Best hotel in the world.💥 Well, I haven't been to every hotel in the world, but I've stayed in many hotels in many countries, and this one is my absolute favorite. I can never recommend this hotel enough. Their service is better than I've seen anywhere and the staff is beyond friendly! We stayed here for three weeks a year ago, and they all still remember us! The laundry service is unheard of in any other place. You place your dirty clothes in a basket in front of your door, and LATEST the next day it's returned, your clothes clean and ironed. The restaurant is open all day, and you can either order food or eat for free small snacks (drinks, fruits, congee, biscuits....). At 10 pm there is the evening meal, where you get a big bowl of noodles (you can choose the noodles and the sauce). The buffet breakfast is very generous with a lot of choices. Every evening, someone passes by the room to hand out yogurts. The check-out is at 2 pm...! Has anyone seen that anywhere else?! When you come back to the hotel after a day out, the staff will greet you with a ”Welcome home.” Truly love this hotel!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. What impressed me the most was the staff — every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They even assisted me with returning a parcel, which saved me a lot of trouble. No matter what I needed, they were always flexible and solution-oriented, thinking from the guest’s perspective instead of sticking rigidly to rules. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I could reach out to them and they would do their best to solve it — even late at night or in the early hours of the morning. That level of dedication is truly rare. The hotel is also very smart and modern. The in-room system can be controlled by Xiaodu, which made everything super convenient and added a nice tech-savvy touch to the stay. As a foreign guest, I really appreciated how foreigner-friendly the hotel is — the check-in process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is in a prime area, with a subway station just across the street, making it extremely easy to get around the city. The railway station is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which is perfect for travelers. Everything felt accessible and convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect — service, convenience, technology, and location. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The next time I come back to Nanchang, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

I had a very comfortable stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. The hotel arranged a pick-up for us upon arrival, which made the check-in process very convenient and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm and welcoming, and their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant transit stay.

Unfortunately, the hotel is like a building site outside. Lots of roadworks which are very noisy. There aren't proper pavements to be able to walk anywhere safely. The staff are very helpful. The room was comfortable, but the view was nothing to write home about. The name Garden Hotel is a little misleading too. There is a small patch of fake grass out the back of the hotel, with a few tables. Very disappointed by the Nanchang Garden Hotel.

This hotel enjoys a superb location directly opposite the iconic Tongwanggu, making it extremely convenient to access nearby attractions. There are also many restaurants within easy reach, which added to the overall experience. The breakfast spread was a highlight—offering a wide variety of delicious local cuisine. 👍 The staff were consistently warm and attentive, even thoughtfully providing extra bottles of mineral water for our outings. A special mention goes to the staff member 周女士preparing the local ban fen. She was patient and attentive, taking the time to understand my preferences and offering helpful advice on the right balance of condiments for the noodles. The other local dishes were equally enjoyable. Overall, this Mercure hotel truly lived up to its reputation and offered excellent value for money.

Super amante de la ubicación y el servicio del hotel. 3-5min caminar de la calle de comida. Hay también una tienda shao kao cerca de la puerta. El personal estaba muy amigable para recomendar comida alrededor. Nota que el hotel está situado en la calle y el taxi no puede detenerte directamente en frente del hotel, pero sólo a 30 segundos de paseo fuera. Nos encanta el hotel tanto que tenemos una mejor habitación y ampliamos nuestra estadía. Altamente recomendado!

Very modern and superb facilities. Very reasonable price indeed considering the extremely high quality of the rooms and of the excellent service. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below). I highly recommend this hotel! “Dear Lucas and colleagues at Jinjiang Capital: first of all, once again Lucas, I would like to thank you very much for your help in getting me some warm clothes to deal with the extremely cold weather in Nanchang. Your assistance went beyond the call of duty and I admire and respect you and the dedication you have to your work. Additionally, I would like to thank all the staff there who have made a special effort to help me, in the context of my failure to learn Chinese language to any decent degree. Last night and this morning colleagues helped me with getting a taxi to catch my train, making sure that all things were in place to make it easy for me. The colleague who went with me to Floor 1 assisted in making sure that the taxi was going to the correct railway station. Helpful staff and good location for breakfast and meals 5-10min away from hotel. Clean and good amenities for laundry and decent gym.

La hermana de la recepción es muy cálida, me subió la habitación gratis y me eligieron una ubicación tranquila en la ventana. No hay que decir que el entorno es muy limpio y cómodo. Reservé dos noches. Cuando salgo a la calle, limpiaré la habitación. ¡Viva en un solo lugar, muy satisfecho!
