"We booked two 180-degree sea view rooms several days in advance. The hotel's location is good, not far from the sea. We arrived at 2:30 PM, and the front desk lobby was quite busy! There were many people, making the lobby seem a bit small. The receptionist said the two rooms were not on the same floor and took us to see one of the rooms that wasn't a 180-degree view. It was between two buildings, so the view was obstructed, and the sea view was much less. This room looked less occupied, dusty, and hadn't been cleaned. Since we were a family with a child, it was really inconvenient that it wasn't on the same floor, so we went with it. When we returned at 5 PM, it took a long time to check in. During our stay, we called the front desk several times but no one answered. The elevators were busy and crowded, making for a poor stay."

"Viajamos a Qionghai con mis padres. Ya me había alojado en este hotel el año pasado y me pareció muy bueno. Decidimos volver este año, pero reservé un tipo de habitación diferente al que habíamos tenido antes. Al llegar, me di cuenta de que era una habitación lateral tipo loft, con dos pisos, lo cual era bastante adecuado para viajar con mis padres. Por la noche, pedimos servicio de habitaciones y la comida estaba bien. Sin embargo, al acostarnos, nos dimos cuenta del problema: era demasiado ruidoso. Había fuegos artificiales en el edificio de al lado. Nuestra habitación era la más cercana a la playa, así que sonaba como si los fuegos artificiales estuvieran justo debajo de nuestra ventana. Me desperté una vez pasadas las 11 de la noche, y de nuevo alrededor de las 2 de la madrugada por el ruido. Estaba tan enfadada que llamé a recepción para pedir un cambio de habitación. La persona de recepción fue aún más exasperante. Era un hombre y se rió. Me dijo que no podían resolver ese problema. Luego pensé que no debía enfadarme cuando estoy de vacaciones, para no amargarme a mí misma. En cualquier caso, que mi experiencia sirva de lección para todos. Si reservan este hotel, asegúrense de alojarse en el edificio principal y no en esta parte lateral."

"Muy cerca del mar, fácil ir a la playa. Puedes ver el mar desde el balcón, pero no es ruidoso. El servicio fue muy amable. Mejoré la habitación gratis y también me dieron manzanas y sopa de tremella. Los productos del desayuno son muy completos, con mucha variedad y buena calidad (pero el café no es tan bueno). El caudal de agua del grifo del baño es pequeño y no hay agua caliente. La ducha no fue un problema y la temperatura del agua era adecuada. Tomar un taxi hasta Hongshitan y el puerto pesquero de Tanmen solo cuesta una docena de yuanes, lo cual es bastante conveniente."
