Best hotel in the world.💥 Well, I haven't been to every hotel in the world, but I've stayed in many hotels in many countries, and this one is my absolute favorite. I can never recommend this hotel enough. Their service is better than I've seen anywhere and the staff is beyond friendly! We stayed here for three weeks a year ago, and they all still remember us! The laundry service is unheard of in any other place. You place your dirty clothes in a basket in front of your door, and LATEST the next day it's returned, your clothes clean and ironed. The restaurant is open all day, and you can either order food or eat for free small snacks (drinks, fruits, congee, biscuits....). At 10 pm there is the evening meal, where you get a big bowl of noodles (you can choose the noodles and the sauce). The buffet breakfast is very generous with a lot of choices. Every evening, someone passes by the room to hand out yogurts. The check-out is at 2 pm...! Has anyone seen that anywhere else?! When you come back to the hotel after a day out, the staff will greet you with a ”Welcome home.” Truly love this hotel!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. What impressed me the most was the staff — every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They even assisted me with returning a parcel, which saved me a lot of trouble. No matter what I needed, they were always flexible and solution-oriented, thinking from the guest’s perspective instead of sticking rigidly to rules. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I could reach out to them and they would do their best to solve it — even late at night or in the early hours of the morning. That level of dedication is truly rare. The hotel is also very smart and modern. The in-room system can be controlled by Xiaodu, which made everything super convenient and added a nice tech-savvy touch to the stay. As a foreign guest, I really appreciated how foreigner-friendly the hotel is — the check-in process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is in a prime area, with a subway station just across the street, making it extremely easy to get around the city. The railway station is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which is perfect for travelers. Everything felt accessible and convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect — service, convenience, technology, and location. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The next time I come back to Nanchang, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The environment, cleanliness, and service were all top-notch. The dinner dishes were of a high standard, the breakfast was satisfying, and there were even laundry facilities for long-haul guests. Finally, there was airport shuttle service. Both of my friends were upgraded to suites. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back again or book other hotels in the same group if I had the chance.

Un hermoso hotel situado en medio de la zona turística principal, justo al borde del palacio Wanshou, y a pie del Pavillón Tengwang, Bayi Memorial Museum, con una salida de metro en la Linea 1. Muchas opciones de cenar justo a lo largo de las calles también aquí. El decoro ha dado vibraciones nauticas, especialmente con las luces y la casca en las puertas. La habitación es limpia y espacial con un acogedor sofá. La presión del agua de la ducha es buena, aunque se tarda un tiempo en que el agua caliente se atrae. La cama es firme, pero las piñas son demasiado blandas para mi gusto. Las habitaciones que se enfrentan a la carretera, como la mía son bastante ruidosas, podrían oír los coches que se ahorraban incluso cuando las ventanas están cerradas y las cortinas están dibujadas. Unfortunately, the hotel is like a building site outside. Lots of roadworks which are very noisy. There aren't proper pavements to be able to walk anywhere safely. The staff are very helpful. The room was comfortable, but the view was nothing to write home about. The name Garden Hotel is a little misleading too. There is a small patch of fake grass out the back of the hotel, with a few tables. Very disappointed by the Nanchang Garden Hotel.

Super love the hotel location and service. 3-5min walk away from the food street. There is also a shao kao store next door. Staff were really friendly to recommend food around. Do take note that the hotel is located in the alley and taxi couldn't stop you directly Infront the hotel, but just a short 30sec walk outside. We love the hotel so much that we got a better room and extended our stay. Highly recommend!

Very modern and superb facilities. Very reasonable price indeed considering the extremely high quality of the rooms and of the excellent service. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below).
