The location is unbeatable. It is incredibly close to the Central Station, making arrivals and departures completely stress-free. Even better, it is within easy walking distance to most of the main sights and famous landmarks allowing exploring on foot possible. It's tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood giving me a great night's sleep. It's also just steps away from a vibrant local scene packed with fantastic eateries and cafes. The hotel operates on a self-service concept, from check-in to check-out, making the whole experience highly convenient and flexible. Inside, everything is super clean and modern—it’s clear that maintenance and housekeeping are held to an exceptionally high standard.

The hostel was the best capsule hotel I have ever been. The vibe was amazing (welcoming but also allowing privacy and quiet time); they provide still, cold, sparkling, and hot water options; they have a communal fridge, their design was beautiful and effortful, their space was clean, and the music playlist was cool!! The check-in email came immediately after I booked the hotel with clear instruction on check in (I later realised that not all capsule hotels had such high efficiency). I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for affordable accommodation in Lucern!

The hotel located face the park but turn right after the street where see McDonald then will see a “Bar” restaurant . Not far from subway and consider convenient Room was clean and reception was helpful, just that there is no lock inside the room where room cleaning lady came in after 2 knocks.

La habitación está limpia, el estilo es bastante medieval y el mobiliario y el equipamiento son de muy buen gusto. El personal de servicio es muy educado y entusiasta. El horario de registro coincide con los cambios de verano y el hotel también ofrece recordatorios atentos.

Aquí hay algunos puntos de retroalimentación: Personal amable: El personal en general fue amable y educado. Cuando llegué al hotel antes de la hora de check-in, el personal me proporcionó espacio para guardar mi equipaje. Alojamiento cómodo: La habitación en la que me alojé era en general cómoda y limpia, lo que proporcionó un nivel de comodidad decente durante mi estadía. Sin embargo, había algunos problemas menores de mantenimiento que podían solucion****, como el brillo de la luz. Además, el spray del baño no funcionaba correctamente. Las opciones gastronómicas del hotel eran satisfactorias. Si bien las comidas que comí fueron deliciosas, sentí que podría haber habido un poco más de variedad en el menú, especialmente para los huéspedes que se hospedan por un período prolongado.

Hotel was located near the Lucerne station and easily accessible. Also a short walk to chapel bridge and old town. There is a dining area where you can have your meals and also provides coffee and tea 24/7. However, the television does not have any English channels and the tap water is cold. There is hot water for bathing but it doesn’t last long.

Friendly service, comfortable beds, amazing view from the terrace, and close proximity to the old city. We had a wonderful stay.

The hotel is very close to the main train station, just 5 minutes walk. Also, it is close to the old town square, Chapel bridge… which can easily find restaurants nearby. While the hotel location js great, the room itself is not good to stay. There is no aircon in the room and even the standing fan is provided, it is not strong enough even I turn on the maximum level. Although the weather wasn’t too hot on that day, but it is very stuffy inside if I don’t open the window. But when I open the window, can hear the noise on the street, which wakes me up a few times in the middle of the night. I did not notice there is no aircon provided. I only found out this when I read back the review in Google - apparently the review in Google was quite bad, but not in Trip.com. Suggest travellers to think twice before booking.

El desayuno estuvo bien y el servicio fue excelente. Sin embargo, no había aire acondicionado, era ruidoso y hacía calor para dormir con la ventana abierta.

La habitación, con sus baños y duchas compartidas, me recordó a la época de estudiante. La ropa de cama se recoge al hacer el check-in y hay que montarla uno mismo; al hacer el check-out, se devuelve en la planta baja. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y nos explicó todo detalladamente. El desayuno estaba bastante bien. En cuanto al transporte, la línea de autobús 19 pasa cada diez minutos, y es necesario usarlo para ir a los puntos de interés y a la estación.
