We had a short stay here, 2 night but we liked all. Our room was nice with lake view. The cleaning was spotless, room was big enough, and the staff was kind and helpful. Next day we had a short break and we caught the hot springs, it was a good experience as well. The hotel is in a remote area, but you can take a short taxi ride (around 5 min) and can go to city center for shopping and supermarket. Didnt try breakfast, so cant comment about food. Nothing else to complain about here, and would recommend. Hope will have a chance to be back.

There is nothing much within the hotel location. Need to take a short taxi ride to Jia Ji Zhen. Check in and out is very efficient. The room is huge and clean. However, the sound proofing is not very good. Can hear footsteps and sound middle of the night. Breakfast is good. As we are lazy to go out for dinner, the reception staff helped us to order food online. We would like to thank Mr Wang (王先生） for going the extra mile for helping us. The hotel may consider having vending machines i.e. drinks, snack and foods for the guest convenience. Overall, we had a good stay in the hotel. Keep up the excellent work.

Hotel check-in was smooth and easy, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making for a great first impression. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with everything neatly prepared before I arrived. I especially enjoyed the sea view from the living area, which was relaxing and made the stay feel special. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the room throughout my stay. The facilities were also impressive, with well-kept common areas and a pleasant atmosphere around the property. Overall, the service was consistently warm and attentive, and any small requests were handled quickly. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it easy to relax after a busy day. Overall, this was a great hotel stay, and I would be happy to return and recommend it to other travellers.

在攜程上選擇了這家✨希岸酒店✨ 酒店大堂是清爽的Tiffany 藍色系，讓人眼前一亮🩵訂的高級大床房衹要200出頭，真的太值了！房間設施很新，面積空曠，全屋智能語音控制，一進門窗簾就會自動打開～🥰 最有意思的是他家的自助早餐，是我第一次見的diy 粉湯！！！可以選自己喜歡的粉/麪，加上喜歡的小料，真的很好玩！ 另外，酒店附近就是銀海雜糧街，來了瓊海怎能不吃一頓豐盛的雜糧呢？超級方便，去市區也衹要十分鐘。 設施：嶄新 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：服務態度好，有耐心 服務：很棒

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The location is perfect—about 500 meters away from the crowded beach area, so it is peaceful but still highly accessible. Because it is slightly removed from the heavy crowds, the property is much cleaner and newer, and we noticed significantly fewer mosquitoes compared to the hotels right on the crowded strip.The amenities are great and offer excellent value for money. There is a washing machine available in the room, which was incredibly useful, though do note there is no dryer. However, the staff was exceptionally accommodating and quickly provided us with plenty of extra hangers when we requested them.

¡No hay duda de que este hotel se reserva por las comentarios mezclados, pero el hotel está bien! ¡Claro, es algo que muestra su edad y no un moderno lujo hotel 4-star (pero las tarifas razonables también reflejan esto, así que es justo). El hotel está bien mantenido y el cuarto está cómodo. La habitación tenía un amplio balcón (aunque los balcónes del mar no reciben sol durante la mayoría del día, que en invierno parecía una lástima) y el baño tenía una ducha y un baño, que era grande. No hay ningún refrigerador, que me gustaría. No me impresionó la playa, que es una banda relativamente estrecha de arena, desfigurada por personas que corren en cuadras. Hay algunos restaurantes y cafés, pero no directamente en la playa y en su mayoría cerrados o vacíos en invierno (me encantan las playas donde puedes tomar una copa sentado en un saco de beso en la playa, que tienen en la costa sur de Hainan, ¡No hay sitios que no se pueden encontrar aquí! En cualquier caso, diferentes turistas como cosas diferentes y si desea visitar Bo'ao, este hotel es una excelente elección!

酒店位置非常好，鬧中取靜，離主街道很近，酒店外面路側停車非常方便，且不收費，酒店前台裝修風格非常有型，酒店特色鮮明。前台服務員業務水平非常到位，細心解答客人的問題。客房面積中規中矩，設施設備簡明實用。巨幕投影儀非常實用，使用方便快捷。寢具乾淨整潔，衞生間無異味。酒店可提供簡單的早餐。性價比很高，值得推薦。贊。

The lady owner of this hotel is amazing. Not only does she run a fantastic hotel, but she is amazingly friendly and an excellent chef. The room was very spacious and had views of the fishing harbour. Breakfast each morning was delicious, prawn porridge with a different selection of anchovies, fried bread, plant pancake and others. We ate dinner there twice and the fresh seafood tasted amazing, cooked perfectly by the lady owner each time. The hotel is just over 2 km from the fishing village where most of the shops and restaurants are, but the lady owner again came to our rescue and gave us her electric motorbike so that we could travel around.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room had a beautiful beach view and the location is convenient, close to the town area with many restaurants. We were also honored to be the first guests in their newly designed art room, which was very comfortable and unique. Our trip here was very special, as we came in search of our long-lost relatives with very limited information. We are extremely grateful to the lady boss, who was so kind and helpful. She not only asked around for us but even personally drove us to the village area. Thanks to her generosity and warmhearted support, we were able to find our relatives. The hotel location is amazing besides the sea. You can hear the roar of the waves from the balcony. Excellent for children as well.
