LLanJiangWhen you yearn for a different lifestyle but not ready to commit yourself to changes? For me, traveling is a way to get a sneak peek into “what would it be”, even if just for a moment. I feel incredibly fortunate to have come across Several Mountain Houses, and I’m grateful for the owners’ generosity in creating such a beautiful place and sharing their mountain life with guests.
Many guests have already praised the lovely courtyard, the nature-surrounded rooms, the sensorial bed linens, and the warm, earthy aesthetic of the space. I wholeheartedly agree. Beyond that, there was something even more special. I was wowed by the tidy kitchen, thoughtfully designed and completed with high-quality appliances and tableware. It’s a place that move your mind from “I’m staying in a B&B” to “I’m staying in a home.” The cherry on top? Having the owner made you a perfect cup of latte or cappuccino in the morning. Of all my travels in China, this is the first homestay where I’ve experienced that personal touch.
We arrived by Didi and had to drop off by the roadside, cross a wooden bridge, and then tackle a steep hill path. We called for help and the owner came down to meet us and made sure we felt welcomed. My friend told me she felt like we had stepped into a scene from a web novel—the little challenge at the start, the homey atmosphere, the owners and their charming “career life to mountain life” story all made the experience very special.
I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful mountain retreat. It's the perfect spot to unwind and reset.
A small tip: if you're in the mood for trekking, head up to the Wulong Gorge scenic area and work your way back. If we had known, we would totally skip Baiyun (White Cloud) temple / village and spend more time relaxing at the house.

UUsuario invitadoVi esta tienda en la guía de viajes de Ctrip. Me atrajo esta casa de familia cuando llegué a la montaña Qingcheng por primera vez. El alojamiento, recién inaugurado, con su estilo de madera natural y el ambiente mágico de la montaña Qingcheng, es perfecto. Hay una puerta muy evocadora con la inscripción ”Hegu Shanju”. Al entrar, te sientes como si estuvieras en el valle. Las instalaciones interiores son muy completas. Hay una piscina al aire libre, una casa de té con terraza, un césped para meditar y descansar, y un pequeño lago para pasear en bote. También hay una librería, una enorme sala de sanación, un spa y la Academia Suwen para copiar escrituras en el interior. Las instalaciones interiores son comparables a las de un hotel de cinco estrellas, con piscina privada y terraza. Los artículos de aseo y la ropa de cama son de alta gama, y es muy cómodo para dormir por la noche. La casa de familia ofrece diversas actividades a diario, lo cual es muy bueno. Al estar cerca de la montaña, se puede decir que el entorno está integrado con la naturaleza. Puedes mirar hacia arriba para ver el cielo estrellado. Hay árboles y montañas verdes por todas partes. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, ideal para quienes vienen de grandes ciudades y desean cultivar su cuerpo y mente. La higiene de las habitaciones y las áreas comunes es excelente, lo que se puede decir que es la experiencia de un hotel de cinco estrellas. El servicio de mayordomo es muy entusiasta y paciente. Esta vez fui directamente a la ciudad de Qingcheng y quedé muy satisfecho con mis dos noches en Gushan. Sin duda, me alojaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y no pisen el abismo.

UUsuario invitadoEl servicio del hotel fue excelente. Me recogieron y me dejaron en la parada de autobús, y el personal del vestíbulo fue muy atento. Como era temporada baja, incluso me cambiaron a una habitación mejor gratis, lo cual agradecí mucho. La habitación era elegante, con una vista estupenda desde la ventana que daba al bar del sótano y al paisaje arbolado; muy evocadora. La habitación era espaciosa, estaba bien equipada y el desayuno era saludable. Si vas a la parte trasera de la montaña Qingcheng, sin duda merece la pena alojarse aquí.

MM511945****La habitación es muy bonita, las instalaciones están muy bien y la limpieza es excelente. El desayuno tiene mucha variedad y termina tarde, alrededor de las 12 del mediodía. En el quinto piso hay una terraza que vale la pena visitar. Además, hay muchos lugares buenos para comer y divertirse cerca, está muy cerca de las atracciones turísticas y tiene aparcamiento gratuito. También hay una bonita decoración en la entrada. ¡Una excelente opción para viajar!

UUsuario invitadoMy stay at Qingcheng Mountain Wuyou Yuanzi Hot Spring Hotel was absolutely magnificent, the location in proximity to the railway station and front mountain entrance, only about a 15 minute walk, yet the hotel had it's own transportation service to take you anywhere locally. The town itself was quite quaint and peaceful, with beautiful landscaping and architecture throughout the the town, the streets and sidewalks were clear, wide, and open which lends itself to quiet, peaceful, reflective walks, but what stood out more than anything, even the exploration of the front and back mountain, was the genuine, thoughtful, and considerate care of my welfare by the Qingcheng Mountain Wuyou Yuanzi Hot Spring Hotel staff, besides making sure that I was able to get to my destinations in town they were quite attentive to all my needs, making sure my room was serviced on a daily, rolling out buffet breakfast in the morning, to made to orders during the evening. There was a real positive family feel amongst the staff and the spirit thereof seems to project itself onto their guest, and this energy I speak of was not just evident with one or two staff members, but whoever you had engagements with. Simply put, they were the best hotel or res staff I have ever come across and I have stayed at quite a few hotels, eaten at many restaurants over the years. The only complaint I have is that I wish I had more time there, but hey that will be part of my motivation for a return. I wholeheartedly recommend Qingcheng Mountain Wuyou Yuanzi Hot Spring Hotel for your choice of accommodations while staying at Qingchengshan, the town of Dujiangyan, the staff are the embodiment of the tranquility and peaceful energy you will find there. Thank you so very much for everything.

