿房，配套挺全。 六、“晃晃之旅”的親子活動花樣不少：週末遊園、拍賣會、廚藝課、小火車、越野車、遊戲機……好幾個專門的小童場地，還有工作人員專門帶着玩，一點不敷衍，娃玩得都不想走。 七、服務整體在線，尤其要誇誇負責6905客房的保潔阿姨，又禮貌又熱情，幹活還麻利，必須點贊！ 再來説説需要改進的地方： 一、我們入住那天是深夜12點才到，酒店給升級了房間，這個要謝謝～但前台兩位工作人員，一位很熱情，主動幫我們把行李送到電梯口；另一位就有點掉鏈子了——先是做房卡時錄錯了房號，結果我們大半夜上樓打不開門，打電話到前台還沒人接，衹好又跑下來重新制卡，而且這位的態度還挺冷淡。這還沒完，第二天晚上我們泡完温泉，濕漉漉地回來，房卡又刷不開了！原來她重新制卡時衹設了一天的有效期（我們可是連住6晚啊）。大晚上的站在走廊裏吹風等處理，真的挺崩潰的。同一張房卡連着出兩次錯，還都是在我們最累最困的時候，體驗感直接打折扣。 真心建議酒店加強前台培訓，責任心得跟上啊。深夜到店的客人本來就很疲憊了，況且當時也沒別的客人排隊，完全可以在我們到之前（預訂時電話都溝通過了）提前把房號、有效期都核對好。這種低級錯誤真的不該犯，希望能重視起來。 二、再説小火車的運營時間。宣傳單上寫的是“9:20至10:00”，我理解是這個時間段內去都能坐。結果我們9:40到，前台説9:20就開走了，過時不候。我當時還以為一趟要跑40分鐘呢，所以沒法加開。下午3點還有一趟，我們2:45就早早在大堂等着，總算坐上了，結果全程才幾分鐘……既然一趟才這麼短，為啥10點前到的客人就不給加開一趟呢？ 建議宣傳單寫清楚：如果每天就固定一趟，直接寫“9:20發車”就好了；要是寫“9:20至10:00”，那在這個時間段內到的客人就應該能參與，不然真的容易誤會。 總的來説，酒店的硬件和大部分服務都挺滿意的，就希望這些小細節能改進一下，那入住體驗就完美啦～

I am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well! We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free). We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea. Wide spread of breakfast! I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai.

Located on an isolated island with a good omen of “鳌”. Nice experience staying there with the remarkable views all around the island. The staff from the golf club were very rude not allowing visitors walk on the wooden walkway during the entire daytime for some bureaucratic and prerogative reasons which were non-transparent and unacceptable. The food and services were at average level comparing with others.

The location is perfect with a lovely view of the beach from our balcony. The staff members were all very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is pretty nice. The pool is amazing. The fish foot spa is an interesting experience for no charge and there is recreational area including billiards and ping pong. Complimentary high tea in the afternoon is nice.

Instalaciones: Está perfectamente, muy adecuado para jugar en vacaciones de fin de semana Ambiente: muy estilo chino, muy especial Servicio: muy entusiasmado, necesitado Cerca: muy cerca del mar, el mar es muy claro. La luz cercana es adecuada para tomar fotos de tarjetas, principalmente la historia de la distancia del mar es muy cercana, sentirse muy cómodo en la noche 😌

房間巨幕投影畫質絕、音效棒，私人影院既視感拉滿。24小時入住超靈活，不用趕時間太省心。早餐品類豐富，味道在線。居然還有洗衣房，長途出行超方便，前台的百寶箱更是救急神器。床品舒適、衞生乾淨，工作人員熱情高效。位置便利，情侶約會或朋友小聚都適配，性價比拉滿₍₍Ϡ（੭•̀ω•́）੭✧⃛

El pueblo está situado al otro lado del área de prosperidad del puerto de Xiamen. En el balcón se puede ver el puerto y se puede estacionar gratis frente a la puerta del patio. Está bien decorado, nuestras habitaciones son muy grandes, disponemos de instalaciones completas y saneamiento limpio. ¿Está más tranquilo la noche?

La habitación es muy grande, un poco como el estilo de decoración de un viejo hotel de cinco estrellas. Eso es un poco largo. Aquí está el hotel internacional. El dueño es muy bueno, muy entusiasta, me dejó un nivel alto, tiene un destino, una ubicación excelente, puede ver el mar desde el balcón, desgraciadamente no se ve, volver la próxima vez.

Nice place to stay with great rates. The restaurant on the 26th floor offers great food at very reasonable prices for breakfast and dinner (we did not partake of lunch there, but I believe it's available). The view from our room on the 23rd floor was fantastic to see the long beach coastline. Quiet area without the traffic and noise of the city life...great for rest and relaxation. Definitely worth checking out if you plan to visit Qionghai and Bo'ao.

Localización perfecta, cerca de la playa. Personal muy amigable. El hotel es limpio y bien entretenido, muy cómodo para estar aquí!
