Hoteles en Amberes con desayuno

Quienes se registraron a las 23:00 llamaron a recepción del hotel específicamente para avisar que llegarían tarde. El servicio del personal de recepción fue excelente. La entrada al aparcamiento está detrás del mostrador de facturación, y hay que pasar la tarjeta del hotel, así que si se quiere aparcar, hay que pedirle al personal de recepción que autorice la tarjeta que se entrega. El hotel está situado en la estación de Ópera, en la línea de metro, y también dispone de aparcamiento público, pero para mayor comodidad al mover el equipaje, elegimos el aparcamiento de la planta baja. Saliendo a la izquierda se encuentra la principal calle comercial, la Catedral de Notre Dame y el Castillo de Marina, y a la derecha el bar, el restaurante y la tienda de diamantes. Básicamente, se puede hacer sin necesidad de conducir. Sin embargo, no había servicio de limpieza diario ni teléfono durante el proceso de registro, así que había que ir andando a recepción para comunicarse. Debo decir que la relación calidad-precio es muy buena.

The location was excellent — very convenient and close to everything we needed. However, our stay was affected by a few issues. The soundproofing of the room was poor; we were woken up around 6 a.m. by the clattering of dishes and cleaning noises from outside. It was difficult to rest properly. Additionally, there were a lot of fruit flies in the room, constantly flying around, which was very bothersome and affected the quality of our stay. I hope the hotel can improve on these issues — otherwise, it’s a real pity given the great location.

Un excelente hotel de cadena en Amberes. Estuvimos encantados con todo: las comodidades de la habitación, su diseño y, sobre todo, el servicio. Un agradecimiento especial al recepcionista por su amabilidad y su servicio rápido y profesional. Nos encantaría volver a alojarnos aquí.

En cuanto a la relación calidad-precio, mi pareja y yo le damos sin duda un sólido 5*. Reserva con desayuno incluido: ahorrarás bastante dinero. Hay algunos detalles a tener en cuenta: La ciudad es muy cara. El ascensor y la electricidad de la habitación solo funcionan al insertar la tarjeta llave. En el desayuno, puedes prepararte gofres belgas tú mismo, aunque con una gofrera de estilo americano. Se aprecian algunos signos de desgaste y la ducha goteaba ligeramente sobre los azulejos. Por lo demás, el hotel fue excelente. El café de la mañana está muy bueno.

Nice room ,the space is quite big and look comfortable. The hygiene is good! Very clean! The breakfast place is acceptable bit the variety of food is not more. The picked food areas are not very big enough to many people to line up to pick good! I recommend all come to have breakfast as early as you can. Overall I sleep well in the night! Thank you! The housekeeper is helpful. The reception desk is helpful too. The venue is good so I can save money to go shopping center and MA go music institute. Thanks

La habitación está bien, pero al no tener el baño separado se hace un poco incómodo. Además solo pasan cada 4 días a limpiar y retirar la basura lo cual puede ser un poco molesto. Tampoco hay cafetera o pava eléctrica como para poder hacer un café. Y las camas eran un poco iniciadas. Recomendado por la ubicación y solo para estar estadías súper cortas.

I had a mixed experience at Moxy Antwerp. On the positive side, the breakfast was really good, with a nice variety and quality. The location is also convenient: you can reach the city center in about 30 minutes on foot or 10–15 minutes by tram, and the largest museum is just a 5–10 minute walk away. There’s also a grocery store nearby that’s open on Sundays, which is very handy. However, there were several downsides. The check-in process was slow - staff needed to verify something, and I had to wait in the lobby with my 5-year-old child instead of going straight to the room. The “welcome drink” was disappointing: after we had already chosen cocktails, we were told we could only pick from a single limited option. It felt misleading and poorly communicated. Cleanliness was also an issue. There was a dirty table in the room, stains on the bathroom walls, and the room had an unpleasant smell - possibly due to pets being allowed, which raises the question of why carpet is used at all. Overall, while the location and breakfast are strong points, the service and cleanliness need significant improvement.

Está muy cerca de la Estación Central, a solo 5 minutos a pie. Sin embargo, el wifi del hotel fallaba un poco; una vez conectado, no había conexión a internet. La habitación también era algo antigua. En general, estuvo bien, sin nada especial.

Wij verbleven 2 nachten in een kamertype: studio. We kwamen vroeger aan dan de voorziene check-in tijd maar werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. We konden ons omkleden en de bagage werd veilig bewaard aan de receptie (en nadien door een medewerker naar de kamer gebracht). Via een persoonlijke SMS werden we op de hoogte gebracht wanneer de kamer klaar was. Aangezien we toen niet meer in het hotel waren werd de code en procedure duidelijk uitgelegd om later vlot in te checken via huisnummer 115. De studio was ruim en voorzien van alles zoals voorgesteld tijdens de reservatie. Voor de rokers is er een ruime aparte 'patio'. Hier kan je rustig roken en je eigen drankje consumeren zonder de 'niet-rokers' te storen. Zowel in de kamer, kitchenette en badkamer was de hygiëne prima. Op de gang is er tevens een automaat met enkele drankjes, snoep, chips, tandenborstel,... voorzien. Dit hotel voldeed ruimschoots aan alle verwachtingen van een 3-sterren product. Het uitchecken verliep vlot en wederom hartelijk en vriendelijk. In de kamer was het geluid van de straat wel hoorbaar maar dat wisten we op voorhand gezien de ligging van het hotel (bij een volgende reservatie vragen we misschien een kamer aan de binnenzijde). Een hotelkamer in het echte centrum van de stad heeft dan weer andere geluiden. Het hotel is bijzonder gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf het centraal (trein)station en op 20 minuten te voet ben je in hartje Antwerpen. Bij een volgende uitstap naar Antwerpen zal onze keuze snel gemaakt zijn en kiezen we voor Arass Hôtel & Business Flats.

La recepcionista fue amable y alegre. Está en una ubicación excelente, a un paso de la Estación Central. Si bajas un poco más allá del hotel, encontrarás un McDonald's, un supermercado, tiendas de ropa (H&M, UNIQLO, etc.), y el lugar está a rebosar de gente. Para desayunar, la recepcionista vendrá cuando quieras, así que solo tienes que decirle el número de tu habitación y podrás comer. (Asientos sin reserva). Había una botella de agua en la mesa, lo cual fue muy útil. La comida también estaba deliciosa.
