El personal del Hotel Via Regia nos dio una bienvenida muy cálida cuando llegamos tarde, a pesar de estar completamente ocupados. El pequeño bar ofreció una bebida de bienvenida y buenas recomendaciones para actividades diurnas y nocturnas. El acceso al aparcamiento del hotel es estrecho y no protege las llantas. Las habitaciones son tranquilas, limpias, claramente estructuradas, acogedoras y amuebladas de forma moderna. En todo el hotel hay muchos puntos de referencia de la interesante historia de la Via Regia.

The property is a little old and showing some signs of wear, although clean and comfortable.
Staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was very good. Evening meals in restaurant were really nice and of high standard.
It is a little out of the old town (10 minute walk) but was very quiet - so good for sleeping!

My family keeps returning year after year, this is by far the best hotel in the area! We were so happy to see a lot of familiar faces again, a great sign when staff stays! The breakfast buffet is excellent and you should not miss dinners there! The chef is outstanding. Rooms are very clean, housekeeping is doing an excellent job. I love the crisp white linens. The front desk staff always has a smile and helps with anything you need. Love the snacks they always provide. If you have mobility issues, the elevator goes straight from the parking lot to the rooms, very appreciated. The windows open (which is rare these days) and you can sleep with fresh air coming in. You can tell that staff care about the guests, we can't wait to return!

The hotel is located in a quiet part of town on the other side of the main train station from the historic downtown. The room did not have air conditioning and was a bit stuffy but did have a portable room fan that we ran all night with the window open. We had requested a double bed but got two twin beds pushed together instead. Since we were only there for one night, we didn’t complain or ask for a different room. Breakfast was available at the hotel but we opted to walk downtown for some local fare. All in all the hotel seemed a little tired…

Super Essen, Abends gab es ein tolles Menü, Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ein echter Hingucker, es wird mit sehr viel Liebe angerichtet! Freundliches Personal Alles sehr sauber Wir haben absolut nichts zu meckern! Leider sind 2 Tage für Görlitz viel zu kurz.

Eine Übernachtung als Familie (4 Personen) auf der Durchreise. Zimmer großzügig mit Extras, wie Wasserkocher und Tee.
Guter Service. Wir konnten ohne Probleme abends von unterwegs in der Altstadt noch schnell Essen auf Zimmer bestellen für unsere dagebliebene Tochter.
