The room is clean, comfortable, and suitable for a relaxing stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. During my stay, my luggage was accidentally damaged by a driver, and the hotel staff kindly helped me to repair and handle the issue quickly. Their service and attitude were truly excellent and made my trip much more comfortable. Overall, the environment is safe, pleasant, and worth staying at. I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting the area.

The host Mr Zhou and his wife were really friendly and helpful hosts! They answered all our queries we had and gave us tips on what we should visit on the island. The room was spacious and comfy and the balcony had a great view of the ocean. We were also provided with drinking water and breakfast every morning. They were incredibly hands-on, friendly, and went out of their way to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. We had a very pleasant stay and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The hotel is beautifully designed and well maintained, with a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast was well presented with a good selection of local-style items. One small suggestion for improvement would be to include an English-style breakfast option, which would be a great addition for guests who prefer a Western breakfast. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno. En los días de lluvia, en el vestíbulo se prepara té de jengibre y azúcar moreno. El desayuno también es rico. El servicio gratuito de recogida del hotel desde la estación de tren de alta velocidad es muy bueno y el vestíbulo está limpio y ordenado. Las instalaciones y equipamiento de la habitación también son muy nuevos. El control inteligente por voz de Xiaodu de las luces y cortinas de toda la casa es una bendición para la gente perezosa y la sensación de ”lo que dices es lo que haces”.

Amazing Kaisi Hotel (Xinghua Fu Historical and Cultural Block) Staying here puts you right in Putian’s historic Xinghua Fu block. Rooms are clean and modern, blending well with traditional architecture. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great for exploring old streets and local food. Good value for a cultural, convenient stay. Quiet at night. Will come back if I visit Putian again.

The hotel and the design of the room and amenities are very practical. Friendly front desk staff. The washing machine and dryers are free and easy to use. Overall very good experience will stay here again when visiting in the future.

I will always stay in this hotel whenever I visit Putian, can remember how many times. Located in the city, very convenient to travel, right below is a bus stop. Their breakfast is very nice. Also selling fast food for lunch and dinner at very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

04* property with nice hotel and clean. Room spacious. The staff doesn't speak well English but their service is very good. The location is quick convenient with Flower shop, pastry shop , restaurant and convenient store within 50meter walking distance.
