Este lugar es perfecto si te gustan los tubos calientes y las configuraciones de la voz cálida (y no te preocupes por los viajes de largo auto para llegar a cualquier otro lugar!)

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

Our room was beautifully appointed and featured large windows overlooking the trees, allowing us to wake up each morning to the soothing sights and sounds of the forest. The tranquility was unparalleled, providing a restful and rejuvenating experience.
The resort’s enormous swimming pool was another highlight—perfectly maintained, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to swim, lounge, or simply enjoy the natural surroundings. It never felt crowded, and the serene ambiance added to the luxury of the place.
Above all, the staff made our stay truly memorable. Every member was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cared about our comfort. The manager stood out for their professionalism and warm hospitality, always available to answer questions or offer local tips, making us feel valued and at home.
In summary, this resort is a hidden gem for anyone craving silence, nature, and first-class service. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

酒店位置特別優越，就在市中心，周邊商場、餐廳、景點一應俱全，出行十分方便。不管是坐公交、地鐵，還是打車，都能輕鬆抵達想去的地方。
走進酒店，大堂寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約又不失高雅，給人一種很舒適的感覺。前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住手續迅速又高效，還貼心地給我推薦了周邊好玩的地方和好吃的餐廳。
房間更是讓我眼前一亮！空間很大，佈局合理，打掃得一塵不染。床超級柔軟舒適，搭配上親膚的床品，我每晚都能一覺睡到天亮。衞生間乾濕分離，設施齊全，洗漱用品的品質也很不錯，用起來很舒服。房間裏的智能設備也很加分，燈光、空調、窗簾都能通過手機控制，科技感滿滿。
酒店的早餐也值得一提，種類豐富多樣，中式、西式、本地特色美食應有盡有，味道也都很不錯，完全能滿足不同人的口味需求。
健身房器材很新，種類也比較全，對於我這種健身愛好者來説，簡直太友好了。閑暇之餘去遊個泳，泳池水質清澈，環境乾淨整潔，游完感覺身心都放鬆了不少。
整體來説，這家酒店從環境、服務到設施，都無可挑剔。不管是商務出行還是休閑旅遊，都是絕佳的選擇。下次有機會再來這邊，我肯定還會選這家酒店！

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel location is best for my work, only 10 minutes away from the factory that I need to work with at a very economical rate. Room is spacious with king bed & clean with daily room service. I like the convenience of having the breakfast that was included with my stay reservation. Although the staff did not speak English , with the help of Google translate I was able to communicate with them. They were courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Chengdu.

UUsuario invitado該酒店我入住多次，此次入住316房間，樓上套房棋牌間晚上半夜三更還在打麻將，聲音清晰的傳入房內，讓我們無法入睡，當然這不能怪樓上打麻將的客人，但是我們反饋給前台時，前台説了兩點意見：1、怪我們反饋訊息太晚，説如果我們早一點反饋他們酒店方才能處理。2、可以給我們換房，專門強調換2樓房間，此房間比我們定的更好。我需要解釋一下，第一個問題客人深夜12點打麻將是我們不能決定的。第二個問題我們不需要更好的房間，衹想要個不是那麼吵鬧的房間，我們對佔酒店便宜沒一點興趣。結果最後我們選擇提前退房，直接開車回成都了。這件事情本來不是大事，也不是酒店的責任，樓上打麻將的客人也沒什麼責任，但是前台服務人員的處理態度讓人不舒服，希望酒店加強對前台的培訓，服務行業接待人員應該要有同理心，而不是指責客人提出的訴求時間太晚和強調換的房間價格比我們定的更貴，當時你們前台服務員原話説你們定的270的房間，我給你們換成二樓的，離樓上棋牌室更遠，價格比你們定的貴…..其實我們定的是400的房間，不知你們口中的270是你們前台貓膩還是其它什麼情況，總之希望酒店方加強前台接待人員培訓，注意禮貌用語。祝你們酒店生意興隆。

UUsuario invitado時間緊急隨便找了一下酒店，沒想到入住體驗這麼好！超乎我的想象~首先是工作人員很熱情的幫我們辦理入住，很温柔。電梯是刷卡的很安全，沒有外來人員的打擾！房間燈光很暖，很喜歡，房間也很寬敞舒適，有股淡淡的清香味，運氣爆棚選到這家，下次一定還會來的！