SShixinxinchiputaoLlegué a Chengdu el Primero de Mayo. Estaba preocupado por las multitudes en la ciudad, así que elegí la dirección de la montaña Qingcheng y me quedé en el Hotel Six Senses durante tres noches tranquilas.
Todo el hotel es como un parque ajardinado, con plantas verdes por todas partes y altos niveles de iones de oxígeno negativos. Aunque las habitaciones están casi llenas durante las vacaciones, no hay mucha gente en las zonas públicas. Aunque se trata de una zona pintoresca, el ambiente es especialmente apartado y adecuado para el descanso y la relajación.
Llovió todos los días cuando fuimos allí. Además de escalar la montaña Qingcheng, elegimos participar en actividades culturales en el hotel y experimentamos bolas de hierbas caseras y teñido de té del patrimonio cultural intangible. La granja y el parque infantil también son muy interesantes. Jugué en los columpios y di de comer a los conejos, y estaba tan feliz como un niño ~.
Hay tres restaurantes y un bar en el hotel, además de un bar cuadrado que ofrece comidas sencillas y té de la tarde. Básicamente, puedes solucionar el problema de la comida y la ropa sin salir del hospital. La comida es exquisita y deliciosa, y no tiene nada de malo excepto que es cara.
El único inconveniente es que comprar té en el hotel requiere un cargo adicional por servicio del 12%, lo que creo que disuadirá a muchos huéspedes. Además, durante la temporada alta de comidas, el Plaza Bar no cuenta con todo el personal y la administración es un poco caótica.

Este lugar era tal cual se veía en las fotos: precioso y con un servicio excelente. Los anfitriones fueron increíblemente amables e incluso nos llevaron en coche hasta la entrada de la montaña Qingcheng y la estación de tren de Qingcheng. Si planeas subir a la montaña Qingcheng, te recomiendo totalmente alojarte aquí.
1. La habitación era muy espaciosa y se veía igual que en las fotos. Todo se sentía fresco, limpio y muy cómodo.
2. La cama era muy suave y todas las comodidades eran modernas y bien pensadas.
3. El personal fue amable, atento y, en general, encantador.
4. Excelente ubicación: cerca de la estación de Qingcheng y de la montaña.
5. El desayuno está incluido, pero lamentablemente nos despertamos demasiado tarde para probarlo. ¡La próxima vez seguro! Sin embargo, sí almorzamos allí y estaba delicioso.
6. Sinceramente, todo estuvo genial. Valió la pena cada centavo.

MmeestermodaoWent during a low season. The hotel was virtually empty except for us, but the staff remained professional.
The rooms were a slight letdown on a few points - BUT overall it was extremely enjoyable and downright luxurious in other areas. Overall, a definite recommend. We had a great stay and a great time.
Amazing - it's a working tea farm. We woke early to pluck tea leaves for the experience (free but worth 68 yuan) and if you collect enough you can take it to the tea master to then experience frying the tea in a wok to turn the fresh leaves into dry green tea.
The tea sachets in the rooms are made by the hotel themselves and taste great.
More free experiences are included with the stay, including tea brewing classes and wearing hanfu. I thought it to be incredibly value for money.
The private onsen is great and came with a homemade herbal pouch to throw in for a medicinal bath.
The rooms are spacious with an excellent view - and I MUST commend the incredible number of light switches which let you have any combination of light ambience.
Minor letdowns - mosquitoes will come to you at the alfresco area during mealtimes, I would sit indoors next time.
We also had to run the shower for a long while before hot water could come out.
The charging sockets are a little iffy with lots of dust in the sockets and some outlets might not be working depending on your luck. The standard sockets mostly work but USB sockets might not.
The smart W/C is also slightly malfunctioning but largely works as intended.

UUsuario invitadoI liked the (Chinese-style) breakfast. The staff was helpful and they even took me down to the front of the mountain ticket office. The food at night (beef and bamboo shoots) was not bad.
I stayed in the garden view room, with two single beds. The bed was comfortable. The tea in the room was really nice Maofeng tea. The style of the room didn’t scream luxury to me (not the quiet kind either).
As for the location, I thought it would be nice to be in mountainous surroundings but it didn’t prove to be very convenient for my needs. I arrived on Friday and went to the front mountain on Saturday. Someone from the hotel very kindly dropped me off near the ticket office.
A little aside: After visiting the mountain I decided on a spontaneous trip to Nanqiao (the south bridge) in Dujiangyan (I had not seen it at night on an earlier trip there). It was not that hard to find a taxi back, but keep in mind a small surcharge of 3.9% for taking you up the mountain).
On Sunday I left the hotel too late as it was already very busy on the road to the back mountain ticket the taxi driver did not want to take me there (cause it would mean being stuck in traffic for hours either no compensation for all this waste of time) but offered to take me to The high speed railway station from which I could take a bus (passing hotel again!). Obviously the bus also ended up in a traffic jam, but in any case I did make it there in the end. Luckily I took my luggage and left it at a shop next to the foot passenger ticket office for 5 yuan.
Unfortunately the hot water spring is only open in winter. They have a nice pool though. I enjoyed my stay but didn’t find it very luxurious although it is rare to have a hotel with a pool in China, so that was cool. At around 50 euros per night it was okay value for money.
