Our detached holiday home with a beautiful garden and large terrace is located in the city as well as in the countryside, quiet and idyllic on a hill. The old town center can be reached on foot in a few minutes.In addition to the garden planted with love, there is a stilt house with a slide, a sandpit and two swings, a large wooden terrace and a parking lot on the enclosed property.The house was built in the 1950s and was extensively and comfortably renovated in 2014/2015 in a Mediterranean style with great attention to detail and completely clad in wood. It is approximately 80 square meters in size, with oak floors and handcrafted Portuguese tiles throughout. The windows on the lower floor are completely equipped with shutters, so that the house always has pleasant temperatures, even in hot summer.On the ground floor there is a living and dining area with a fireplace, as well as an open, fully equipped country house kitchen with stove and oven and dishwasher, as well as with comfortable underfloor heating. There are 6 chairs and a high chair in the dining area. In the living area there is a fireplace (wood is provided by us), a comfortable couch and a television as well as children's toys for different age groups, so that nobody gets bored even in bad weather.Also on the ground floor is a beautiful bathroom with a shower and double vanity and comfortable underfloor heating. Here, too, we placed emphasis on a cozy Mediterranean design and used handmade ornament tiles. A washing machine is also available.The beautiful large wooden terrace surrounds the house on two sides. You can reach them both through the terrace and through the front door. It is equipped with a table with eight chairs, two deck chairs, a parasol and a hammock. In summer, our olive trees and agaves contribute to a wonderful holiday feeling.Back on the ground floor you can reach the bedroom "La Mer" with glazed gallery, a double bed (160 x 200) with privacy screen (curtains and screen) and a single bed (80 x 200). The single bed is extendable to another double bed (160 x 200). In this room there is also a changing table for our smallest visitors. A door leads to the spacious bedroom "Provence" with a double bed (180 x 200), a single bed (90 x 200) and a nice spacious baby bed. The single bed is provided with a pull-out bed so that two people can also sleep here. Of course there is also WiFi throughout the house.
